In order to reduce the production cost, In one factory product the SPHC steel of general requirements using slag washing process (BOF→Slag washing oxygen alloying→Ladle argon-blown→CC), the system study was analyzed about deoxidization and desulphurization behavior of slag washing process. The results of the study show that, when the content of Als 300~500ppm, dissolved oxygen 3~6ppm, the steel desulfurization rate remains stable at 35% to 48%, the average desulfurization rate is 42%. The process of the [N] content, increasing [S] are lower than the LF refining, the operation is simple and can meet the metallurgical requirements.

Sodium hypochlorite bleaching washing process has been broadly carried out in denim garment industrial production. However, the quantitative relationships between process variables and bleaching performances have not been illustrated explicitly. Hence, it is impractical to determine values of the variables that can achieve the optimal production cost while satisfying the requirements of customers. This paper proposes an optimization methodology by combining ensemble of surrogates (ESs) with particle swarm optimization (PSO) to optimize production cost of chlorine bleaching for denim. The methodology starts from the data collections by conducting a Taguchi L25 (56) orthogonal experiment with the process variables and metrics for evaluating bleaching performances. Based on the data, the quantitative relationships are separately constructed by using RBFNN, SVR, RF and ensemble of them. Then, accuracies of the surrogates are evaluated and it proves that the ESs outperforms the others. Later, the production cost optimization model is proposed and PSO is utilized to solve it, while a case study is given to depict the optimization process and verify the effectiveness of the proposed hybrid ESs-PSO approach. Overall, the ESs-PSO approach shows great capability of optimizing production cost of sodium hypochlorite bleaching washing for denim.

The enzyme washing process is extensively applied in the industrial production of denim garments. The process parameters of enzyme washing have significant effects on washing performances and costs. Since the relationships between the process parameters and washing performances cannot be expressed explicitly, it is impractical to determine the process parameters to obtain the optimal production cost while satisfying requirements of customers intuitively. This paper proposes an optimization methodology by combining Kriging surrogate and differential evolution (DE) algorithm to address the production cost optimization of enzyme washing for indigo dyed cotton denim. First, an experiment using Taguchi L16 orthogonal array is conducted where temperature and concentration of cellulase enzyme are taken into consideration with processing time as the input parameters, while the washing performances (including color strength value, stiffness, and tensile strength in warp and weft directions of the washed denim fabrics) are the output responses. Second, the relationships between the inputs and outputs are established using the Kriging model. Third, the effects of the input parameters on the washing performances are analyzed, and the production cost optimization model is illustrated. Finally, a case study is given to depict the optimization process and a verification experiment is conducted to verify the effectiveness of the optimal values. On the whole, the proposed hybrid method, Kriging-DE, shows great capability of optimizing the production costs of the enzyme washing process for indigo dyed cotton denim.

The desulphurization kinetics in ladle refining was analyzed, and the restrictive link for the desulfurization was selected based on previous research. Then the kinetics of desulfurization model in LF refining was developed and the empirical formula of sulfur ratio was summarized. The result by calculated shows that there is a good linear correlation between desulfurization rate and time, and the mass transfer coefficient D=3.79x10-5m/min.

According to the production process of 45#steel(120t BOF→ slag refining →CC), some system analysis are introduced to research on the type, composition and quantity of large inclusions in casting slab under slag washing process, the effect of slag washing production process on the cleanliness of casting slab is evaluated. The results of the study show that: Under slag washing process, many of large inclusions are spherical inclusions, the main type of large inclusions is CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-MnO complex inclusion andSiO2-Al2O3 inclusion; the content of large inclusions in normal slab is 5.17mg/10kg, it is lower than that under un-slag washing process; the content of large inclusions in head slab is 108.82mg/10kg, it’s 21.05 times higher than that in normal slab; the content of large inclusions in compound casting slab is 15.94mg/10kg, it’s 3.08 times higher than that in normal slab; the content of large inclusions in casting slab is slightly higher under the condition of unsteady casting; the main inclusions with a size of between 140μm and 300μm in head slab, take up 70.13%, the inclusions with a size of more than 300μm is second, take up 29.24%, and the least is inclusions with a size of between 80μm and 140μm, only take up 0.63%. The level of the molten steel fluctuated remarkably, slag entrapment and secondary oxidation is serious at the casting start and compound casting, which cause the cleanliness of casting slab decreasing. Unsteady casting has great effect on the cleanliness of casting slab.

This study aims to find a comparison of the calculation of the cost of goods manufactured in the CV. Mitra Setia Blitar uses the company's method and uses the Job Order Costing (JOC) method. The method used in this study is quantitative. The types of data used are quantitative and qualitative. Quantitative data is in the form of map production cost data while qualitative data is in the form of information about map production process. The result of calculating the cost of production of the map between the two methods results in a difference of Rp. 306. Calculation using the company method is more expensive than using the Job Order Costing method. Calculation of cost of goods manufactured using the company method is Rp. 2,205,000, - or Rp. 2,205, - each unit. While using the Job Order Costing (JOC) method is Rp. 1,899,000, - or Rp 1,899, - each unit. So that the right method used in calculating the cost of production is the Job Order Costing (JOC) method
