Currently, the global warming becomes serious and has become the crisis and challenge of all the world. Low carbon economy is the best mode of coping with the global warming and realizing sustainable development of economy and society. At present, The United States is still in the first place of greenhouse gas are worth of using for reference in developed countries. At present, the United States is still the biggest country that exhausts greenhouse gases, such as CO2;however, carbon emissions in China can not be ignored. Recent research indicates that it is valuable to learn from developed countries carbon or energy taxes policy.

Global warming in the key period, all countries in the corresponding measures are put forward, the resulting low carbon economy become a global trend. Low carbon economy has become the development in the world today and future development of the main melody. This paper analyzes the background of low carbon buildings, put forward the meaning of a low carbon economy, emphatically analyses the meaning of low carbon buildings and our low carbon building currently in question, compared to developed countries construction development a low carbon economy advanced experience, and explores our country construction on the future development of low carbon building method and the strategy.

After the UN climate conference in Copenhagen and the Cancun conference in Mexico, the world pays more attention to low-carbon development. Low-carbon city is an important path to develop the low-carbon economy. Countries all over the world have take action now: Britain’s climate change action plan; Danish’s low-carbon communities; Japan’s low-carbon society action plan. In the sixth nationwide population census, urban population closes to the rural population. Urban create 70 percent GDP, it is also a major source of carbon emissions. How economic development decouple from carbon emissions in the process of industrialization, it is a major problem encountered in China. In this paper, it describes the process of the low-carbon city evolution and the concept of the low-carbon city firstly, then it analyses the status of low-carbon city construction in our country secondly, finally the paper puts forward countermeasures. The countermeasure will has important meaning to develop low-carbon economy in our country.

The low-carbon economy is attention increasingly all over the world, and which has become the best economic mode to cope with global warming. And it is the important way to achieve the low carbon economy, optimize the energy structure through developing the biomass power generation and other new energy. In recent years, the development of biomass power generation in China is rapid, there are also some problems. Therefore, it is necessary to predict the biomass power generation industry development, especially the installed capacity of biomass power generation. In this paper, the authors used the GM (1, 1) model to predict the installed capacity of biomass power generation, which can reveal the evolution of things under the circumstances of less data and less information. The installed capacity prediction from 2011 to 2020 showed that the results given by this model were reliable, and it is feasible to predict the installed capacity of biomass power generation.

Global warming is attracting more and more countries and regions to be concerned about the environmental problems. On the whole, the developed countries have started earlier in the field of developing low-carbon economy, and their experience is worth researching and referring for the developing countries. At present, china’s low-carbon economy is in its infancy, and the experience of the developed countries in developing low-carbon economy will provide us with some helpful enlightenment.

Global warming is the top ten environmental problem of the world, and the greenhouse effect caused by a large number of CO2 emissions from human society is the root of climate change. Currently, the global warming becomes serious and has become the crisis and challenge of all the world. Low carbon economy is the best mode of coping with the global warming and realizing sustainable development of economy and society. In many policies to promote low carbon economic development, various related carbon tax policies and regulations are still the most dependent means of every country. The carbon tax levied by part of OECD countries is worthy of our reference.

The container building is emerging products on the container’s market. Container architecture reflects the low carbon building the "energy" and "low carbon" characteristics, it is sustainable. In the world, we hope a low carbon economy development, on this way, the design of the building with container transformation is a new design in the exploration of how to reduce building materials’ carbon emissions in the process. It emphasizes the construction of green concept container.

Under the background of dealing with global warming, low-carbon economy has been chosen by countries in the world seeking for the balance between economic development and environmental protection, and low-carbon industry has become the foundation for development in low-carbon economy. This paper puts forward corresponding solutions to existing problems which covers structural optimization of low-carbon industry difficult to achieve in a short term, the shortage of the core technologies, financing difficulties, and ineffective co-operation of government and enterprises.

In low carbon economy, carbon emissions permit has become a kind of resource; in the market economy system, new economic relations between enterprises have appeared, these characteristics make enterprise operation cost structure and profiting pattern changed. The paper reviews the previous literature on carbon footprint, production optimization theory individual enterprise and supply chain operation management with carbon emissions constraints. Then the paper put forward four worth further research directions: Carbon emission cost distribution and scientific measurement in supply chain; supply chain operation based on consumer behavior in Low Carbon Economy Era; optimizing the allocation of carbon emissions permit in supply chain; Dynamic Multi-period operation optimization of carbon efficient supply chain.

Aiming at six big emerging economies in the world, namely, China, United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France and Japan, this paper analyzes their carbon emission conditions based on the data of carbon emission, energy consumption and economic development during 1970—2008 from the statistics in the World Development Index Database (WDI) of the World Bank, and carries out empirical analyses based on theories & policies and driving factors of their low carbon economy. It is found that energy intensity, economic growth and urbanization progress exert more remarkable influences on carbon intensity, and the effect of carbon emission reduction depending on government fiancé is not sustainable. Thus, this paper is intended to explain that China needs more actively promoting green sustainable towns with its sustainable development, and developing urban low carbon industries and buildings for more civilized ecological towns.
