With the rapid development of transportation, the vulnerability of bridge under blast loading has more and more attracted people's attention. To ensure the safety of the bridge under the impact of blast loading is very important. This article describes the current situation of bridge structure antiknock research in China and other countries. What’s more, pointed out the shortcomings of existing research and presented that the antiknock research of bridge structure should combine numerical simulation with model test at the same time. This article researches the stress, strain and bridge damage rule of 1: 5 model of T-beam Bridge under explosion effect of small doses explosive.

The traffic on highway bridges has been increasing in both volume and magnitude, which even has become one of the main reasons leading to damages and collapse of bridges. Most of the existing regulations for overloading checking are carried out based on various limits of gross vehicle weights and axle loads. However, the results of relevant researches show that weight is only a potential factor but not the dominating factor in threatening the safety of bridges. In this study, the concept of load-effect-based heavy truck is proposed for overloading checking, and then three years of WIM data were collected and used to develop heavy truck models for each truck type, based on the understanding of the characteristics and configurations of heavy trucks as well as the distribution of their main parameters. Furthermore, the typical heavy truck models selected and their possible combinations are applied to a simply supported pre-stressed concrete T-beam bridge model with three loading levels, considering one-lane, two-lane and three-lane loaded respectively, then the induced load effect, deflection and stress are discussed for 20 loading cases. The results show the bending moment caused by heavy trucks moving on multiple lanes is 1.6 times the value of the standard truck model in Chinese specification, and the eccentric loading due to a very heavy vehicle moving on single lane usually lead to more severe effect.

Diaphragm beam has grate influence to load transverse distribution factors of T-beam bridge. Two steel T-beam bridge models were made in this article, one have diaphragm beam and the other one have not. Concentrated load was applied to both of them, and mechanical analysis of the T-beam bridge model was carried out by finite element software. Compared with experiment data and theoretical data, it shows that: when the concentrated load was applied to mid-span of 1#,2# and 3# beam of the two kind bridges, the 1#,2# and 3# beam load transverse distribution factors of T-beam bridge without diaphragm beam is larger than that of T-beam bridge with diaphragm beam by 19.3%~23.2%、25.3%~30.6% and 48.1%~50.1% respectively.

The RC beam damage induced by blast loading might lead to partial or total collapse of bridges. Improved understanding of damage mechanism of the RC beam under blast loading helps advances in the analysis and assessment of bridge damage effects. In this paper, the damage mechanism of prestressed reinforced concrete (PRC) T-beam under close-in blast loading is investigated numerically with a three-dimensional numerical model. The model is validated by comparing simulating results with the experimental data reported by other researchers. Intensive numerical simulations are then carried out to reproduce the damage process of the T-beam as well as to investigate the damage mode and mechanism of the PRC T-beam components.

In recent years, ultra-urban road overpass vehicle impact beam incident after another. High beam impact of vehicles on the overpass bridge safety impact has become another important issue. High trucks at home and abroad on the curve of reinforced concrete beam bridge working effect of the impact is still insufficient. Based on high-precision linear dynamic finite element simulation analysis, research under the action of high vehicle collision, reinforced concrete curved girder Bridges of local damage effect and the overall distortion performance. The results showed that: high vehicles on the bridge superstructure imposed impact impulse and punching power led bridge superstructure is hitting zone produce local cracks. Damage caused by different impact velocity varied.

Bridge damage often occurs, as a result of damage to the bridge causing financial aspects losses and can also cause fatalities. The causes of the damage various factor, one of which is the bridge structure experiencing fatigue. This fatigue caused the strength of the structure of the bridge to decrease. Bridge damage due to a decrease in the strength of this bridge structure can impact the bridge to collapse. To minimize bridge damage due to a decrease in the strength of the structure of the bridge there is a need for bridge maintenance and to make it easier in terms of maintenance it is necessary to know the pattern of collapse of the existing bridge. In the analysis of this collapse pattern, a waren type steel continous bridge will be modeled with a span length of 120 meters. This analysis is carried out by giving a static vertical load at a reference point on the bridge frame, where the load is increased by multiplying until the structure is demage. The results of the study show that in the waren type continuous steel truss bridge failure occurs at the final portal diagonal element in the 2 middle positions. Based on FEMA 356 displacement target, the level of structural performance shows the bridge model under IO conditions and based on SNI 2833-2008, the actual ductility that occurs has met the requirements.

Under the impact of COVID-19, research on behavior recognition are highly needed. In this paper, we combine the algorithm of self-adaptive coder and recurrent neural network to realize the research of behavior pattern recognition. At present, most of the research of human behavior recognition is focused on the video data, which is based on the video number. At the same time, due to the complexity of video image data, it is easy to violate personal privacy. With the rapid development of Internet of things technology, it has attracted the attention of a large number of experts and scholars. Researchers have tried to use many machine learning methods, such as random forest, support vector machine and other shallow learning methods, which perform well in the laboratory environment, but there is still a long way to go from practical application. In this paper, a recursive neural network algorithm based on long and short term memory (LSTM) is proposed to realize the recognition of behavior patterns, so as to improve the accuracy of human activity behavior recognition.

Taking practical responsible decisions in the field of social and industrial management in the context of rapid development of digital technologies in the era of the knowledge economy is impossible without reliance on expertise. A kind of organization of activities for the production of ‘predictions’ is required, when not only an accurate assessment of the impact of certain factors and their possible interactions with each other is given, but also as a result of creative construction of scenarios for the development of processes and events, an understanding comes which factors need to be taken into account. At the same time, the expertise constantly faces criticism, calling the conclusions of experts arbitrary, unreliable and subjective. Often, expertise is confused with monitoring, evaluation, diagnosis, inspection or counseling. The authors of the article carried out a structural analysis of the content of the expertise processes in the project management vector in the digitalization era and came to the conclusion that the effectiveness of the expertise is significantly increased in case of clear regulation of this type of activity, providing the necessary status.

Increasing extreme climate events, intensifying traffic patterns and long-term underinvestment have led to the escalated deterioration of bridges within our road and rail transport networks. Structural Health Monitoring (SHM) systems provide a means of objectively capturing and quantifying deterioration under operational conditions. Computer vision technology has gained considerable attention in the field of SHM due to its ability to obtain displacement data using non-contact methods at long distances. Additionally, it provides a low cost, rapid instrumentation solution with low interference to the normal operation of structures. However, even in the case of a medium span bridge, the need for many cameras to capture the global response can be cost-prohibitive. This research proposes a roving camera technique to capture a complete derivation of the response of a laboratory model bridge under live loading, in order to identify bridge damage. Displacement is identified as a suitable damage indicator, and two methods are used to assess the magnitude of the change in global displacement under changing boundary conditions in the laboratory bridge model. From this study, it is established that either approach could detect damage in the simulation model, providing an SHM solution that negates the requirement for complex sensor installations.
