The rapid development of computer technology has an important role in supporting the development process in current communication era. However, the development of this technology cannot be used optimally at Gajah Mada Vocational High School (Bahasa: Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK)). In Gajah Mada Pati Vocational School, the processing of salary data has not used a computerized system, so it took a long time to process salary data and the possibility of error and data duplication. From these problems, it is necessary to design a computerized system using system design tools in form of ERD, DFD, as well as the design of input and output. Then the researcher tried to help provide an opinion for the salary data processing information system in order reducing the occurrence of error and speeding up the salary calculation process. From the paper done by the researcher, it is hoped that this new system can be used as well as possible. In this new system, the media is provided to hold the data base and media is provided to enter data, to change data, to delete data and to print report.

We must recognize the development of technology at this time has developed very rapidly in this era of globalization. Moreover, the development of internet-based computer technology. By using the internet we can search for the information we need from around the world quickly and accurately. However, there are still many companies in Indonesia that have difficulty in implementing computerized systems within the company, especially in internet-based information systems. From the research conducted, there are several weaknesses in the processing of reports that occur, namely it takes a long time to make a form, record the transactions and also take a lot of paper / media recording. In addition, there is no computerized system dedicated to this process. With the creation of a system of making reports with this method, it is expected to assist in generating reports and checking jobs faster and more accurately. After the design, manufacture, and testing of the application application and inventory inventory program, conclusions can be drawn, namely more company performance efficient and prone to errors if data entry is incorrect. In implementing the new system, it is expected to run smoothly.

The existence of hoaxes in Indonesia has been around for a long time. However, the term hoax was widespread and became part of daily conversations in the media and the public during the 2014 and 2019 Presidential Election. The rapid development of social media use and the ease of information exchange accelerated the spread of hoax. Even in the COVID-19 pandemic, hoax news about the corona virus and matters related to it are widespread in the community. This hoax news, both during the Election and the Covid-19 Outbreak, caused much unrest in the community. Some of the hoax news spreaders were jailed for violations of the ITE Law. Various legal practitioners and academics have also suggested that hoax news creators and spreaders be criminalized. This article reviews normatively whether the criminalization of hoax news is feasible for reasons of maintaining stability or needs to be eliminated to maintain freedom of opinion. The author reviews the normative aspects of criminalizing the creation and dissemination of hoax news by using Habermas' theory of deliberative democracy. Through this theory, the writer finds that hoax news makes aspects of democracy such as dialogue that is full of awareness and accurate information unattainable. This is also in line with what the Indonesian constitution wants. However, it is necessary to ensure that the criminalization of hoaxes is not used as an instrument of abuse of power considering that the circulation of hoaxes is a symptom of a problem rather than the root of the problem itself.Keywords: Fake News, Criminalization, Stability, Freedom of Speech, Deliberative Democracy, Legal Revuew

Bandung is a city that has a variety of culinary, it makes this city as a culinary tourism destination that highly demanded by both domestic and foreign tourists. Based on data from the Department of Culture and Tourism of Bandung, Bandung has a legendary street food culinary that is highly favored by culinary enthusiasts who visit this city. Street food culinary is snacks that have been around for a long time with authentic flavors and stories behind, some of popular street food culinary are bandros, combro, colenak, ketan bakar, cireng ​​and others. The rapid development of culinary potential in this city has caused many new street foods that enriches culinary diversity in Bandung so that culinary enthusiasts need an information media contains of information about culinary in this city, especially authentic street food culinary which is starting to be hard to find. Through qualitative methods and data collection techniques by means of field studies such as observation, interviews and questionnaires, it is necessary to design an application-based information media. The final results of this research is user interface design for the media that informs Bandung street food culinary. Inspired by the word kabita which comes from Sundanese means tempted to taste food, was chosen as the name of the application that informs culinary street food in the city of Bandung that aims to facilitate culinary enthusiasts to get that information

With the rapid development of society and computer technology, the combination of mathematics with computer technology is playing an increasingly important role in each field of society. In this paper, we mainly discusses the important role of MATLAB software in mathematical modeling, so as to raise the understanding of MATLAB and the efficiency of mathematical modeling with MATLAB software, and then improve the ability to solve practical problems. This paper explains the general process of mathematical modeling, studies the function and characteristic of MATLAB and its application in mathematical modeling. There are analysis of the key technologies and solutions required in the development process. Practice has proved that the MATLAB mathematical modeling can be used to improve the efficiency and quality of mathematical modeling, enriching the ways and means of mathematical modeling, and has great effect on the teaching of mathematical modeling course.

With the rapid development of computer technology, various distributed-component technologies are emerging. CCM specification, which has the features of independent of platforms and development languages, complete model, standard protocol and interface, has been widely recognized in computer industry. In this specification, the reuse of software is achieved through assembling. Its openness and extensibility makes it especially suitable for the integration of large-scale information system. Based on the introduction of CCM specification and information system integration, proposes the application of CCM specification to information system integration, and describes the integrating method from four aspects of integration framework, hierarchy structure, development process, and operation characteristic.

The Impact

This article aims to review the resolution of environmental disputes outside the court based on Law Number 32 of 2009 concerning Environmental Protection and Management (UUPPLH). The problem is focused on efforts to protect and restore environmental damage. The method used in this research is normative or doctrinal legal research. Data is collected through a literature approach and analyzed qualitatively. The rapid development of the industry, requires natural resources in the form of raw materials and energy sources that are very large as well. The consequence of the industrial development process is the increase in waste produced by the industry. This is very possible for friction between the surrounding communities, which in turn can lead to conflict or dispute. This study concludes that resolving environmental disputes outside the court is considered more beneficial because if it takes a case in court it takes a long time. By shortening the process the impact of environmental damage can be more quickly addressed so that the ecosystem can soon recover and social, economic and cultural life can proceed as it should.

Abstract: Utilization of computer technology in data processing processing of Balai Pengelolaan Daerah Aliran Sungai in BPDAS Kota Padang still no. All still done manually so that in making the report requires precision and a long time. Therefore, the researcher builds a watershed management information system in BPDAS Kota Padang using Visual BasicNet 2012 programming language. By utilizing computerized system is expected to assist the processing of data management of watersheds in BPDAS Padang so that it can produce fast information , precise and accurate. Keywords: information system, data processing, Balai Pengelolaan Daerah Aliran Sungai Abstrak: Pemanfaatan teknologi komputer dalam proses pengolahan data balai pengelolaan daerah aliran sungai di BPDAS Kota Padang masih belum ada. Semua masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga dalam pembuatan laporan membutuhkan ketelitian dan waktu yang cukup lama. Oleh sebab itu, peneliti membangun suatu sistem informasi pengelolaan daerah aliran sungai di BPDAS Kota Padang dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Visual Basic Net 2012. Dengan memanfaatkan sistem komputerisasi diharapkan dapat membantu proses pengolahan data pengelolaan daerah aliran sungai di BPDAS Kota Padang sehingga dapat menghasilkan informasi yang cepat, tepat dan akurat. A computer technology plays a very important role for development in all fields. The rapid development of information technology greatly affects the agency's performance, because the time could be utilized more effectively and efficiently. Pekon, is a Lampung's word, means village. The existence of an information system in Pekon Way Jaha is very helpful for the community and the government to run data browser. and it is useful to provide an overview of what is presented in Pekon Way Jaha. By the existence of this system, the data can be searched faster so that it can minimize time, costs and errors that may occur. The existence of a computerized system in a field, can facilitate the data recording and processing, reduce errors in recording, and produce reports based on certain categories as needed.
