This article considers the issues of forensic structural engineering examination to determine the quality of finishing works. The procedure for carrying out these works has been characterized, attention has been paid to building regulations and rules regarding the execution and acceptance of works on finishing coatings. The mandatory requirements for their quality are given and described. The process of forensic structural engineering conduct has been determined and the main problems and issues that arise while establishing the quality of work performed has been outlined. The main technical characteristics of the construction work on the implementation of the finishing coating, their characteristics are provided. A list of needed documents that are properly executed when ordering the execution of a finishing coating is discussed. Since in practice while conducting forensic structural engineering to determine the quality of finishing works, as well as during surveys, difficulties arise in their production. After all, quality control in construction includes obtaining factual data and comparing them with the established characteristics. The problem of checking the work performed is also considered. Attention is paid to the problem of conducting surveys on such works in order to correctly diagnose and identify technical characteristics of the works being carried out. The principles of conformity assessment are presented, for instance, the functional approach includes such processes as: selection, determination, review and type approval. The main approaches while examining conducted works are revealed. The description of peculiarities when accepting finishing works, as well as mistakes made by builders in performing such works are considered.

The purpose of the work is to assess the influence of the state of the technological process of production on the error of deciding on the suitability of the batch under control. Information is provided about the values of the error of representativeness at assessing the quality of building materials using ceramic brick as an example. It is shown that the rules for acceptance of the relevant normative documents for construction products should indicate the required number of samples for testing, taking into account the probability of an error-free forecast.

With the development of the construction work, the quality of construction works is concerned by more and more people. People are increasingly aware of the quality of the project, which is the core of the building works, related to the safety of life and property related to the construction business survival and development. This requires strict control of the quality of building construction, especially for the quality control of key parts of the construction work even more critical. To do this, select the control point of the key parts of the construction works, construction quality control methods and measures for key positions, from the quality control point in addition to meet the quality control requirements in accordance with the general site construction when elaborated higher requirements need its special control measures.

This study aims to identify the dominant factors of the successful implementation of benchmarking on the performance of contracting companies and test the significance of the application of benchmarking on the performance of contracting companies. The research sample was saturated samples of 65 qualified contractor companies. The method and type of research used were correlational methods of multiple regression analysis using SPPS. The results of the study concluded that 1.Benchmarking significantly influences the performance of contracting companies in the Blitar City DPUPR; 1. The ranking of success factors for the Blitar City contractor companies in the process of implementing benchmarking (1) planning, (2) data collection, (3) acception and action and (4) analysis; 2.Benchmarking has proven to significantly improve company performance as measured by increasing (1) Corporate Finance (2) Company productivity, (3) DPUPR Consumer Satisfaction, (4) Community Satisfaction, (5) Quality of the company's construction technical personnel, (6) Satisfaction employee work, (7) Project acquisition rate in one year, (8) Effective completion of construction work, (9) Construction product quality.

The compaction quality of the subgrade is directly related to the service life of the road. Effective control of the subgrade construction process is the key to ensuring the compaction quality of the subgrade. Therefore, real-time, comprehensive, rapid and accurate prediction of construction compaction quality through informatization detection method is an important guarantee for speeding up construction progress and ensuring subgrade compaction quality. Based on the function of the system, this paper puts forward the principle of system development and the development mode used in system development, and displays the development system in real-time to achieve the whole process control of subgrade construction quality.

In construction production, the safety of constructing buildings and structures is achieved by ensuring the required quality as a result of systematic construction control based on the implementation of a complex of technical, economic and organizational measures at all stages of the object's life cycle. The article deals with the actual problem of improving the quality of construction products-buildings and structures in conjunction with the activities of construction control bodies. The article presents the advanced foreign and domestic experience of ensuring the quality control at the construction sites, providing for the prevention of the underlying causes of defects and increasing the interest of the contractors directly. On the basis of the analysis of the current situation with quality control at the construction market, ways to improve its efficiency by developing a unified system of technological implementation of relevant requirements for the quality of construction products, determining the rational number and business load of construction control engineers, as well as the active activities of self-regulatory organizations in this area are offered.

We developed and implemented an annual online survey to administer to residents exiting residency training in order to (1) assess the quality of the residency experience and (2) identify areas of strength and areas requiring improvement. Long-term goals include program planning, policy-making and maintenance of quality control. Survey content was developed from an environmental scan, pre-existing survey instruments, examination of training criteria established by the CFPC and the CanMEDS criteria established by the RCPSC. The survey included evaluation benchmarks and satisfaction ratings of program director and faculty, preparation for certification and practice, quality of life, quality of education, and work environment. The response rate was 28%. Seventy-five percent of respondents were exiting from Royal College training programs. Results of descriptive statistics determined that the overall educational experience was rated highly, with 98.9% of respondents satisfied or very satisfied with their overall patient care experience. Ninety-six percent of respondents were satisfied or very satisfied with the overall quality of teaching. Preparation for practice was identified as needing improvement, with 26% and 34% of respondents giving an unsatisfactory rating to career guidance and assistance with finding employment, respectively. Although 80% of respondents reported receiving ongoing feedback and 84% discussed their evaluations with their supervisors, only 38% of evaluations were completed by the end of the rotation. The results indicate that residents are generally satisfied with their experiences during residency training, especially with their overall educational experience. Areas of improvement include preparation for practice and timeliness of evaluations. Further iterations of this survey are needed to refine the instrument, identify data trends and maintain quality control in residency training programs. Frank JR (ed.).
