The graphite reserves are 1146452300 tons in Heilongjiang Province, and its industry technology development reflect three aspects: graphite mining and selecting technology, processing technology, tailings utilization technology. The existing problems of graphite industry in Heilongjiang Province are: non-standard mining and management, small and scattered enterprise scale, backward technology, short deep processing industry chain, the lack of skilled personnel. Strategies of graphite industry development include: scientific planning, government guiding and investment, the adjustment of product structure, the proportion improvement of deep processing products.

The paper surveys and analyzes the basic present condition of Suiling black pottery in Heilongjiang Province, and innovates and designs black pottery products. This paper combines traditional technologies with modern design methods to enrich the categories of black pottery products, expands the industry chain, and promotes the economic development of Suiling. The rapid development of modern industry led to the decline of handicraft, and the development of Suiling black pottery has stagnated. Handicrafts should be designed and transformed to ensure the inheritance of traditional culture and skills.

Southern Xinjiang is a ecological vulnerable area, It mainly reflects in tree aspects: desertification, serious drought, saline-alkali, srong wind and dusty. Jujube tree can resist on drought, wind and dusty, saline-alkali, so we should develop jujube industry vigorously. This thesis description the natural ecological environment of Southern Xinjiang from geography environment, solar-thermal resource, water and land resource, and advantage of the development of jujube industry in Southern Xinjiang ,analyses the existing problems during jujube industry development, puts forward solutions,so this thesis has a big guide meaning to healthy and sustainable development of jujube industry in Southern Xinjiang.

MEMS industry in Japan has successfully taken off and been expected its rapid expansion, and is classified as a priority technology in the 3rd Science and Technology Basic Plan. Further involvement from the government in support technology development and commercialization is essential to achieve competitive advantage of the industry. In relation with the large anticipation of MEMS industry, Micromachine Center recently launched MEMS Industry Forum (MIF) in order to support MEMS industry development in collaboration with the government, the academia and the industry. Primary activities of MIF are policies proposal to the government, supporting the national project implementation, education, MEMS foundry service network and so on. The new national project, conducted by New Energy and Industrial Technology development Organization (NEDO), launched in July, 2006. The project focuses upon technology development on highly integrated MEMS, such as MEMS/MEMS, CMOS/MEMS and Nano/MEMS integrations, and its final goal is to commercialize the next generation MEMS devices and systems in five to ten years.

Soft Abrasive Flow Machining (SAFM) was presented as a new finishing process about the existing problems that the irregular surface of plastic mould was polishing difficultly. The paper first introduced the working principle and feature of SAMF. Secondly, the main influences of SAFM were analyzed. The problem of technology and theory urgent to settle was discussed. At the last, the technology development of SAFM was expected.
