The construction and development of township enterprises plays a key role in promoting the development of rural economy. With the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, township enterprises develop rapidly, but there are problems in the development process that have a negative impact on the quality of local rural water environment. Rural water environment is related to the health of farmers, the healthy development of agriculture and the sustainable development of rural areas, so it is necessary to predict the water pollution of township enterprises. The application of support vector regression forecasting model to the prediction of water pollution of township enterprises can better predict the water pollution of township enterprises with the characteristics of complexity, nonlinear and small sample. This intelligent forecasting method will help to scientifically prevent the development of township enterprises from having negative impact on the quality of local water environment.

The surface water of 10 major river systems across China has been under intermediate pollution with striking eutrophication problems in major lakes (reservoirs). More data from the Ministry of Environmental Protection of China showed that underground water in 57% of monitoring sites across Chinese cities was polluted or extremely polluted. Rural water pollution, the rising number of incidents of industrial pollution, outdated sewerage systems, and the overuse of pesticides and chemical fertilizers also endanger the health of rural inhabitants in China. Nearly 0.2 billion rural residents could not use drinking water in accordance with the national standard, and there were reports of ‘cancer villages' and food-borne diseases (cancer village refers to a village where a certain proportion of its inhabitants suffer from the same kind of cancer or where there is a hike in cancer incidence in that area). This study aims to raise awareness of the prevention and control of water pollution and to propose a set of national research and policy initiatives for the future safety of the water environment in China.

Pollution of surface water in rural areas in china remained serious, analysis the main pollution sources. Figure. 1 shows that the average concentration of COD from township enterprises was about two times the national average. Figure. 2 and figure. 3 shows that amount of fertilizers and pesticides use basically increases year by year and annually are enormous. Agricultural pollution is more serious than industrial pollution, untreated domestic sources of pollution and livestock breeding were harm to water environment in rural areas.

In recent years, with the degree of urban-rural integration, the economic level of rural areas and the improvement of residents’ health awareness, the water quality pollution of rural domestic sewage has increased year by year, and the problem of rural sewage discharge has become increasingly prominent. In order to improve the rural water environment and solve the problem of random discharge of sewage, this paper takes the rural domestic sewage as the research object, and takes the natural sedimentation and anaerobic fermentation as the main means to study the on-site resource utilization technology of sewage. It was found that after 3 hours of sewage sedimentation, organic suspended solids settled naturally, resulting in a significant decrease of COD in the upper sewage to 93.29 mg/L. Because of the special bimolecular structure of LAS, the concentration of LAS in surface sewage increased sharply to 7.68mg/L, but it was lower than 10mg/L, which met the irrigation water standard.

The objective water environment quality evaluation is very important to prevent and control the water pollution and provide scientific basis for water management. This paper is a trial application of the fuzzy matter-element evaluation method (FMEM) as a water environment quality evaluation method. In this method, compound fuzzy matter elements are established first, followed by establishment of the correlation function and evaluation method. The feasibility of this method is verified by citing water environment quality evaluation of DaWen River as an example.

With the constant development of new socialist countryside in our country and the new requirement of eco-environments construction proposed in the 18th National Party Congress. Sewage treatment equipments in rural area are in great demand year by year. New technologies in rural areas aim at dealing with sewage increase continuously. This thesis introduces the water quality of water system and lakes in our country, analyzing the influence of rural pollution, pointing out the current problems when we tackle with water pollution. The last part is the application of several small combined sewage treatment machines used in water pollution prevention and control in rural area.

In recent years, with the quickening pace of urbanization in our country, rural economic development and living standards have greatly improved, however, at the same time, economic development also makes the rural water environment increasingly serious. This paper briefly introduce the sources and characteristics of rural water pollution source, collection and treatment style, and according to the existing rural conditions, combined with environmental protection, mainly studied the application of ecological wetland in the rural water pollution control, and briefly describes the mechanism of artificial wetland water purification, common water purification technology and some Suggestions for rural water pollution control, hoping that it can offer some help to improve rural water environment in the future.

In recent years, with the rapid development of the rural economy, while the living standards of rural residents have been greatly improved, the environmental conditions in the rural areas are not optimistic, and water pollution is one of the most important ones. Therefore, in order to improve the rural ecological environment and promote the task of water pollution control, Shandong Province has issued “the Governance Action Plan of black and odor water in rural areas of Shandong Province”. This article mainly uses “ the Action Plan” as a guide to analyze the current situation of rural black water bodies in Shandong Province and the current problems and related countermeasures, and follow the “comprehensiveness, applicability, economy, long-term effectiveness and safety. According to the black and odorous water problems caused by natural, technological and human factors, we will adopt comprehensive methods such as water purification, dredging, source control and pollution interception[1] to promote the treatment of black and odorous water bodies in rural areas, solve outstanding water environment problems in rural areas, and speed up construction of beautiful and livable countryside.
