In today’s global scenario, with the evolution of new technologies and robust ideas, the world gets more involved and embed the advancements of wireless communication with information technology. An ongoing Gartner report assesses that, by 2021, there will be 25.1 billion web associated gadgets, developing at a pace of 32% every year. Bounties of automation are minimizing the human assistance, intervention and reduced risk factor in industry. Here Industrial Automation is used to control systems or things such as computers or robots or machines or sensors with the help of Internet protocol and cloud computing. In this paper six parameters viz., vibration, temperature, humidity, air quality, sound rate and pressure are monitored and controlled remotely using cloud computing. The system performance automatically changes on the basis of sensor data being collected at regular intervals with a feedback mechanism, thereby allowing the system to control or monitor various devices using internet protocols. The threshold values for all the sensors are set as per the industrial standards. These automation techniques find extensive applications in various control mechanisms to operate the equipment under production processes like boilers and heat-treating ovens, steering and stabilization, pressure exerted by ideal gases in confined containers, vibrations by machinery, air pollution released from chemical composites etc.,

With the integration of new technologies such as smart technologies and cloud computing in the industrial Internet of Things, the complexity of industrial IoT applications is increasing. Real-time performance and determinism are becoming serious challenges for system implementation in these Internet of Things systems, especially in critical security areas. This paper provides a framework for a software-defined bus-based intelligent robot system and designs scheduling algorithms to make TTEthernet play the role of scheduling in the framework. Through the framework, the non-real-time and uncertainties problem of distributed robotic systems can be solved. Moreover, a fragment strategy was proposed to solve the problem of large delay caused by Rate-Constrained traffic. Experimental results indicate that the improved scheme based on fragmentation strategy proposed in this paper can improve the real-time performance of RC traffic to a certain extent. Besides, this paper made a performance test and comparison experiments of the improved scheme in the simulation software to verify the feasibility of the improved scheme. The result showed that the delay of Rate-Constrained traffic was reduced and the utilization rate of network was improved.

The information technology sector has experienced phenomenal growth during recent years. To follow this development many new technologies have emerged to satisfy the expectations of businesses and customers, such as Cloud Computing, mobility, virtualization, Internet of things and big data. Traditional network cannot longer support this growth and suffers more and more in terms of misconfiguration,management and configurations complexity. Software defined network (SDN) architectures can be considered as a big revolution in the field of computer networks, because they offer a centralized control on infrastructure, services and the applications deployed which facilitate configuration and management on the network. The implementation of this type of architecture is not obvious and requires great expertise and good handling and management of network equipment. To remedy this problem the SDN architectures have evolved towards distributed and hybrid architectures. Despites the advantages of using SDN, security issues remain a real obstacle in front of the deployment of this type of architecture. The centralized architecture of this type of networks makes it vulnerable to several types of attacks and intrusions, and the implementation of security equipment generally causes a decrease in performance and increase latency.

Crowding in human transport networks reduces efficiency. Efficiency can be increased by appropriate control mechanisms, which are often imposed externally. Ant colonies also have distribution networks to feeding sites outside the nest and can experience crowding. However, ants do not have external controllers or leaders. Here, we report a self-organized negative feedback mechanism, based on local information, which downregulates the production of recruitment signals in crowded parts of a network by Lasius niger ants. We controlled crowding by manipulating trail width and the number of ants on a trail, and observed a 5.6-fold reduction in the number of ants depositing trail pheromone from least to most crowded conditions. We also simulated crowding by placing glass beads covered in nest-mate cuticular hydrocarbons on the trail. After 10 bead encounters over 20 cm, forager ants were 45 per cent less likely to deposit pheromone. The mechanism of negative feedback reported here is unusual in that it acts by downregulating the production of a positive feedback signal, rather than by direct inhibition or the production of an inhibitory signal.

This paper is about the collaboration between universities and enterprises based on the concept of service design. Relying on big data and cloud computing technology, this paper addresses the problems of airport service robots in inquiries, blind spots of security inspection, and full monomer smart navigation diffluence, combined with the basic technology of service robot artificial intelligence and the third-party interface to design solutions to effectively solve the problems of process.

Cabe indicar que los canales de relación digital que han abierto las nuevas tecnologías de la información y de la comunicación —los Portales de Open Data y Open Government, por ejemplo—, a pesar de exigir la instauración de mecanismos de control que aseguren y promuevan la transparencia de sus implicaciones, también vienen a desempeñar un papel importante. No obstante, para garantizar que la organización y la acción de las Administraciones Públicas españolas sea transparente, es preciso recurrir, también, a otra serie de vías e instrumentos, a la restauración de la ética pública, principalmente. ABSTRACT: The solution to the crisis that the Spanish political and administrative system is lately living rests to a great extent on accepting that public transparence is a firm and irreplaceable pillar to the democratic character of a country. The acknowledgment of a fundamental right to the access to public information can be identified as a starting point in that path. It should be pointed out that the channels of digital relationship opened by new technologies of information and communication —for example Open Data and Open Government websites— despite requiring the establishment of control mechanisms for securing and promoting the transparency of their implications, can also play an important role. However, in order to guarantee that the organization and the action by public administrations is transparent, it is necessary to resort to another sort of paths and instruments, mainly to public ethics.

The 21st century started with some significant efforts globally in the e-health sector. This was mainly pushed as a generic strategy from many nations and international organizations in order to cope with issues such as ageing population, demographic shift, social security limitations, and financial instability. A second reason was the introduction of new technologies such as cloud computing, Web interoperability standards, mobile health, and social media that are steadily changing the way healthcare has been seen in the last decades. In addition to that, globalization, commuting, immigration, and increased mobility raised the issue of cross-border healthcare and the right to access normalized healthcare services anywhere, anytime. In that context, the authors analyze the technological offerings and result of the epSOS (European Patient Smart Open Services) framework and how it has affected strategic decisions in electronic prescription in Greece, thus creating a new useful e-health national application. They prove that by rethinking healthcare, reusing established standards such as HL7 CDA (Health Level Seven Clinical Document Architecture) and IHE (Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise) profiles, it is possible to propose a new innovative system that is in fact based upon new technological propositions such as REST (Representational State Transfer) architecture and cloud computing.
