Energy efficiency optimization of mobile edge computing e-commerce clients and reasonable management of server computing resources are worth further study. The participant of the algorithm game model proposed in this paper is mobile e-commerce customer management. The decision space is a two-dimensional space composed of unloading decision and power control, and the benefit function is the energy efficiency function and delay function. The existence and uniqueness of the multidimensional game model are proved theoretically. The simulation results show that the proposed multidimensional game based energy efficiency optimization algorithm of mobile edge computing can reduce the energy consumption and delay of mobile terminals and improve the energy efficiency of unloading calculation under the same task compared with the game scheme without considering power consumption control when the number of e-commerce customer management is larger. This paper deduces the optimal load migration decision of mobile e-commerce customer management and the optimal pricing strategy of mobile edge cloud service providers and proves that the optimal decision and optimal pricing constitute the Starkberg equilibrium. The semidistributed and decentralized task transfer decision-making mechanisms are designed, respectively, and the management decision-making behaviors of mobile e-commerce customers in the mobile edge cloud energy trading market are studied by numerical analysis, as well as the time efficiency of the two mechanisms.

The purpose of this study is to identify the strategies, enabling the current and potential businesses to achieve their commercial and operational objectives. In-depth semi-structured interviews were used as data collection tools. The data were analyzed through thematic content analysis to gauge themes from the interviews. The explored strategies were mentor-mentee relationship, effective team building, research and development to sustain in the long run, continuous innovation to keep ahead of the competition, efficient customer management to retain the customer base and product proposition. Besides that, academia would be benefited in terms of inculcating such strategic frameworks in the course curriculum of entrepreneurship. The study's originality revolves around a comprehensive strategy from an Asian subcontinent to build and manage the entrepreneurial setup. The literature of entrepreneurship also highlights the importance of such strategies, enabling the practice and academia to learn and harness their business ideas.

Abstract: No matter whatever that you may sell, managing your customers is important for the success of your business. This is where exactly choosing a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) comes into play. Choosing the best CRM system for your organization requires identifying your objectives and determining the main customer management problems that you need to resolve by adopting a CRM for your businesses. When looking for CRM (Customer Relationship Management) or ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software, you will find that there are different ways of implementation, including onpremise and SaaS aka software as a service. Both types can help take your business to new heights, but it is up to you to decide which type works best for you. So in this paper we are going to compare on-premise and SaaS CRM and will also look at the challenges faced by SaaS CRM. Keywords: CRM, On-Premise, SaaS, Cloud Computing, Cloud Services.

Research on AI has gained momentum in recent years. Many scholars and practitioners increasingly highlight the dark sides of AI, particularly related to algorithm bias. This study elucidates situations in which AI-enabled analytics systems make biased decisions against customers based on gender, race, religion, age, nationality or socioeconomic status. Based on a systematic literature review, this research proposes two approaches (i.e., a priori and post-hoc) to overcome such biases in customer management. As part of a priori approach, the findings suggest scientific, application, stakeholder and assurance consistencies. With regard to the post-hoc approach, the findings recommend six steps: bias identification, review of extant findings, selection of the right variables, responsible and ethical model development, data analysis and action on insights. Overall, this study contributes to the ethical and responsible use of AI applications.

Research on the stress and loneliness felt by Hairdresser, their work immersion, and their effects on depression is as important as research on customer management and is essential for the efficient management of the beauty industry. Therefore, frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and regression analysis were conducted to find out the relationship between work immersion and depression of beauty workers, and a total of 295 copies were used. The results of the study are as follows.First, as loneliness increases, work immersion decreases. Second, as loneliness increases, depression increases. In order to reduce loneliness, personal time should be secured through free communication and troubleshooting through Sns and beauty communities, rest time, holidays and monthly leave guarantees, and if these improve, work immersion will increase and depression will decrease. It is expected that subsequent research will continue with various variables through age diversification and segmentation of majors in the future.
