The paper constructs a research model mainly based on the Deng’s correlation analysis model on the convergence level measurement, the GM (1,1) coordinated development prediction model and PLS-Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) analysis model on the influencing factors. The data about China’s digital economy and real economy from 2005 to 2019 (totaled 2,250) is adopted to conduct an empirical analysis of the convergence level from 2005 to 2019 and predict the development trend from 2020 to 2029. The paper could further analyze the influencing factors of convergence, in an attempt to put forward relevant development suggestions. We hope the study could provide an objective reference and theoretical basis for improving the convergence level in China in some extent.

With the explosive growth of network information and the advent of the era of big data, it is of great significance to analyze and process employment data by using web crawler technology. This article takes Lagou.com as an example, uses crawler technology to collect data on the basis of Python and MySQL, and analyzes the collected employment data in various aspects, and uses these data analysis results to help college students in their employment and career planning. Provide reference basis, provide objective reference.

The great inflation of the 1920s had a dramatic effect on Anglophone literary modernism. Ezra Pound, T.S. Eliot and Ernest Hemingway all recognized that financial signs had come unmoored from any objective reference, and their work explores the literary implications of representation's newly autonomous, performative power. Pound blamed the economic and cultural crisis on ‘usury.’ Following Aristotle, he conceived of usury as the unnatural reproduction of autonomous representation, and thus as the antithesis of natural sexual and semiotic fertility. He particularly deplored the historical role played by Samuel Loyd, the Victorian head of Lloyds Bank, who had cunningly manipulated the gold standard in order to give control of the economy to ‘usurers.’ In his financial journalism for Lloyds Bank Monthly, Eliot used the gold standard as an economic logos in order to facilitate usury. Pound saw that Eliot's theory of the ‘objective correlative’ was incompatible with the referential model of representation assumed by the gold standard.

Abstract Estimating the remaining service life of a forklift for an objective reference is not only a requirement of the applicable legislation but also represents a challenge for specialized technical staff. It is well known that the first fatigue failure element of a forklift is its fork. A simulation using the SolidWorks suite and its result is presented in this article. It allows the identification of critical areas of fatigue failure. Based on the design of the subassembly and the loading scheme of the original product, the model under analysis with finite element was made on a 1: 1 scale. The filet areas also required a comparative analysis of the results obtained depending on the choice of mesh and discretization element. Starting from the mechanical properties of the material as well as the association with the characteristic fatigue yield curves (Wohler), a method for estimating the remaining service life of the structure is proposed. The aspect related to obtaining exact results without an excessive consumption of computing resources was also taken into account.

The convergence of the digital economy and real economy is an irreversible trend. This article uses the adjusted Logistic coevolution Model as the main tool to study the interaction factors in the convergence concentrating on conducting the empirical research by using four dimensions data from 2005 to 2019 in China to calculate the intrinsic growth rate, the maximum environmental capacity, the coevolution factors and other key indicators. The study could further simulate and predict the coevolution of the digital economy and real economy under various modes, in attempt to explore an objective reference and theoretical basis for the convergence in China, which could help to fill the research gap to some extent.

Regional population forecast and analysis is of essence to urban and regional planning, and a well-designed plan can effectively construct a sound national infrastructure and stabilize positive population growth. Traditionally, either urban or regional planning relies on the opinions of demographers in terms of how the population of a city or a region will grow. Multi-regional population forecast is currently possible, carried out mainly on the basis of the Interregional Cohort-Component model. While this model has its unique advantages, several demographic rates are determined based on the decisions made by primary planners. Hence, the only drawback for cohort-component type population forecasting is allowing the analyst to specify the demographic rates of the future, and it goes without saying that this tends to introduce a biased result in forecasting accuracy. To effectively avoid this problem, this work proposes a machine learning-based method to forecast multi-regional population growth objectively. Thus, this work, drawing upon the newly developed machine learning technology, attempts to analyze and forecast the population growth of major cities in Taiwan. By effectively using the advantage of the XGBoost algorithm, the evaluation of feature importance and the forecast of multi-regional population growth between the present and the near future can be observed objectively, and it can further provide an objective reference to the urban planning of regional population.

Abstract Objective: Cognitive screening is an efficient method of detecting cognitive impairment in adults and may signal need for comprehensive assessment. Cognitive screening is not, however, routinely used in youth aged 12–25, limiting clinical recommendations. The aims of this review were to describe performance-based cognitive screening tools used in people aged 12–25 and the contexts of use, review screening accuracy in detecting cognitive impairment relative to an objective reference standard, and evaluate the risk of bias of included studies. Method: Electronic databases (Scopus, Medline, PsychINFO, and ERIC) were searched for relevant studies according to pre-determined criteria. Risk of bias was rated using the Quality Assessment of Diagnostic Accuracy Studies-2. Dual screening, extraction, and quality ratings occurred at each review phase. Results: Twenty studies met the review inclusion criteria. A diverse range of screening tools (length, format) were used in youth aged 12–25 with or without health conditions. Six studies investigating cognitive screening were conducted as primary accuracy studies and reported some relevant psychometric parameters (e.g., sensitivity and specificity). Fourteen studies presented correlational data to investigate the cognitive measure utility. Studies generally presented limited data on classification accuracy, which impacted full screening tool appraisal. Risk of bias was high (or unclear) in most studies with poor adherence to the Standards for Reporting Diagnostic Accuracy Studies (STARD) criteria. Conclusions: Few, high quality studies have investigated the utility of cognitive screening in youth aged 12–25, with no screening measure emerging as superior at detecting cognitive impairment in this age group.

The aim of the research is to clarify the role and importance of corporate governance (CG) mechanisms in mitigating earnings management (EM) practices. To achieve this objective, reference was made to previous studies and relevant research. An analysis was mentioned in accounting about the relationship between agency theory and earnings management clarifying the theoretical framework for earnings management from where the concept, motives, techniques of earnings management, methods of disclosure of earnings management, the risks resulting from earnings management, as well as know corporate governance, in terms of concept, goals, importance, principles, characteristics, and mechanisms of corporate governance, and finally, the role of corporate governance in limiting earnings management practices.

Superelastic Shape Memory Alloys (SMAs) provide a high damping capacity due to the hysteretic motion of the inter-phase boundaries during the martensitic transformation. They have demonstrated their ability to control vibrations of SMA-based Civil Engineering and Aerospace structures. In order to improve existing damping devices, characterization of SMA damping capacity is necessary, despite the lack of a standard procedure. Classical characterizations such as tensile or torsion tests on SMA samples are very attractive, the fact that they are common and simple to process. Furthermore, environment and loading conditions are quite easy to control. Different energy-based formulations have been proposed in the literature to explicitly predict SMA damping capacity from the hysteretic mechanical behaviour. The aim of this paper is to classify commonly used formulations from the literature, using a new thermomechanical vibration numerical model of a SMA beam structure. Thus, three energy-based predictions of SMA intrinsic damping ratio measured at the material scale are compared to the damping ratio measured from the free vibration signal at the SMA beam structure scale, taken as the objective reference. The formulation proposed by Piedbœuf and Gauvin provided a better match in three study-cases.
