Through the rotor-flux-oriented vector control equation and the decoupling control based on vector control method, this paper studied the design method of the flux regulator in the vector control system. The vector control system is design with flux division link, and gets in an ideal performance of timing in the matlab simulation.

Alternating current (AC) machine speed-adjusting system plays a very important role in our daily life. Firstly, this paper studies the basic principle of vector control system for three-phase asynchronous motor based on the MT coordinate system, and this paper especially gives the calculation principle diagram of the current model for rotor flux. Then this paper establishes the double closed-loop vector control system based on the Matlab/Simulink detail, and gives the simulation results. The simulation results of the double closed-loop vector control system verify the correctness of the simulation models and the principle of vector controlling.

A study is made about the structure and its mathematical model of FT-PMM. The design of the vector control system (SVPWM) based on the id = 0 control strategy is proposed, which realizes the closed-loop vector control with feedback of speed, current, and position. This method is proved right by Matlab simulation. From a hardware level, the dsPIC30f4011 is used as the core of the system. With the help of the design of the bootstrap power supply of IR2110, the number of power is reduced and the cost is saved. The inverter circuit consists of 3 independent H bridges was used to control each wingding independently in order to enhance the ability of fault tolerance. Through hardware test, the result indicates that this vector control system could satisfy the demands of speed control and stable operation. After Man-made fault is set, the fault-tolerant performance is analyzed and the system is proved to have fault-tolerant capability to a certain extent.

The quality of high-speed machining workpiece is determined by drive control performance of motorized spindle. Vector control is one of high-speed motorized spindle control method, but the traditional controller is difficult to effectively overcome parameter disturbances caused by parameter variations from internal and external system. So it is necessary to use intelligent control. In this paper, a model of a speed and flux-closed-loop vector control system with an inner torque-closed loop is established, and a fuzzy controller is used to adjust the speed. MATLAB is used for load simulation of high-speed segment of motorized spindle, and then the simulation results show that high-speed motorized spindle can be increased in to the high-speed segment using a short period of time, and it has strong anti-interference ability and excellent performance at the same time in the control system presented in this paper.

The paper analyzed the influence of rotor parameters changing for the induction motor vector control, and an adaptive identification method for rotor parameters was proposed. Based on Lyapunov stabilization theory, design method of adaptive identification discipline was expatiated. The model of rotor parameters adaptive identification under induction motor vector control was completed using Matlab/Simulink. The simulation results demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed method, and it can be taken as the theory and practice reference for improve the orientation bias for vector control system.

According to the characteristics of mine fanner, the running characteristic and requirements of load was analyzed, and the fanner control system was simulated by using frequency control technology in this thesis. The speed flux double closed loop vector control system was designed by using the principle of the rotor field-oriented vector control and the mathematical model of asynchronous motor. The simulation model was simulated and analysised by MATLAB/Simulink. The result indicated that the vector control system can not only quickly responded to the change of the load torque but also have good speed control performance, and the mine fanner operation requirements was satisfied.

In order to test the Correctness of output characteristics in different parts in the designing process of AC servo system and provide it with necessary design parameters, the speed of PMSM control system and a electric double closed loop simulation model of the vector control PMSM are established on basis of AC by using Simulink toolbox in Matlab. Moreover, MATLAB simulation is also conducted and on this basis come up with the design project using infineon XC878 chip to realize the PMSM vector control system. The system testing results show that it has the characteristics of quick start and response and high precision.A feasibility proposal is provided by the system to the research and development of PMSM vector control system based on MCU.
