Abstract Purpose A known barrier to getting breast cancer survivors (BCSs) to engage in habitual exercise is a lack of information on recommended physical activity levels provided to them by oncology care providers (OCPs). However, the actual situation in Japan remains unclear. This study sought to clarify OCPs’ awareness and practice related to Japan’s physical activity recommendation for BCSs and to ascertain barriers to routine information provision. Methods We conducted a web-based survey involving members of the Japanese Breast Cancer Society (JBCS) and the Japanese Association of Cancer Rehabilitation between Dec. 2018 and Feb. 2019. Results Of 10,830 members, 1,029 (9.5%) responded. Only 19.1% were aware of the details of the JBCS physical activity recommendation, and only 21.2% routinely provided physical activity information to BCSs. Factors related to being aware of the recommendation details were 1) availability of the guidelines, 2) experience reading relevant parts of the guidelines, and 3) involvement in multidisciplinary team case meetings. Barriers to routine information provision were 1) absence of perceived work responsibility, 2) underestimation of survivors’ needs, 3) lack of resources, 4) lack of self-efficacy about the recommendation, and 5) poor knowledge of the recommendation. Conclusions Only one fifth of the OCPs routinely provided physical activity information. Barriers to provision were poor awareness, self-efficacy, and attitudes and unavailable resources. The physical activity recommendation needs to be disseminated to all OCPs and an information delivery system needs to be established for BCSs to receive appropriate information and support to promote their engagement in habitual physical activity.

Generally, approaches to build the security of Smart Home Systems (SHS) require big amount of data to implement Access Control and Intrusion Detection Systems, with storage in cloud, for instance, being a vulnerability to inhabitants privacy. Besides, most works rely on cloud computing or resources in the cloud to perform security tasks, what can be exploited by attackers. This work presents the ZASH (Zero-Aware Smart Home System), an Access Control for SHS. ZASH uses Continuous Authentication with Zero Trust, supported by real-time context and activity information, enabled by Edge Computing and Markov Chain, to prevent and mitigate impersonation attacks that aim to invade inhabitants privacy. An experimental evaluation demonstrated the system capability to dynamically adapt to new inhabitants behaviors withal blocking impersonation attacks.

Abstract In the present work, we propose the multi-acupoint electrical stimulation (stimulating the Láogóng point (劳宫PC8) and acupuncture points on waist, shoulders, buttocks of the human body) combined with music conditioning (MESCMC) to alleviate driving fatigue. In our study, the complexity of α and β rhythms of EEG of the drivers, the relative power spectrum of θ and β, as well as two relative power spectrum ratio θ/β and (θ+α)/(α+β) are used as fatigue features during driving. The features of the complexity, which can effectively reflect brain activity information, were used to detect the change of driving fatigue over time. Combined with the traditional relative power spectrum features, the changes in driving fatigue features were comprehensively analyzed. The results show that the MESCMC method can effectively alleviate the mental fatigue of drivers. Besides, compared with the single-acupoint electrical stimulation[only stimulating the Láogóng point (劳宫PC8)] (SES) method, the MESCMC method is more effective in relieving driving fatigue. The mitigation equipment is low in cost and practical, and the MESCMC method is individualized and improves the universality of driving fatigue detection and relieve, so will be practical to use in actual driving situations in the future.

According its position in the supply chain, agrarian producers could contemplate higher or lower possibilities for the realization of its production. Not all types of cultures allow reaching final clients directly, because those products are aimed for intermediate consumption or are used as a source for Food processing Industry. Reaching final clients producers could be benefited by higher prices of realization of their products, but a "vertical integration forward" is required to be done successfully. Additional labor and capital resources need to be invested in that activity. Information of the market and acquisition of knowledge both commercial and assessment of experts are also required in order to be accomplish the realization of products both in national and external markets. The aim of this research is to identify and asses different ways that are available to Bulgarian agricultural producers for the realization of their production. For that reason precisely the position of the supply chain could determine broadly the depth and the horizon of market possibilities available.

Characteristics of the translation product are often used in translation process research as predictors for cognitive load, and by extension translation difficulty. In the last decade, user-activity information such as eye-tracking data has been increasingly employed as an experimental tool for that purpose. In this paper, we take a similar approach. We look for significant effects that different predictors may have on three different eye-tracking measures: First Fixation Duration (duration of first fixation on a token), Eye-Key Span (duration between first fixation on a token and the first keystroke contributing to its translation), and Total Reading Time on source tokens (sum of fixations on a token). As predictors we make use of a set of established metrics involving (lexico)semantics and word order, while also investigating the effect of more recent ones concerning syntax, semantics or both. Our results show a, particularly late, positive effect of many of the proposed predictors, suggesting that both fine-grained metrics of syntactic phenomena (such as word reordering) as well as coarse-grained ones (encapsulating both syntactic and semantic information) contribute to translation difficulties. The effect on especially late measures may indicate that the linguistic phenomena that our metrics capture (e.g., word reordering) are resolved in later stages during cognitive processing such as problem-solving and revision.
