One of the advance adhesion methods is a friction bonding process which two or more materials are welded by a combination of heat and force to soften and attain an atomic adhesion between the two work layers. Using the insufficient heat and force, it can result in a delamination, which their layers do not completely sealed after the process. On the other hand, too much heat and force can result in an overflow of inserted aluminum and weak adhesive strength. This paper aims at revealing the effect of work temperature and force on the delamination defect. A blank stainless steel 430 with a dimension of 145 mm and 0.5 mm thickness is bonded with an Al 3003. The dimension of Al 3003 blank is 255 mm in diameter and 0.5 mm thickness. An aluminum 1100 with a diameter of 130 mm and 2.5 mm thickness is used as an adhesive bonding material between the stainless steel and the Al 3003 blank. The results showed that a reduction in defect rate can be obtained by increasing the work temperature as well as the stamping force. In addition, the optimal condition of the study case is also obtained through the experimental design. It can be concluded from the analysis that at voltage of 580 Volt which is equivalent to 470 C and force of 1,000 Tons is the optimal condition providing the least defect rate. The regression model was also developed to show the relationship of factors to the delamination size. This equation can be used to predict the mentioned delamination rate at various conditions.

This paper studies the cutting moment at drilling of the stainless steel X15CrNiSi20-12. The structure of the cutting moment relation was modified with respect to the relation available in the technical literature for common steels. The tool speed was included in the calculus relation. The experimental data and their subsequent processing represent the original contributions of the authors to the estimation of polytropic exponents and to the assessment in terms of structure of the calculus relation of the cutting moment. The paper also contains graphs for the variation of the cutting moment with parameters of the cutting technology. The graphs are drawn based on the analytic relationship of the cutting moment, obtained in the paper, using the mathematical softwareMaple. The results presented in this study can be taken into consideration in the educational studies and in the theoretical technical research. Also, they can be readily implemented in the manufacturing activity. Our further studies aim these problems for another steels classes.

In this paper, we make a detail analysis of some factors, which affects the electrostatic bonding process. According to the electrical properties of glass, combined with the principle of electrostatic bonding, we analysed the relationship of critical bonding time, voltage and temperature as well as the factors which affect electrostatic bonding. Then we come up with the mathematical model of the intensity and temperature of electrostatic bonding. In accordance with the above-mentioned formula and the experimental data, we can get the following conclusions: the intensity of electrostatic bonding is much greater between 280°C to 370°C; the best temperature for this bonding is about 350°C; however, when the temperature is below 280°C,the intensity of electrostatic bonding is lower due to the great impact of particles under low temperature; but when the temperature is higher than 370°C,the mismatch of coefficient of thermal expansion of silicon and glass gets larger, then as a result, the intensity of this bonding has a significant decrease with the increasing of temperature.

Fabrication processes of a magneto-optic waveguide with a Si guiding layer for an optical isolator employing a nonreciprocal guided-radiation mode conversion are investigated. The optical isolator is constructed on a silicon-on-insulator (SOI) structure. The magneto-optic waveguide is fabricated by bonding the Si guiding layer with a cerium-substituted yttrium iron garnet (Ce:YIG). The relationship of waveguide geometric parameters is determined at a wavelength of 1550 nm. The results show that larger tolerance for isolator operation can be obtained at smaller gaps between Si and Ce:YIG. Bonding processes including photosensitive adhesive bonding and surface activated bonding are then compared. It is found that the surface activated bonding process is easier to control and more promising than the photosensitive adhesive bonding.

In this modern era, for its rapid grown, Pesantren has played an important role in the development of Indonesian education. Daar El-Qolam is an institution based on a modern pesantren system that has a principle to create a good future generation. By using their principle and implement it to all santri, it is expected that it can increase their lead. In actualizing their purpose, pesantren has created a good system both academic and non-academic. To improve their abilities, santri needs a place and chance to increase and to improve their abilities. One of the pesantren programs is to obligate all santri from class 5 to be a manager in daily activities in pesantren. The purpose of this study case is to know the relationship of self-efficacy in improving the quality of santri organization in Daar El-Qolam. The method used in research was quantitative research design that used correlational method method to know the relationship of Self-Efficacy in improving Quality of Santri Organization in Daar El-Qolam. Based on the result of research that has been done regarding the relationship of Self efficacy towards improving santri organization in Daar El-Qolam, there was the significant relationship of Self efficacy in improving quality of santri organization in Daar El-Qolam.

The word leader by itself thoroughly has a philosophical paradigm where everyone must understand the leaders vision regardless of him being supervisor or submissive. For that purpose in this study case we will see how a leaders values should be and the differences between a leader and a manager. To be on a appropriate high level, every organization must have and produce its own quads with a leaders behavior. Тhere should be people who will be abled to follow and understand his vision on all levels of the hierarchy. The true power of acting derives from the recognition of the concept of change, and requesting opportunities. In such a environment, the leaders must have a lot of competence to survive. The goal of this study case was to explore i.e. gain a clearer picture of the leaders position-leader and manager, its values and knowing the difference. The leader and the manager at first glance might seem as one function, but when we take a look at their characteristics, values and their use of techniques of acting, we will see two diametral differences. Without good managers the organization is at risk to go down in chaos, but without an effective leader the organization becomes lethargic and stops growing. Very often the people in charge are said to be leaders only because of them having a defined position, even though they are in charge of the management, the results in the best case are indirect. One leader can constantly affect the organization through setting strategic ideas and longterm goals.
