Abstract. this paper proposes an energy saving algorithm based on wireless network in the intelligent street lamp system, which can real-time intelligent detect conditions illumination, person’s position and other infomation, street lamps builds a WSN network and collaborative adjustment its illuminations according to the information collected by its sensor device,compared with the current lighting system, the system more benefit in energy saveing, extending the lamp life, reduce light pollution on the environment. For energy conservation and environmental protection construction, intelligent street lamp system play an important role.

Proper street lighting has psychological, ecological and economic functions. Not only does it provide safety in settlements at night, but it also makes streets friendlier. Inadequate quantity and quality of street luminaries can cause troubles in the ecosystems of settlements. Public lighting management is the responsibility of local governments, and therefore it matters how much the operation and maintenance burden the budget. The modernisation of the obsolete street lighting system and the installation of a reliable and energy-saving (cost-effective in the long run) system is taking place in more and more places. Large cities (domestic cities with county rights) deserve special attention due to the concentration of the population, functions and through them the concentration of environmental impacts.

In recent years, energy conservation and environmental protection have attracted great attention by the state, and many efforts have been made from the policy and planning level. In view of the current distribution network planning requirements about energy-saving and environmental protection attributes such as loss reduction, carbon reduction, and environmental friendliness, this study proposes a set of energy-saving and environmental protection evaluation indicators for distribution network. Then, the CIM file library is constructed for typical equipment. Based on the CIM file, the digital planning technology for distribution network is designed. Besides, the feature library of energy conservation and environmental protection indicators, power flow calculation module, carbon flow calculation module, and renewable energy integration planning module are described.

This paper introduces a kind of removable pyrolytic furnace for the medical wastes based on the combined methods of thermal decomposition and combustion. Use the environmental protection design to minimize the pollution and the secondary pollution. Due to many infectious medical wastes cannot be transported, and must be solved locally, so infectious waste thermal decomposition furnace emerges as the time requires. Based on the thermal decomposition principle to decompose the organic, before combustion, the garbage should be carbonized first, so the original structures of polymer can be destructed, and be transformed into low molecular compounds. Heat it by heating resistance after gasification so it can continues to burn, this can decompose the dioxin and prevent the synthetic of dioxin at the largest degree. Its differential to other equipments is that it using the electric energy, the thermal decomposition furnace is internal of the incinerator in structure, which plays the effect of energy saving, so it is energy conservation and environmental protection. It is easy to install and convenient to use.
