The message transmission stability is very important for the design of the CAN bus system, which is related to the normal operation of the bus control system. The message transmission time is analyzed based on the Tindell scheduling theory, and the message transmission stability analysis is studied by means of probability analysis based on the second-moment method. An example in vehicle is calculated to get its message stability and the result is contrasted with the MONTE-CARLO method, and then the message transmission stability can be got using the method above; this will be the basis for calculating the stability of the CAN bus system, and provides the foundation for the further scheduling theory studies. It has great practical significe for CAN bus.

The CAN bus scheduling performance can be very important for the design of CAN bus system, it is related to the normal operation of the bus system. The CAN bus scheduling performance is studied and calculated using the classical first order second moment method based on EDF scheduling method; an example of the bus system scheduled by EDF method is used to calculate the stability by this method. MONTE-CARLO simulation is imitated using software programming; by comparing the results above the formula proves correct.

The message transmission reliability is very important for the design of the CAN (Controller Area Network) bus system, which is related to the normal operation of the bus control system. The bus message transmission time parameters are analyzed based on the CAN bus scheduling theory. The formula is a derived by means of probability analysis based on the fourth-moment method. An example is calculated to get its message reliability and the result is contrasted with the MONTE-CARLO method simulation, and then the bus message transmission reliability can be got. It has great practical significance.

Binary and ternary complexes of the type M-Y and M-X-Y [M = Mn(II), Ni(II), Cu(II) and Zn(II); X = 5-bromosalicylidene-4-methoxyaniline and Y = salicylidene-2,3-dimethylaniline] have been examined pH-metrically at 27±0.5°C and at constant ionic strength, μ = 0.1 M (KCl) in 75 : 25(v/v) 1,4-dioxne-water medium. The stability constants for binary (M-Y) and ternary (M-X-Y) systems were calculated.

Fast valving of ultra-supercritical unit has great effects on over-speed prevention, load-shedding control, transient stability analysis of electrical system and other security problems. The purpose of fast valving is to maintain the stability of power system once fault or load shedding of unit occurs in the electric power system. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the reliability of fast valving for ultra-supercritical unit. In this paper, the KU ( short shedding) logic condition of SIEMENS T3000 system is analyzed as the research object of fast valving. The unit can be avoided over speed by monitoring the unit load and fast valving under faulty grid conditions based on the KU control. A series of measures will be taken after KU is triggered, for instance the governing valving will be closed quickly and the DEH (digital electro-hydraulic) control of the steam turbine will be switched to speeding control mode. On the other hand, the unit will return to normal operation if the transient fault of power grid disappears. The key contributions of this thesis include three parts: Firstly, based on the analysis of control characteristics of ultra-supercritical unit and protective logic and triggered conditions of KU function, a novel dynamic model by coupling the fast valving of steam turbine and the transient stability of generator is established by applying the PSCAD software. Then, the dynamic response process of ultra-supercritical unit is simulated and calculated by adopting the coupling dynamic model when KU function is triggered. Also the influence factors and reliability of fast valving are analyzed under transient fault conditions. Finally, two optimized measures by increasing the time delay and the speed of quantitative judgment are put forward to reduce risks and avoid the misoperation of signal distortion which may be caused by the power transmitter under transient fault conditions. The results of this study can not only help to evaluate the reliability of fast valving function scientifically in power grid transient fault, but also guide the technicians to analyze the stability of the power grid.

Abstract Purpose The stability of an extemporaneously prepared rosuvastatin suspension stored over 30 days under various storage conditions was evaluated. Methods Rosuvastatin suspension was extemporaneously prepared using commercial rosuvastatin tablets as the source of active pharmaceutical ingredient. The organoleptic properties, dissolution profile, and stability of the formulation were investigated. For the stability studies, samples of the suspension were stored under 2 storage conditions, room temperature (25 °C and 60% relative humidity) and accelerated stability chambers (40 °C and 75% relative humidity). Viscosity, pH, organoleptic properties, and microbial contamination were evaluated according to the approved specifications. High-performance liquid chromatography was used for the analysis and quantification of rosuvastatin in selected samples. Microbiological investigations were also conducted. Results The prepared suspension showed acceptable organoleptic properties. It showed complete release of rosuvastatin within 15 minutes. The pH of the suspension was 9.8, which remained unchanged during the stability studies. The microbiological investigations demonstrated that the preparation was free of any microbial contamination. In addition, the suspension showed stability within at least the period of use of a 100-mL rosuvastatin bottle. Conclusion Extemporaneously prepared rosuvastatin 20-mg/mL suspension was stable for 30 days when stored at room temperature.

Objective: The present study was conducted to formulate and characterize the thin film containing astaxanthin nanoemulsion (TF-ASN) using Hydroxypropylmethyl Cellulose (HPMC) polymer as a film matrix system. The stability studies in different storage conditions were also performed. Methods: Astaxanthin nanoemulsion (As-NE) was prepared by using self-nanoemulsifying method, followed by incorporation into the HPMC matrix system by solvent casting method to forming TF-ASN. Evaluation of TF-ASN was performed by physical and mechanical characterizations. Stability study was carried out in both of accelerated (temperature of 40±2 °C/75±5% RH) and non-accelerated (at ambient temperature) conditions. Assay of astaxanthin in individual TF-ASN was determined compared to pure astaxanthin. Results: TF-ASN had good physical and mechanical characteristics that suitable for intraoral administration. Conclusion: For the study of stability under different storage conditions, it was proven that nanoemulsion form was packed in a HPMC matrix could enhance the stability of the astaxanthin.
