The usual hydraulic pump station pumps the general use of quantitative supply voltage level or constant pressure, using the corresponding control valve speed to adapt to work requirements, when the hydraulic system is intermittent or low-load condition, a large number of high-pressure oil through regulator overflow Back to the tank overflow valve, causing a great deal of energy consumption, when the hydraulic system requires a large flow of oil, it will result in a short time for the fluid system for liquid inadequate and under-voltage phenomenon. To solve this problem, we propose to improve the program, and conducted the analysis and comparison of several options to determine the source of energy-saving adaptive overall scheme of oil, its reasonable design, implementation of the automatic adaptive functioning, energy loss Small, the effect is significant.

In this paper the feasibility of energy saving by implementing flow regulation at constant load in feedwater pumps in a sugar industry is studied. As regulation strategy, the use of a variable speed drive in the hydraulic system is proposed. For the project evaluation, the Net Present Value and Payback Period techniques are used. Among the variables considered are the price of energy, the equipment useful life, financial data and those related to environmental impact. As a result, it was found that if only a commercial approach is considered, the energy saving strategy is profitable but not attractive, because investment is recovered in a period close to the useful life of technology. However, if a government focus that encourages the implementation of these energies saving strategies is considered, the investment of the project recovers in a short time.

Abstract. To improve the automation degree in special working environment which contains explosive gas. We develop a new type of temperature control hydraulic sensor basically on theory and lots of experiments. As the temperature reaches about 85°C,the motion part of the inductor will stretch to a certain length, and then it will push the adjusting rod. Simultaneously, the adjusting rod will overcome the elastic force of the spring and compel the spool valve to deform, and finally the control valve port will be open, it allows the control oil of the hydraulic system to pass. At last it reaches our destination that we can make the control of hydraulic circuit be realized.

A pumping station in a fuel storage suffered from pressure pulsations in a petrodiesel pipeline. Check valves protecting the station against back flow made a big noise when disc hit a seat. Due to employees complaints we were asked to solve the problem, which could lead to serious mechanical problems. Pressure measurement in the pipeline showed great pulsations, which were caused by self-excited oscillation of control valves at the downstream end of pipeline. The operating measurement did not catch it because of too low sampling frequency. One dimensional numerical model of the whole hydraulic system was carried out. The model consisted of check valve, pipeline and control valve, which could oscillate, so it was possible to simulate the unsteady flow. When the model was validated, a vessel with nitrogen was added to attenuate pressure pulsations. According to the results of numerical simulation, the vessel was installed on the location. Subsequent measurement proved noticeably lower pulsations and almost no noise.

During the movement of the tractor on the uneven terrain, there are fluctuations that cause jumps of the working fluid in the hydraulic system and high dynamic loads. The solution to this problem is the use of an energy-saving hydraulic drive with a hydraulic accumulator and a system of aggregates this leads to increased efficiency and increased productivity of skidding grippers. A mathematical model of working processes with an energy-saving hydraulic drive is compiled.

The operating system of loader working device is composed of the boom and bucket. It is operated mainly through multi-way valve axis manipulation, this kind of way is force-large, labor-intensive, but is low efficient. So it is necessary to optimize the oil source valve. Using the hydraulic pilot to control loader multi-way valve to optimize in the loader is safe, comfortable, furnished spirit and can achieve variable speed. Working hydraulic system uses a small flow pilot circuit control. The main oil is controlled by high pressure and large flow, and then the operating force of the working device is reduced greatly.

Power Quality (PQ) brings more challenges to the large- scale and medium scale industries because in the recent years most of them use high efficiency and low energy devices which cause vulnerable PQ disturbances at Point of Common Coupling (PCC). In this paper, the measurement at different times during load condition and analysis of all types of disturbances occurred has been done. When large rated equipments run, the disturbance (harmonics, RMS variations, and switching transients) levels are very high and poor power factor (PF) has also appeared. Due to this poor PF, reactive power consumption in load increases and accordingly total power increases. An electronic device such as LED lights, fluorescent lamps, computers, copy machines, and laser printers also disturb the supply voltage. We are very well known that every PQ problem directly or indirectly must affect economically. Many researchers have investigated PQ audit for over three decades. However these studies and analysis have been done only at simulation level. Hence, the PQ analyzer based study is required to find out the PQ issues at distribution feeders. It will be a valuable guide for researchers, who are interested in the domain of PQ and wish to explore the opportunities offered by these techniques for further improvement in the field of PQ. This paper gives a brief Real Time PQ measurement using PQ analyzer HIOKI PW3198 at Distribution Feeders and it gives an idea to the researcher to optimize problems-related to PQ with respect to the high rated and low rated electric machinery of different feeders at PCC level. This study further extends to analyze the grid disturbances and looks forward to the optimization methods for each individual PQ disturbance.
