The city of Bandung had a rapid development. The growth and development process of the city is largely determined by the strategy of the government itself. Therefore, the government regulates the direction of urban growth through the formation of regulations. However, the current condition of regulations and arrangement of development are quite worrying. The process applied is not in line with regulations, the quality of the environment decreases because of the illegally grown land use of settlements Covenience in an area is also closely related to the conditions of nature environment. Like the existence of Cikapundung river which is no longer considered. It can be seen in riverside housing that increasingly wild and growing organically. The purpose of this study is to identify the physical arrangement of the environment and buildings in the Cikapundung riverside settlement Bandung and its influence on the application of regulations. The method used is 1) A quantitative approach at the stage of data collection and analysis with parametric simulation technique modeling, using Rhinoceros Grasshopper software; 2) A qualitative approach in forming conclusions relating to the prediction of the building mass compared to the existing conditions. Analysis was carried out based on applicable regulatory studies including Building Coverage Ratio (BCR), Floor Average Ratio (FAR), and River Border Line, then applied to the simulation of building shapes, and identified behavior of the inhabitants. This research is expected to be a guide to the strategy of planning, structuring, and developing architcture especially the building form in riverside settlements. Economic development has not only led to the steady development of the gross national economy, but also provided a fundamental guarantee for the life of the residents at this stage. However, with the rapid development of economy, people’s attention to hidden safety problems has gradually shifted from big problems to “small details” of food safety. At the same time, in order to reduce the health problems of consumers in the process of eating products, we should start from the source of food, and use microbial technology in the current food safety testing, so as to fundamentally improve the quality of food safety. At present, PCR, impedance, ATP bioluminescence, lamp and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay are widely used. In this paper, the role of microbial detection technology was described, and the application of microbial detection technology in food safety detection was analyzed in depth, hoping to provide a reference for ensuring food safety through the promotion of microbial detection technology.

With the rapid development of computer technology, the application of computer technology in various fields is more and more common, and it also plays an increasingly important role in biomedicine. In recent years, microscopic image processing has always been an important part of biomedicine, and binocular indirect fundus microscope is playing an increasingly important role in vitreoretinal surgery. The purpose of this paper is to study the application effect of binocular indirect fundus microscope in vitreoretinal surgery, and to master the role of binocular indirect fundus microscope, which is important for biomedicine. This paper studies the effect of binocular indirect fundus microscope in vitreoretinal surgery through the study of the role of vitreous and binocular indirect fundus microscope, as well as the investigation of experimental methods. It highlights that the effect of binocular indirect fundus microscope is better than that of direct microscope in retinal surgery. The results show that binocular indirect fundus microscope is more suitable for vitreoretinal surgery. 85% of the patients with vitreoretinal surgery have better effect after surgery. No matter from the comparison of visual acuity improvement or retinal thickness, binocular indirect fundus microscope has better effect in vitreoretinal surgery. It also provides reference for how to prevent vitreoretinal diseases disease has positive significance. We expect to produce effective methods as soon as possible to solve the problems related to vitreous diseases, which can bring the bright future to ophthalmic patients.

Subject Total factor productivity. Significance The first estimates in the 1960s suggested that the growth of labour and capital inputs accounted for 20-30% of economic growth, implying that total factor productivity (TFP) improvements accounted for the remaining 70-80%. However, the skills embodied in labour and the technology embodied in capital can now be measured much more accurately. After these contributions are subtracted, the role of TFP in growth is reduced. Impacts Improvement in the quality of capital is closely tied to rising investment in capital, especially information and computer technology. If investment growth continues to slow, this will affect future output both through the volume of capital as well as its productive quality. Ageing populations and persistent ultra-low rates raise ‘secular stagnation’ fears; the future will depend on a better-educated workforce.

The social skill of persons with disabilities has been found to influence employment, schooling, friendships, community involvement, and overall quality of life. However, the ability of researchers and practitioners to assess social skills has been limited by reliance upon paper and pencil recording procedures. The development of computer technology offers refinement and expansion of the ability to adequately assess social skills. In this paper, the impact of technology on assessing social skills in persons with disabilities is addressed in terms of describing the technology, implications of the technology, and the role of micro versus macro analysis.

With the rapid development of computer technology, various distributed-component technologies are emerging. CCM specification, which has the features of independent of platforms and development languages, complete model, standard protocol and interface, has been widely recognized in computer industry. In this specification, the reuse of software is achieved through assembling. Its openness and extensibility makes it especially suitable for the integration of large-scale information system. Based on the introduction of CCM specification and information system integration, proposes the application of CCM specification to information system integration, and describes the integrating method from four aspects of integration framework, hierarchy structure, development process, and operation characteristic.

AbstractResearch purpose. The purpose of this study is to analyse the influence of industrial enterprises’ employees’ motivation to innovate on the results of innovation process and the quality of innovative products market performance. The need for such an assessment was inspired by the lack of understanding the role of motivation to innovate in the quality and success of innovation development process.Design/Methodology/Approach. To achieve this goal, the authors conducted a survey distributed to the industrial enterprise employees. The study was based on the paper-and-pencil survey that was distributed to 250 people involved in innovation development process at Russian industrial enterprises; 150 questionnaires were received back and considered valid for the study. The results were evaluated by means of statistical analysis performed by means of SPSS Statistics software.Findings. The results support the intuitive proposition that motivation to innovate influences the quality of new product development process: idea generation, market study, product development, pre-commercial financial analysis and commercialisation quality are influenced by motivation to innovate – which is in line with the literature (Cooper, 2013). At the same time, probability on new product development in the company, the quality of initial screening, preliminary technical analysis, preliminary production analysis and in-house product testing do not correlate with employee motivation to innovate. Same is true for the new product performance: we observed no correlation between the motivation to innovate and the market success, whereas correlation was revealed between the innovative motivation and the level of market competition for the new product; however, the graphical analysis allowed to estimate that in case employees with high motivation to innovate are absent in the company, it is very unlikely that the new product would be successful.Originality/Value/Practical implications. The study was based on a questionnaire that was used for relevant purposes in different countries in order to make cross-country comparison on the innovation development process and the role of motivation to innovate. It allowed to indicate the specific features of organisational culture that are outlined in the Russian management literature: in majority of cases, bottom-level innovative initiatives were not supported by the management (Prigozhin, 2007), and hence, motivation to innovate cannot be revealed by employees at every stage of the new product development process. Another reason for somewhat controversial findings of this study was the difference between organisational cultures of the analysed manufacturing enterprises, which was not evaluated in this article.

Architecture and its natural environment have always been inextricably intertwined throughout the centuries-old history of civil engineering development. Nowadays, when rapid development and accelerated technological innovations take place and the planet becomes everyday endangered as the result of human activities, nature is a main theme and support, in the focus of architectural creation more than ever. Biophilia in architecture represents an innovational method of architectural designing, in which the accent is on the role of nature in the quality of living and working in built areas. An architecture created based on this principle represents the architecture of the future. This architecture is imagined and created as a healthy and productive environment for a modern man, both in terms of indoor space and in the planning of local communities as active and sociable neighborhoods. By using an analytical descriptive methodology and research references, this paper focuses on contemporary experiences and analyzes selected case studies, in order to establish the elements of a possible model for architectural practice in Serbia.
