With the development of computer technology, especially the rapid development and extensive application of database technology and computer network technology, the data quantity increases sharply, the accumulation of a large number of data in various fields, and rising fast. Enterprise database or data warehouse has stored a large number of customer data, these data include many aspects of the information of customers, but also contains the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise operation. If we can use these data quickly, efficiently in-depth analysis and research, to find the rules and modes, to obtain the necessary knowledge from it, will help enterprises to better decision making. The system can successfully excavate students and staff of the tendency of consumption and consumption habits, analyze their satisfaction with each restaurant. Since the end of 1980s, different sectors have implemented geographical information systems (GIS) in Turkey. A study on GIS market in Turkey indicates that municipalities are the primary customers (Gülersoy & Yigiter, 1999). One of the earliest GIS projects in Turkey began with the production of digital maps covering the boundaries of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality in 1987. Since 1994, a rapid development process has occurred with the widespread diffusion of GIS especially in universities and large public sector organizations respectively. However, the early city-wide municipal GIS projects were initiated only after 1996 (Ucuzal, 1999).

With the rapid development of economic globalization and computer technology, bilingual teaching has become the development trend of college teaching. This paper aims to explore the reform road of the bilingual teaching complied with Higher Education Objectives. Take the course of introduction to computer for example, combined with the actual situation of our college bilingual teaching reform the solution to the problem and reform measures were proposed from the teaching content, teaching models, teaching means and so on. With the rapid development of society and computer technology, the combination of mathematics with computer technology is playing an increasingly important role in each field of society. In this paper, we mainly discusses the important role of MATLAB software in mathematical modeling, so as to raise the understanding of MATLAB and the efficiency of mathematical modeling with MATLAB software, and then improve the ability to solve practical problems. This paper explains the general process of mathematical modeling, studies the function and characteristic of MATLAB and its application in mathematical modeling. There are analysis of the key technologies and solutions required in the development process. Practice has proved that the MATLAB mathematical modeling can be used to improve the efficiency and quality of mathematical modeling, enriching the ways and means of mathematical modeling, and has great effect on the teaching of mathematical modeling course.

With rapid development of the geographic information system technique, the electronic chart has come into being and is more and more mature. The electronic chart can provide the accurate and detailed information about the ocean environment, including the depth of water, situation of the seabed, distance from the shore, position, orientation and velocity of the ship, and other useful information. This paper first gives some introduction about the electronic chart. After analyzing the characteristics of the electronic chart, the application of the electronic chart in ocean navigation is provided. Finally the existing problem of the electronic chart and its future development trend are also discussed.

With the rapid development of computer technology, various distributed-component technologies are emerging. CCM specification, which has the features of independent of platforms and development languages, complete model, standard protocol and interface, has been widely recognized in computer industry. In this specification, the reuse of software is achieved through assembling. Its openness and extensibility makes it especially suitable for the integration of large-scale information system. Based on the introduction of CCM specification and information system integration, proposes the application of CCM specification to information system integration, and describes the integrating method from four aspects of integration framework, hierarchy structure, development process, and operation characteristic.

The rapid development of computer technology and information greatly helps work in storing, accessing to data processing becomes faster and easier, this has triggered various fields in utilizing this with the use of computer-based information systems, especially for intelligence units in western security police. The system that will be created uses access to the virtual host-based client server. Modeling used UML modeling, this system is built using PHP programming language and MYSQL database. The results of the study show that the information system designed can process criminal data and is able to be implemented at the research site..

The rapid development of computer technology has an important role in supporting the development process in current communication era. However, the development of this technology cannot be used optimally at Gajah Mada Vocational High School (Bahasa: Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK)). In Gajah Mada Pati Vocational School, the processing of salary data has not used a computerized system, so it took a long time to process salary data and the possibility of error and data duplication. From these problems, it is necessary to design a computerized system using system design tools in form of ERD, DFD, as well as the design of input and output. Then the researcher tried to help provide an opinion for the salary data processing information system in order reducing the occurrence of error and speeding up the salary calculation process. From the paper done by the researcher, it is hoped that this new system can be used as well as possible. In this new system, the media is provided to hold the data base and media is provided to enter data, to change data, to delete data and to print report.
