The passive system technique is dynamically used as an alternative to the active system, in order to minimize the peak loads and the total EUI in kWh/ m2 for any building prototype. Sun breaker or shading device is a basic traditional method and Mashrabiya previously used for privacy and reduces the heat gained and emitted from sun`s rays, in addition to the fabricated wood material and its specs of bad conductor. the study aims to investigate the effect of rotational shading devices around the y-axis, will the rotation have a significant impact on the EUI or not? The research methodology is built upon generative modeling tool of parametric design, Rhinoceros Version 6.0, with the cooperation of Grasshopper, Ladybug& Honeybee, and Toolbox. Five hundred running simulations are carried out to determine the optimal angle of rotation with maximum reduction in cooling loads, and the interpretation is 30°. Two linear regression equations are derived out of this valuable study to deduce the correlation between independent and dependent variables when the sun breaker material is matt or reflective, and how the total EUI kWh/m2 can be minimized?

Automatic extraction of features from harmonic information of music audio is considered in this paper. Automatically obtaining of relevant information is necessary not just for analysis but also for the commercial issue such as music program of tutoring and generating of lead sheet. Two aspects of harmony are considered, chord and global key, facing the issue of the extraction problem by the algorithm of machine learning. Contribution here is to recognize chords in the music by the feature extraction method (voiced models) that performd better than manually one. The modelling carried out chord sequence, getting from frame-by-frame basis, which is known in recognition of the chord system. Technique of machine learning such the convolutional neural network (CNN) will systematically extract the chord sequence to achieve the superiority context model. Then, traditional classification is used to create the key classifier which is better than others or manually one. Datasets used to evaluate the proposed model show good achievement results compared with existing one.

Objective: To present initial radiographic results of surgical correction of the hallux valgus angle (HVA) and the intermetatarsal angle (IMA) using the percutaneous Bianchi system (PBS) technique. Methods: Seventeen patients with moderate to severe hallux valgus (HV) were exclusively treated with the PBS technique and assessed radiographically preoperatively and during the postoperative period, from January 2019 to January 2020. The degree of deformity correction was recorded, based on the HVA and the IMA. Stata (v. 14.0) software was used for statistical analyses. Pre-surgical and post-surgical mean HVA and IMA were compared using Student’s t test for paired samples and the McNemar test was used to compare HVA and IMA categories. Statistical significance was set at 5% and 95% confidence intervals were estimated. Results: Both HVA and IMA were reduced significantly during the assessment period. Mean radiographic correction of the HVA was 15.1° and mean radiographic correction of the IMA was 7.3. Conclusions: According to the results presented, use of the PBS technique achieved adequate correction of the radiographic parameters of the patients who underwent the treatment as proposed, although it is necessary to conduct additional studies with longer follow-up to achieve a higher recommendation level. Pada mesin molen cor kapasitas 50 kg, banyak ditemukan beberapa komponen yang mengalami trouble. Perancangan mesin molen diawali dengan tahap informasi dimana pada tahap ini diketahui komponen kritisnya adalah tabung solar, roda pemindah, sirip pengaduk, knalpot, pulley, kerangka bawah. Kemudian masuk kedalam tahap analisa dilakukan secara analisa teknik dengan membuat diagram FAST (Function Analysis System Technique) dan analisa biaya yang dihasilkan bahwa biaya kerugian kerusakan sebesar Rp. 54.700.000. Kemudian pada tahap kreatif dimunculkan berbagai konsep perbaikan untuk tiap komponen yang kritis yang kemudian pada tahap evaluasi dilakukan perhitungan value untuk memilih konsep mana yang terbaik. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah komponen tabung solar diperbaiki dengan diganti dengan bahan plastik, kerangka bawa diberi penguat pada siku-sikunya, sirip pengaduk diberi penguat dengan besi betoneser, knalpot dipendekkan dan dihadapkan kebawah, Pulley dan roda pemindah ditambah masing-masing satu unit. Kemudian hasil Analisa biaya setelah dilakukannya perbaikan adalah sebesar Rp. 3.190.000.

Abstract The purpose of this writing is to determine the ratio legis for the position of Temporary Notary Officer in the event that the Notary is temporarily suspended from his/her position and to understand the reformulation of the regulation of the position of the Notary's Temporary Officer in the event that the Notary is temporarily suspended from his/her position. The research method used is the normative research method, which departs from the absence of norm on the regulation of the position of Temporary Notary Officer in order to carry out the position of a temporarily suspended Notary as stipulated in Article 1 point 2 of the UUJN-Amendment, with a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. The technique of collecting legal material is in the form of card system technique and legal material analysis technique in the form of descriptive technique and construction technique. The research findings are as follows: Ratio Legis for the position of a Notary's Temporary Officer in the event that a Notary is temporarily suspended from his/her position is to maintain the continuity of the Notary's position, even though the Notary (official) cannot carry out his/her duties for a while because of being temporarily suspended, but persist because it is a permanent work sector. Regulatory reformulation of the position of Temporary Notary Officer in the event that the Notary is temporarily suspended from office is by establishing a norm that revises the norm of Article 1 point 2 UUJN-Amendment.   Abstrak Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui ratio legis kedudukan Pejabat Sementara Notaris dalam hal Notaris diberhentikan sementara dari jabatannya dan memahami reformulasi pengatuan atas kedudukan Pejabat Sementara Notaris dalam hal Notaris diberhentikan sementara dari jabatannya. Metode penelitian yang dipergunakan yaitu metode penelitian normatif, yang beranjak dari kekosongan norma atas pengaturan kedudukan Pejabat Sementara Notaris guna menjalankan jabatan Notaris yang diberhentikan sementara sebagaimana ditentukan dalam Pasal 1 angka 2 UUJN-Perubahan, dengan jenis pendekatan perundang-undangan serta pendekatan konseptual. Teknik pengumpulan bahan hukum berupa teknik sistem kartu dan teknik analisisa bahan hukum berupa teknik deskriptif dan teknik konstruksi. Adapun temuan penelitian adalah sebagai berikut: Ratio legis kedudukan Pejabat Sementara Notaris dalam hal Notaris diberhentikan sementara dari jabatannya adalah untuk mempertahankan keberlangsungan jabatan Notaris itu sendiri, meskipun Notaris (pejabat) tidak dapat melaksanakan tugas jabatannya untuk sementara waktu karena diberhentikan sementara, namun jabatan Notaris harus tetap ada karena merupakan lingkungan pekerjaan tetap. Reformulasi pengaturan atas kedudukan Pejabat Sementara Notaris dalam hal Notaris diberhentikan sementara dari jabatannya adalah dengan pembentukan norma yang merevisi norma Pasal 1 angka 2 UUJN-Perubahan.

El cheerleaders es un deporte que está dentro del grupo de arte competitivo y su valoración es por puntuación, los criterios de los jueces de dividen en los fundamentos individuales y las ejecuciones de la rutina a nivel de grupo, entre más dificultad y más exactitud mejor será la percepción de los jueces, la postura de las bases son fundamentales para las elevaciones ya que cumplen un papel fundamental para que las flyers realicen sus acrobacias, esta investigación surge como una necesidad en los deportistas de cheerleaders que presentan dificultades en los lanzamientos de la flyer, la solución a esta problemática relacionada con la ejecución de la técnica de lanzamiento de la flyer, tiene una gran importancia por la incidencia que tiene la misma en el rendimiento competitivo de los atletas de este deporte. Por esta razón la autora de este trabajo investigativo se formuló como objetivo diseñar un sistema de ejercicios de preparación física que contribuya al mejoramiento de la técnica del lanzamiento de la flyer. Y de esta manera lograr mejorar los resultados deportivos de los atletas en futuras competencias, para dar cumplimiento al mismo se utilizarán los siguientes métodos de investigación: análisis - síntesis e inducción deducción, análisis de fuentes bibliográficas y el criterio de expertos.  Los resultados obtenidos en esta investigación son de gran utilidad para los estudiantes en formación en las carreras de la actividad física y los profesionales de este deporte. Special exercises systems to improve the technique in the launch of the Flyer in Cheerleaders ABSTRACT Cheerleaders is a sport that is within the competitive art group and its evaluation is by score, the criteria of the judges are divided into the individual fundamentals and the performances of the routine at the group level, the more difficulty and more accuracy the better it will be the perception of the judges, the posture of the bases are fundamental for the lifts since they play a fundamental role for the flyers to perform their acrobatics, this research arises as a necessity in cheerleader athletes who have difficulties in throwing the flyer, the solution to this problem related to the execution of the throwing technique of the flyer is of great importance due to the impact it has. in the competitive performance of athletes in this sport. For this reason, the author of this investigative work set the objective of designing a system of physical preparation exercises that contributes to the improvement of the technique of throwing the flyer. And in this way to improve the sports results of the athletes in future competitions, to comply with it the following research methods will be used: analysis - synthesis and induction deduction, analysis of bibliographic sources and the criteria of experts. The results obtained in this research are very useful for students in training in physical activity careers and professionals in this sport. Quantum calculus (also known as the q-calculus) is a technique that is similar to traditional calculus, but focuses on the concept of deriving q-analogous results without the use of the limits. In this paper, we suggest and analyze some new q-iterative methods by using the q-analogue of the Taylor’s series and the coupled system technique. In the domain of q-calculus, we determine the convergence of our proposed q-algorithms. Numerical examples demonstrate that the new q-iterative methods can generate solutions to the nonlinear equations with acceptable accuracy. These newly established methods also exhibit predictability. Furthermore, an analogy is settled between the well known classical methods and our proposed q-Iterative methods.
