Purpose This study provided reference data and examined psychometric properties for clausal density (CD; i.e., number of clauses per utterance) in children between ages 4 and 9 years from the database of the Edmonton Narrative Norms Instrument (ENNI). Method Participants in the ENNI database included 300 children with typical language (TL) and 77 children with language impairment (LI) between the ages of 4;0 (years;months) and 9;11. Narrative samples were collected using a story generation task, in which children were asked to tell stories based on six picture sequences. CD was computed from the narrative samples. The split-half reliability, concurrent criterion validity, and diagnostic accuracy were evaluated for CD by age. Results CD scores increased significantly between ages 4 and 9 years in children with TL and those with LI. Children with TL produced higher CD scores than those with LI at each age level. In addition, the correlation coefficients for the split-half reliability and concurrent criterion validity of CD scores were all significant at each age level, with the magnitude ranging from small to large. The diagnostic accuracy of CD scores, as revealed by sensitivity, specificity, and likelihood ratios, was poor. Conclusions The finding on diagnostic accuracy did not support the use of CD for identifying children with LI between ages 4 and 9 years. However, given the attested reliability and validity for CD, reference data of CD from the ENNI database can be used for evaluating children's difficulties with complex syntax and monitoring their change over time. SummaryIn this open multicenter study the safety and efficacy of recombinant factor VIII (rFVIII) was assessed in 39 previously treated patients with hemophilia A (factor VIII basal activity ≤15%).Recombinant FVIII was administered for prophylaxis and treatment of bleeding episodes and for surgical procedures. A total of 3679 infusions of rFVIII were given. Efficacy of rFVIII as assessed by subjective evaluation of response to infusion and mean annual consumption of rFVIII was comparable to that of plasma derived FVIII concentrates. The incremental recovery of FVIII (2.4 ± 0,83%/IU/kg, 2.12 ± 0.61%/IU/kg, resp.) was within the expected range. No clinical significant FVIII inhibitor was detected in this trial. Five of 16 susceptible patients showed a seroconversion for parvovirus B19. However, the results are ambiguous in two cases and might be explained otherwise in one further case. Thus, in two patients a reliable seroconversion for parvovirus B19 was observed.

The difficulty in class student state recognition is how to make feature judgments based on student facial expressions and movement state. At present, some intelligent models are not accurate in class student state recognition. In order to improve the model recognition effect, this study builds a two-level state detection framework based on deep learning and HMM feature recognition algorithm, and expands it as a multi-level detection model through a reasonable state classification method. In addition, this study selects continuous HMM or deep learning to reflect the dynamic generation characteristics of fatigue, and designs random human fatigue recognition experiments to complete the collection and preprocessing of EEG data, facial video data, and subjective evaluation data of classroom students. In addition to this, this study discretizes the feature indicators and builds a student state recognition model. Finally, the performance of the algorithm proposed in this paper is analyzed through experiments. The research results show that the algorithm proposed in this paper has certain advantages over the traditional algorithm in the recognition of classroom student state features.

Detail investigation of equilibrium chemical reactions in WO3–H2O system using computer program FacktSage with the aim to establish influence of temperature and quantity of water on formation of compounds of H2WO4 and WO2(OH)2 as well as concomitant them compounds, evaporation products, decomposition and dissociation, that are contained in the program data base were carried out. Calculations in the temperature range from 100 to 3000 °С were carried out. The amount moles of water added to 1 mole of WO3 was varied from 0 to 27. It is found that the obtained data by the melting and evaporation temperatures of single-phase WO3 are in good agreement with the reference data and provide additionally detailed information on the composition of the gas phase. It was shown that under heating of 1 mole single-phase WO3 up to 3000 °С the predominant oxide that exist in gaseous phase is (WO3)2. Reactions of it formation from other oxides ((WO3)3 and (WO3)4) were proposed. It was established that compound H2WO4 is stable and it is decomposed on WO3 and H2O under 121 °C. Tungsten Oxide Hydrate WO2(OH)2 first appears under 400 °С and exists up to 3000 °С. Increasing quantity of Н2О in system leads to decreasing transition temperature of WO3 into both liquid and gaseous phases. It was established that adding to 1 mole WO3 26 mole H2O maximum amount (0,9044–0,9171 mole) WO2(OH)2 under temperatures 1400–1600 °С can be obtained, wherein the melting stage of WO3 is omitted. Obtained data also allowed to state that that from 121 till 400 °С WO3–Н2O the section in the О–W–H ternary system is partially quasi-binary because under these temperatures in the system only WO3 and Н2O are present. Under higher temperatures WO3–Н2O section becomes not quasi-binary since in the reaction products WO3 with Н2O except WO3 and Н2O, there are significant amounts of WO2(OH)2, (WO3)2, (WO3)3, (WO3)4 and a small amount of atoms and other compounds. The objective: to study the psychological characteristics of women’s status in one of the most common complications of pregnancy - the threat of termination of pregnancy, depending on the level of stress load. Patients and methods. We have studied the psychological status (the Holmes-Rahe level of psychosocial stress, the Spielberg-Hanin level of anxiety, V.I.Dobryakov’s related to a pregnancy test, diagnosis of psychological defense mechanisms, assessment of quality of life) 60 pregnant women with threat of premature birth in the third trimester of pregnancy. Surveyed women were divided into 2 groups: group 1 included 30 pregnant women – forced migrant of Donetsk and Lugansk area and 2 group – 30 pregnant women who resided in Kiev. Results. At the same clinical picture of the threat of premature birth we detected discrepancy between the subjective assessment of their condition in women – forced migrants: a high level of situational and personal anxiety, decrease in physical (physical functioning, role-physical functioning) and psychological (social functioning, role emotional functioning) health, doubtful and pathological subtypes of gestational dominant. This creates prerequisites for complications of pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum future period and requires the participation of psychologists in the work with this category of patients. Conclusion. So, revealed a discrepancy between the objective clinical signs similar obstetric pathology (on the example of threatened abortion) in pregnant women with different levels of stress load and their subjective evaluation of their condition that affects their psychological status. This should be reflected in individually tailored therapy and be mainstreamed into the work of obstetricians and gynecologists with these patients, and requires mandatory participation of psychologists in the work with this category of patients. Key words: pregnancy, the threat of premature birth, stress, psychological status.
