The simulation analysis and research on crank linkage mechanism, which is the core part of the engine, are of important significance. Based on related theory, this paper introduces a simulation analysis method for crank linkage mechanism, which is using Pro/E. First of all, the 3D model of the mechanism is build; all the components are modeled and assembled. Then dynamic simulation for the crank linkage mechanism by using PRO/Mechanism is carried on, the result of characteristics of motion, stress, etc of the mechanism are shown. A more effective method about the simulation analysis of crank linkage mechanism is introduced in this paper.

Established the dynamics simulation analysis model of crane hoisting mechanism based on the theory of dynamics in Adams software, and then through the three dimensional model of lifting mechanism dynamics entities, the constraints, load, drive can be added, the motion law can be defined to simulation analysis the change of the force of wire rope, the change of displacement, velocity and acceleration of lifting weight in the lifting process. On the basis of the simulation results, it can make a great improvement for the structure of crane and provide a meaningful theoretical reference for the hoisting machinery innovation design.

On-orbit service technology can extend the working life of the spacecraft, and improve the ability to perform various tasks. Docking mechanism is the key equipment of the space docking. The cushion performance of the system determines the dynamic characteristics in the docking process, and it is one of the important factors influencing the docking success or not. It is established that mathematical modeling of the new grasping mechanism in the buffering process, due to lack of the experiment equipments, the dynamic simulation on computer is an effective method to test and verify the parameters or evaluate the performance of the buffer system designed. Simulation analysis is conducted to get the corresponding buffer force for four different sets of buffer parameter, and it provides important basis for docking cushioning structure optimization.

Based on UG and Automatic Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical System (ADAMS), the 3D model of differential was constructed and the real-time dynamic simulation of differential was achieved. The effects of gear backlash between half axle gears and planetary gears on the vibration of differential are studied. To increase the credibility of simulation results , the contact forces between half axle gears and planetary gears were calculated based on the Hertz elasticity impact theory.

At present, although the Planet Gears for Ravigneaux Automatic Gearbox is widely used, most studies focus on the automatic transmission shift rule, few for automatic transmission in the process of installation error to analyze their dynamic performance. This paper is mainly based on the blank area of the current research, focusing on analysis gear installation error to the influence of dynamic performance. This paper build 3D model by Solidworks, and use mechanical system dynamics analysis software (ADAMS) for establishing the virtual prototype of the Planet Gears for Ravigneaux Automatic Gearbox and run the dynamic simulation. Gain the speed, the gearing mesh force at various levels and the meshing frequency.

Combine harvester is the most widely used modern forest machinery; tracked and wheeled logging machine is the common stumper. But each type of logging machine has its shortcomings and therefore it is need to develop a combination of tracked and wheeled logging machine. This logging mechanism takes the form of tracked feet while preserving the flexibility of wheeled logging machine, and also it has the obstacle-crossing ability of tracked harvester. The most important indicator of the performance of this new logging machine is its trafficability in soft and uneven road. This thesis uses multi-body dynamic simulation analysis software RecurDyn to build up the 3D model of such four feet tracked logging machine, and analyzes its dynamical process when meeting ditch. Eventually the logging mechanism performance is got. The conclusions provide foundation for design of combined harvester with four tracked feet.

Background: In this article, the TR08 car of the Shanghai Magnetic Train Demonstration Line was prototyped and a multi-body dynamics simulation model was established. And based on the low-interference track irregularity power spectrum in Germany, track irregularity data was obtained. Used dynamic simulation software, completed the dynamic simulation analysis of the vehicle-rail model controlled by the proportion-integral-derivative control system PID parameters. It can be concluded that the vibration of trains passing through irregular tracks at different speeds, and evaluated its comfort. The optimal solution for the control of the PID parameters of the train also has been derived. Aim: Evaluation of operational comfort and suspension gap control effect of Shanghai Maglev Train Demonstration Line by simulation analysis. Materials and methods of the studies: Simulation analysis. Results: The vibration acceleration and suspension gap of Shanghai Maglev Train Demonstration Line has been obtained. Conclusion: By adjusting the parameters of PID control system, the vibration acceleration of train can be reduced and the ride comfort can be improved.

This paper introduces a new kind of cam curve used in automatic tool changer based on the Exchange Cutter Manipulator 3d model established by the new cam curve and the use of RecurDyn to do the dynamics simulation. Comparing the establishment of the modify sine curve with the Exchange Cutter Manipulator, the new type curve of the Exchange Cutter Manipulator have smaller impact.

This study addresses a method to realize cloth dynamics simulation by using a wind noise method. Taken a 1/f noise as its 2D model, the 3D model of the discussed cloth is constructed. During its 3D simulation, some stochastic functions are employed to depict its stochastic ability. For the purpose of realism and simplicity, we attend to convert our dynamic simulation frames into animation film files. From the feedback, the constructed model is improved and the real time simulation is realized by reducing the calculation.

Based on the Maxwell equation and simulation analysis method, this paper investigates and retains the optimized parameters of a high-speed solenoid valve, which is very important for electrical unit pump (EUP) diesels. According to the electromagnetic theory, firstly, a three-dimensional (3D) model of the solenoid valve is established, and working process of the electromagnets is analyzed by using both the theoretical method and Ansys Workbench software. In view of the electromagnetic force, furthermore, several parameters related to the solenoid valve performance are considered and their effects on solenoid valve are analyzed and discussed. Finally, the optimized parameters are proposed for the analyzed solenoid valve and proved by theoretical equations. The studied approach can be extended to any other field related to the electromagnetic device design.

Completed solid model of hydraulic mechanical power split CVT using Pro/E software basing on the transmission principle, achieved the whole transmission without interference assemble by the interference analysis and checking the gap. Carried on dynamics simulation analysis using ADAMS software, obtained the variation of plungers’ centroid and the bearing force in the rear end cover, it laid the theoretical foundation for subsequent experimental analysis.
