With the improvement of living standards, air conditioning becomes the requisite of people’s life; the central air conditioning has become each big building of major appliances[1]. In the whole air conditioning cooling water treatment system, such as scale and sludge which is formed by the metal corrosion phenomenon, will seriously affect the use efficiency of air conditioning. One of the effective solution is adding scale inhibitor to the circulating water. Calcium carbonate deposition method is used to evaluate the scale inhibition rate of PASP, PESA and poly glutamic acid. then evaluate the scale inhibition rate of two compound formula. Results show that PESA with the best scale inhibitor performance, on the basis of its, respectively, compound with PASP and poly glutamic acid. The compound repice can improve the efficiency of scale inhibition. The optimized prescription is that, the PASP is 4mg/L, the PESA is 6mg/L, at this time of scale inhibition efficiency can reach 93.43%.

Objective: Through the test of air conditioning cooling water circulation system and the electrical conductivity of iron corrosion velocity, find out the method of corrosion control measures; Methods: Rotating hanging plate method and conductivity meter and other cooling water test air conditioning system in different conductivity of metal iron corrosion rate; Conductivity results: Air-conditioning cooling water circulation system of more than 1900 μs/cm, metal corrosion rate less than 0.05mm/a, shall meet the relevant standards. Conclusion: Through the addition of corrosion inhibitor, scientific emission and control of circulating cooling water pH, conductivity decreased circulating water cooling, can reduce the corrosion of iron, to ensure the safe and stable operation of cooling water pipe and equipment.

The reclaimed water of domestic sewage reused in recycling cooling system has been widely spread and applied. Chemical scale inhibitors are the most economic and effective measures to prevent condensers and circulating pipes from scaling currently. Green scale inhibitor are highly regarded for their non-toxicity, phosphate-free, reproducibility and biodegradability. The paper selects two kinds of new green scale inhibitors used in the recycling cooling water of Beijing Thermoelectric Plant. By the measuring the scale inhibition rate, scaling amount, turbidity and SEM, it shows that Polyepoxysuccinic acid (PESA) is worth spreading and applying in the industrial recycling cooling system with reclaimed wastewater, for its high scale inhibition rate, good dispersion, low consumption, high economy and practicability.

The inhibition effect of corrosion and scale inhibitor WJF-6 on Q235 steel in simulated seawater circulation cooling water was studied by rotary coupon corrosion tests. And corrosion mechanism of this inhibitor was researched by some electrochemical measurements such as polarized curves and linear polarization, scale inhibition performance of this inhibitor was studied by static anti-scale method. At the same time, the corrosion and scaling influence of concentrated 1,2,3times for corrosion and scale inhibitor WJF-6, used in simulated seawater circulation cooling water, was researched. The results showed that the corrosion inhibitor efficiency reached 91.8% with 75mg/L of the inhibitor with linear velocity of 0.3m/s, and rotation of 72h at 50°C when concentrated multiple was three times. The results of linear polarization showed polarized resistance greatly increase by adding 75mg/L of this kind of inhibitor, its inhibition rate achieved 81.3%. The results of polarized curve revealed the strong polarized area of polarized curve have left shift and anodic polarized curves of electrode reaction was increased in strong polarized area, the basic function of corrosion and scale inhibitor WJF-6 is that the anodic process of electrode reaction were restrained. The effect of concentration multiple on corrosion and scale inhibitor WJF-6 in simulated seawater circulation cooling water showed that the corrosion rate was less than 0.125mm/a of the national standard and when concentrated multiple of simulated seawater circulation cooling water exceeded three times, and scale inhibition rate was more than 90%.

According to the normal method for sampling in the appendix of “The Central Air-Conditioning Ventilation System of Public Health Standard” by the ministry of health in 2006 were the HVAC on-site examined and sampled. The examined indicators include: total number of bacteria, fungus and beta Streptococcus in air supplied outlet, Legion Ella pneumophila in cooling water, the quantity of dust and microbe amounts to each square meter pipeline surface area and other sanitation indexes.

Nowadays the treatment way of circulating cooling water is mainly confined in the scale removal direction and effect is limited, but in scale inhibition direction few reports. To solve this problem, the study proposed a new technology of high-frequency electric field-colloid-electric adsorption. Simulation circulating water was treated by the self-made electrolytic system in high frequency DC electric field, obtained the optimum conditions by adjusting different electrochemical parameters, and analysed the mechanism of the process. The result suggests that this process has excellent scale inhibition, it reflected the good descaling effect by soften and peel the aging scale, it also can effectively change the crystal morphology, it is convenient, efficient and environment friendly.

As the energy-saving control of central air conditioning has been widely applied in modern architecture, research of real-time optimal control based on historical data and identification of its optimal control strategies are of great importance for reducing energy wasting of buildings. However, due to the property of easily falling into local optimum, conventional k-means approach cannot achieve the goal of real-time optimal control, we therefore propose an innovative binary k-means clustering algorithm which is used to adjust the target value of temperature difference (TD) in the control system of chilled water and cooling water of central air conditioning system (CACS). Thanks to the clustering control, among the 304 test data, the coefficient of performance (COP) of 211 sets of data, which accounted for 69.41%, are higher than those of the traditional control method. In the simulation system, the COP of 191 sets of data, which accounted for 62.83%, are higher than those of traditional control methods, achieving better energy efficiency. To achieve the goal of identify potential energy-saving control strategies, the Apriori algorithm is proposed to correlate the key parameters and energy consumption efficiency of the CACS. The results show when the chilled water temperature difference (CWTD) > 2.0 °C and the cooling water temperature difference (COWTD) > 2.4 °C, some rules are discovered as follows: 1. The probability of a larger system COP will increase if the CWTD is set lower than the third quartile value or the COWTD is set lower than the first quartile value. 2. The probability of a larger system COP will also increase if the CTWD is set lower than the first quartile and the COWTD is set between the first and the third quartile. These underlying regularity is useful for technicians to adjust the control parameters of the equipment, to improve energy efficiency and to reduce energy consumption.

Facing at the situation that a large amount of BaSO4/SrSO4, which seriously impacts on oil production operation scale, has been yielded during oilfield production, three kinds of scale inhibitor (TS-09, TH-60 and PBTCA) were collected from oilfield for comprehensive evaluation. The results show that the three kinds of scale inhibitor have certain scale inhibition effect to BaSO4/SrSO4, and the influence of different water quality is obvious. When TH-60 concentration was 100 mg/L, its inhibition rate to BaSO4 has reached 95%. In comparison, scale inhibition effect of TH-60 to BaSO4/SrSO4 is better than the others. TH-60 is more suitable for Huaqing oilfield than TS-09 and PBTCA, concentrations range in 100-180 mg/L especially.

Abstract The present study conducted an investigation on the effect of Superconducting-High Gradient Magnetic Field (S-HGMF) in the association solubilization of recirculating cooling water and the crystal form change of scale. The effects of magnetic flux density, flow rate and cycle-index on the solubility of scale-forming ions were investigated, and the effects of viscosity and surface tension on the molecular internal energy and order degree of circulating water were analyzed. The scale was ground and mixed with water and placed in a S-HGMF system to study the effect of S-HGMF on the crystal form change of CaCO3. The experimental results showed us that S-HGMF could increase the solubility of scale-forming ions. It could enhance the interaction between water molecules by increasing viscosity and reducing surface tension, so as to improve the stability of water quality, reduce ion precipitation, and achieve the effect of scale inhibition. At the same time, it could also change the crystal structure of CaCO3, promote the transformation of calcite to aragonite, and realize the purpose of scale inhibition. In a word, S-HGMF treatment can effectively solve the scaling problem of recirculating cooling water system, which provides a reference for scale inhibition of recirculating cooling water.
