As the main means of transport, Railcar performs main task of railway equipment repairing department. For managing railcar information better, upgrading the version of the DMI program version, basic data version, revealing data version of GYK on railcar, the paper develops railcar management system which is based on the B/S mode of J2EE lightweight development framework Struts-Spring-Hibernate (SSH) . This paper introduces the system design process and every function module in detail. Result proves that railcar management system improves the management efficiency of railcar, consists with the characteristics of the railcar and plays a positive role in the safety of railcar.

The purpose of this research study is to determine the result of prediction analysis of potential bankruptcy on eleven insurance companies sector which has been listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange year 2015 to 2018. Bankruptcy is a condition when a company experiences insufficient funds to run its business. Bankruptcy is uncertainty about the ability of a company to continue its operations if the financial condition held has decreased. In fact, not all companies experience financial management problems that often lead to bankruptcy. Based on the result and conclusions of the analysis using Altman Z-Score method that: in 2015-2018 there were several companies that were safe, namely: PT. Bina Dana Arta Insurance Tbk, PT. Harta Aman Pratama Insurance Tbk, PT. Jasa Tania Insurance Tbk, PT Indonesian reinsurance airline Tbk, PT. Panin Insurance Tbk, PT. Panin Financial Tbk, PT Victoria Insurance Tbk. Then there are companies that in 2015- 2017 are healthy but in 2018 in prone conditions, namely: PT. Bintang Insurance Tbk,and PT. Multi Artha Guna Insurance Tbk, but different from PT. Mitra Maparya Insurance Tbk which in 2015 was in vulnerable condition but in 2016-2018 is safe. And PT. Ramayana from 2015-2018 is in vulnerable condition.

This study continues to explore how companies can use social media marketing to build and maintain relationships with customers. This investigates through conducted research questions. How SMM is effective in terms of CRM? Can Facebook replace CRM system? Why do people choose to follow a company on Instagram? To analyze more clearly the focus will be on Instagram and Facebook applications, which in a short time acquired great popularity among private users as well as among the companies. At present, the market share of the Android system in the smartphone operating system has reached 90%. In view of the limitations of the existing sharing platform for campus competition information, a campus APP, which integrates competition and activity information release, information sharing and interrogative interaction, is put forward. In this paper, the overall architecture design, function module design, database design and RESTful API design are carried out. The Java language and MVP pattern are used by Android part. Python language, RESTful architecture and ORM technology are used at the backend to realize the information of publishing competition information, the list of competition information, the information of search competition and the management of competition information. The platform is running on the North Campus of Guizhou University, the current operation situation is well.
