An efficient automated milk detector based on freezing point depression is designed. This detector shares characters of high efficiency and good stability with accuracy and automation. Its main parts include temperature sensor of IC (Integrated Circuit), pinion-rack mechanism and crank-rocker mechanism and electronic control system. Monitoring in-situ change of milk freezing curve and developing efficiency of sampling can be available by means of pinion-rack mechanism and IC temperature sensor mechatronics design. As a result, adulterating status of milk can be discriminated in a rapid and accurate and automated way. The detector may be employed to detect liquid foods other than milk as well.

Flow characteristic of motorcycle electronic injector is one of the most important factors to determine the electronic control system design, and directly affects the accuracy of fuel control unit of the motorcycle engine. Combined with the LabVIEW software programming, the experiment on research and development of electronic injector could control the lower computer rapidly and conveniently. As well it could accurately obtain the flow characteristics of small injection pulse width and the normal one of motorcycle electronic injector. It will achieve the goal of high efficiency, fast and accurate measurement of flow characteristic of motorcycle electric injector.

An examination has been made of some of the extensive experimental data obtained by Bouyoucos and his associates on the freezing-point depression of soil solution at varying moisture contents, examined in situ. These workers find that the soil solution in quartz sand and extreme types of sandy soil obeys approximately the same law as dilute solutions—the freezing-point depression varying as the concentration, or in the present case, inversely as the moisture content. In other wordswhere K is a constant, and Dn is the freezing-point depression, at a moisture content of Mn. Soils do not obey this law, the freezing-point depression rapidly increasing as the moisture content decreases.

This paper introduces the optimal electrical system design for a solar car, which complies with the regulations of World Solar Challenge 2013. The optimal design principles of high efficiency, light weight and high reliability were proposed. The solar energy collection system, energy storage system, drive system and electronic control system were all designed under the guidance of the principles. The structure and working principle of the solar car electrical system are also introduced. The experimental results show that the design goals have been achieved, and the performance of the system has also been verified.

The article presents the results of the study of the filament modes of electronic lamps and ensuring the rational temperature of the cathode. A brief description and comparative analysis of existing methods with the proposed author are given. The dependence diagrams obtained as a result of a real experiment are presented. A new method of rational control of the electric vacuum devices (EVP) filament mode is proposed, thereby increasing the reliability and increasing the durability of the EVP during operation in high-quality and expensive complex technical systems. According to the results of the study, a new specialized electronic device was developed, which allowed to smoothly regulate the supply of the filament voltage, thereby ensuring the rational control of the operation of the EVP. The technique and specialized electronic device are developed on the basis of modern scientific and technical achievements. This made it possible to increase the reliability and efficiency of the electronic control system for solving critical tasks. When implementing the developed device, the problem of import substitution was solved.

In porous materials filled with water or water solutions of inorganic salts, water freezes at lower temperatures than under normal conditions; the reason is the decrease of water vapor tension above the convex meniscus of liquid in pores. The freezing point depression is not very significant in pores with radii from 0.05 μm to 10 μm (about 0.01-2.5 K). Only in smaller pores, especially when filled with inorganic salt solutions, this depression is important.
