Modern urban water conservancy construction is supposed to keep "people and water in harmony" as the goal; the urban water conservancy project functions in flood control, drainage as its basics , meantime, it should also play social roles of ecological environment, landscape in the project. This article takes Heigangkou Reservoir ecological environment construction in Kaifeng as an example, briefly introducing the plane of its ecological management of the status quo, the revetment type design, and putting forwards some new ecological revetment structure materials and technologies.

The construction of water conservancy project will inevitably have some impact on the surrounding ecological environment, while construction of the water conservancy facilities is indispensable for the full play of wetland ecological function. It involving how to avoid damage to the local ecological environment in the process of large-scale water conservancy construction has become an important problem that construction of China's water conservancy project has to face.This paper analyses the construction of Qilihai south pumping station’s ecological and environmental impact on Qilihai wetland to give an example for the impact of water conservancy project.

Environmental issues have become an important problem must be faced, which can not be avoided during economic development. To improve the living and ecological environment,environmental monitoring plays an important role in maintaining rapid and sustained economic development. It can response to the phenomenon and trends of environmental management accurately and comprehensively, and provides the basis of pollution control and environmental planning. This paper briefly described the definition and importance of environmental monitoring, then analyzed the status quo of the environmental monitoring, and pointed some of the deficiencies in the presence of current environmental monitoring. Finally, this paper proposed some suggestions during environmental monitoring to provide reference for environment monitoring in China.

This article presents an exploratory review of alternative governance arrangements for modular systems in the urban water sector in terms of policy instruments, organizational structure, and underlying mechanisms. We develop an analytical framework to review the literature on alternative arrangements for innovative technologies. The preliminary results highlight the importance of governmental involvement and formal policy instruments to ensure public and environmental health in the context of modular water infrastructures. This is in line with the status quo of conventional water governance arrangements. However, the findings also suggest that informal instruments supplement the formal ones and that instead of political-administrative accountability more horizontal mechanisms, such as answerability toward citizens and consumers, play an important role in the context of new water technologies.

Tourist capacity and environmental capacity are significant considerations in the eco-tourism planning of wetland park for its sustainable development. Guaranteeing the quality of tourism resources and the conditions of ecological environment can obtain the best economic interest. This paper divided the study area into five areas according to the needs of the status quo and characteristics of planning and management. According to the actual situation of the wetland park, the land use index is estimated. And then the paper predicted the tourist environmental capacity of Futuan Estuary National Wetland Park based on the land usage index and square meter which will facilitate to take corresponding measures in the range of capacity and avoid overload of tourism environment.

In this paper, taking Laohutan reservoir in Huzhou city of Zhejiang province as an example, we systematically discussed the variation trends of trophic status in the early impoundment period of newly built reservoir and the dominant factor of eutrophication. It has been proved that the reservoir’s nutrition index in the early stage is on rise and the water body has a trend of eutrophication. According to actual situation, the outbreak of cyanobacteria and deterioration of water quality in September have showed the features of eutrophication. The dominant factors of eutrophication are total phosphorus, total nitrogen and dissolved oxygen, among which total phosphorus matters most to the trophic status. The results have laid great important foundation for people to explore evolution process of new reservoir ecosystem and the influences of hydraulic engineering construction to ecological environment, and they also provide reference for construction and management of other new reservoir.

The water conservancy project is an important infrastructure to ensure people’s living standards, which is reflected in the protection of people’s lives and property by effectively resisting floods. The anti-seepage technology plays a significant role in affecting the construction quality of water conservancy projects. Under the current strong supervision of water conservancy projects, relevant personnel should pay more attention to the application of anti-seepage technology. From the perspective of actual engineering practice, this paper analyzed the importance of anti-seepage technology, sorted out the causes of leakage, and specifically explored the implementation points of anti-seepage technology in water conservancy project construction.

With the development of China’s social economy and science and technology, all aspects of the construction are also growing rapidly, water conservancy project is one of the very important infrastructures in China, for promoting the development of China’s economy and science and technology has a positive significance. With the promotion of social economy and science and technology, the number of water conservancy projects has been greatly improved. At present, water conservancy projects of different sizes, large and small, are being carried on continuously. With the vigorous development of water conservancy project, higher requirements are put forward for water conservancy project construction. Sluices plays an extremely important role in water conservancy project, sluice is built on the river to control the flow of important facilities, water conservancy construction of downstream river drainage, water supply, flood control has an important role in flood season, therefore, guaranteeing the quality of lock of water conservancy project on the surrounding residents’ life safety and property safety is of great significance. This paper expounds the significance of sluice reinforcement in water conservancy projects, analyzes on the technical points of sluice reinforcement, and further discusses them with practical examples for reference.
