C25 self-compacting concrete which meets the requirement of workability and strength grade is maked up by selecting local raw materials, using reasonable compound admixtures, based on c25 self-compacting concrete preliminary mixing proportion. we try to pursue an economical mixing ratio of the Low-strength Self-compacting Concrete which can adapt to the characteristics of the region's raw materials. The purpose is to promote the application of self-compacting concrete in region.

Taking free shrinkage as the key parameter in evaluating cracking of concrete, the cracking properties of self-compacting concrete with strength grade of C35 and C50 were investigated based on ring and slab restraint tests. Meanwhile, the ultimate tensile strain of self-compacting concrete was studied by using flexural test. Experimental results show that the shrinkage of self-compacting concrete is lower than that of normal concrete. Self-compacting concrete cracks later than normal concrete with the same strength grade. Although the ultimate flexural tensile strains of self-compacting concrete in 7 d and 28 d are a little bit lower than that of the normal concrete, it can still be concluded from the research that the cracking property of self-compacting concrete can be greatly improved by using proper mix proportion.

Polycarboxylate-based superplasticizers are synthesized by radical graft copolymerization reaction, and the products are divided into ester series (PC-1) and ether series (PC-2) on the basis of different big monomers. This article studies on influence of the different composition and dosages of the synthetic superplasticizers in the self-compacting concrete (SCC). The results show that the requirements of SCC workability can be achieved through simple adjustment kinds and dosages of the synthetic superplasticizers under the given mix proportions and the raw materials. And the main mechanism of the polycarboxylate-based superplasticizers is steric hindrance effect.

In order to achieve green building materials, energy conservation, waste reuse purposes. Use city sewage sludge as part of the raw materials for production of shale brick is studied by experiments adopted the different mixing ratio, find matching and the relationship between the compressive strength. Experimental results show that the shale powder to add quality percentage is 40% of dry sludge, formed a burning brick, brick of various performance accord with national standards, not only can save coal and mineral resources, improve the heat insulation brick, but also a lot of recycling of utilization of sludge.

In this work, pastes were prepared from slag and MSWI bottom ash by geopolymer technique. And its physical property was evaluated with mixing ratio of sodium silicate and potassium silicate. The amounts of leaching products, such as silica, alumina and calcium ions were changed for mixing ratio of raw materials. The compressive strength was increased with the increment of leaching amount of silica, alumina and calcium ions.

In order to study the combustion characteristics of sludge, coal, biomass and the mixed sample in micro-oxygen-rich environment (simulating micro-oxygen-rich environment with 30%O2/70%CO2), thermogravimetric analysis method is used in the paper. The experimental results show that under the micro-oxygen-rich environment, sludge has low ignition temperature, the average burning rate, burnout rate and flammability index, so combustion performance of sludge alone is poor and the weightlessness is more obvious in 200~600°C. But after mixing coal or biomass, combustion performance of sludge is improved. We use comprehensive application of flammability index and burnout characteristics index to determine the best mixing ratio is about 65% of sludge and coal, about 45% of sludge and biomass. Comprehensive combustion characteristic index may not be suitable for determining combustion performance of the sludge and its samples by comparison to S under the optimum mixing ratio of the sample and there are some errors. Biomass activation energy is the largest, the activation energy of sludge minimal. But the activation energy of the mixed sample doesn’t change regularly with the increase of sludge mixing proportion. So there is a deviation that we determine the mixing characteristics by a simple comparison of the activation energy of the samples. This paper provides a theoretical and data support for the selection and calculation of combustion parameters of mixed sludge and resource utilization of sludge.
