Accompanying the development of the computer technology and network technology, the sharing of teaching resources is achieved by exploiting the network resources in most schools. The traditional network model for the sharing of teaching resources is likely to result in information island, that result in links among the islands not smooth, it is also difficult to achieve the needs of users. So research approach of the teaching resource sharing system based on cloud computing is given in this paper. The design of this approach combines cloud computing and web development technology, makes full use of the characteristics of cloud computing, and reaches the purpose of the elimination of the information island.

The rapid development of computer technology, internet technology and multimedia technology has an increasingly profound impact on education. The importance of multimedia network teaching has been fully affirmed, and the quality of network teaching resources is the core, which is directly related to the effectiveness of teaching. Some practicable methods on resource construction and management of multimedia network teaching are proposed in this paper, to standardize teaching resources, realize resource sharing, improve teaching quality and management effectiveness and at the same time meet the needs of digital learning.

With the rapid development of network technology, information technology has become a trend. However, our country’s government information technology still needs to improve as quickly as possible. The key to promote the construction of government information is to establish e-government information resource sharing system. Therefore, how to achieve e-government information resources sharing becomes a research focus. In the construction of e-government information resources sharing system, cloud computing playing a role cannot be ignored. In the paper, it will research and analysis how to construct e-government information resources sharing system.

This paper based on the ideology of cloud computing, using the cloud platform of Google App Engine and Web Services technology, utilizing the eclipse, Google Plugin for Eclipse and Java Web, building a sharing platform for university network teaching resources. The design and implementation of the system reduce the capital investment and the burden of system development and maintenance costs, and will bring a great convenience to teachers "teaching" and students "learning. Practice shows that the cloud platform of teaching resources has high stability and scalability than traditional services technology, and can provide new ideas for the system design, so online teaching resource sharing cloud model can be achieved.

Intelligent network teaching system provides learners with abundant teaching resources and convenient, excellent and efficient learning environment. However, network teaching resources are widely distributed and difficult to centralize. Resource sharing has become a key problem to be solved in the network environment. The current research on online education resource recommendation mainly focuses on offline education, and there are few studies on online education resources. Based on this, this study studies the link prediction methods in online education and establishes appropriate models for online education. In the research, through improved analysis of traditional algorithms, an improved neural network path sorting algorithm based on path sorting method is proposed. At the same time, we use the path sorting algorithm based on random walk model and neural network-path sorting algorithm to realize the link prediction problem in the online learning knowledge base. In addition, the performance analysis of the algorithm is carried out by contrast method, and the performance comparison analysis is carried out by combining various common traditional recommendation algorithms with the research algorithm of this study.

Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to be concerned with the motivations and resistance among an institutional repository (IR) stakeholder – the Library and Information Science (LIS) academicians – with respect to Green Road open access publishing in an inter-institutional repository. Design/methodology/approach – The answers were identified from 47 LIS faculty from three library schools in Malaysia who reported awareness of what an IR is and having had experience in contributing resources to digital repositories. Data were collected using survey and interviews. Findings – The results highlighted the LIS faculty on their motivation to share their intellectual profile, research and teaching resources in an inter-institutional repositories and why the reluctance in contributing. The study reveals that the major motivation to share resources for those practicing self-archiving is related to performance expectancy, social influence, visible and authoritative advantage, career benefit and quality work. The major resistance to share scholarly research output through self-archiving in institutional repositories for those practicing self-archiving is concern on plagiarism, time and effort, technical infrastructure, lack of self-efficacy and insularity. Practical implications – Knowing what conditions predict motivation and resistance to contribute to IRs would allow IR administrators to ensure greater and more effective participation in resource-sharing among LIS academic community. If this resistance is addressed aptly, IRs can be of real benefit to their teaching, scholarship, collaborations, and publishing and to the community that they serve. Originality/value – The first study that has explored the ways LIS academics respond to a situation where knowledge sharing in academe has now been made mandatory through an IR and what makes them resist to do so.
