The sight of this research paper was to examine the key components of impacting parent’s choice select privet schools for enrollment of their children’s, in Jalalabad city therefore this research paper was designed to find out the most important factors in the mention topic, otherwise for the collecting of data used survey method and the instrument of the data was interview with parents who choose privet schools for their children’s education level, the present study find out three most important factors which are security threats, digital education system, and teachers hiring, the result clearly indicate that privet schools are better for their children’s according to security sects, education level and teachers quality that are hire by education services providers, the findings also show that parents got great feedback from privet school services and they were satisfied from school administrations and schools staff, it is sagest for further researches that many more of factors will consider in this section.

Cocoa pod borer is one of the most difficult pests to be controlled, hence it becomes serious threat for sustainable cocoa plantation. The objective of the research is to investigate several factors influencing adoption of innovation technology in pest control by using regression model analysis. The research was carried out in Polewali Mamasa and Mamuju regency, West Sulawesi during February March 2006 using survey method. Number of respondents interviewed in the research was 80 people which was selected by using purposive sampling method. The result shows that CPB in West Sulawesi decreased cocoa productivity 50% (10—90%), caused by less of farmers coordination in controlling CPB and the slowness of technology adoption. Factors which influence farmer's knowledge are provision of field school, farmers income and simplicity of the technology. Factors which influence farmer's attitude are farmer's income knowledge, cultivated cocoa area, provision farmer's group and number of family members. Factors which influence farmer action in PsPSP technology adoption is farmer attitude, farmer income, cultivated cocoa area and availability of extension workers in that area. Government’s involvement in accelerating adoption of innovation technology, especially in preparing capable extension workers and provision of subsidized credit for the farmers is inevitable. The decision about the specialization is very vital just like a decision about buying a new house, car or investing money in the right business to maximize profits. This school of thought helps to come with the main the objective of this Research Paper, "A Case Study on Factors Influencing Selection of Major Specialization with Special Reference to MBA Students at Ramaiah Institute of Management Studies, Bangalore" The research paper examines about 25 factors that influence a student before considering the specialization in MBA. Convenience Sampling is used for this study. The data was analysed using SPSS The research results were mentioned to know "Factors Influencing Selection of Major Specialization with Special Reference to MBA Institutes in Bangalore." thru’ SPSS. Finally, managerial implications have been suggested to provide useful information to the online apparel retailers. This research attempted to uncover factors which could influence consumer’s green purchase behavior towards green cosmetic product in the Indonesian cosmetics Industry. Survey method was used in this research, in which questionnaires were distributed to 260 respondents who have ever bought and used green cosmetics products in Indonesia. Data were then analyzed using AMOS 22.0. Based on the results obtained in this research, it was concluded that attitude towards the behavior and perceived behavioral control had a positive impact on behavioral intention, while perceived behavioral control also had a positive impact toward consumers’ green purchase behavior. Meanwhile, behavioral intention didn’t have a positive impact on green purchase behavior. In regards to the value or implication generated in this research, the results of this research will improve academicians, practicioners, and public’s knowledge and understanding about the factors which had a positive relationship or impact on Indonesian consumers’ green purchase behavior in the cosmetics industry.

The aim of these studies is to investigate the acceptance of MOOC and factors that might influence the use of MOOC at Public Universities. A quantitative technique which is a survey method was conducted at the selected public university where data were collected from 400 respondents. The analysis was then conducted by using Smart PLS software. Meanwhile, the Technology Acceptance Model was implemented as to obtain the findings of this study. The results showed that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence and facilitating condition are factors influencing MOOC usage among students at the particular university. The findings also show that the acceptance level of MOOC learning at this particular university was substantial due to some factors might influence the usage and encouragement of these technologies. The result also shows that there is an area of improvement in term of MOOC learning at these universities in order to make the technologies useful and can be beneficial for long term sight and lifelong learning especially in the context of distance education.

ABSTRACTPROFIT ANALYSIS OF PRODUCER FOR ROASTED PORK AT TUMINTING DISTRICT OF MANADO(Case Study at Simponi Roasted Roll Pork Business). Study was done to evaluate profit of roasted Roll Pork business in Tuminting district of Manado. Study was conducted on February 1 to 28, 2019. Data were collected based on case study with survey method. Data were analyzed by descriptive method to describe the profit of Simponi roasted roll pork trade. Results showed that owner characteristic of Simponi roasted roll pork trade was categorized into productive age with education level of high school and the experience of 12 years on roasted roll pork trade. Processing of roasted roll pork was initiated of slaughtering and dressing carcass of entrails with the whole intact body condition. The whole carcass body condition was sticked using roll sticker from mouth to the anus part of animal. Parts of mouth and four legs were tied into sticker. The whole animal body and stomach area were lubricated with cooking spices. These entire spicy lubricated carcasses under sticker were roasted above warmer fire done under rolling sticker. The white skin color was gradually changing into red-brownish color and soft tender skin indicating well done roasted roll pork. The well done roasted roll pork was wraped and ready to be served on dish of food offered to the consumers. The total cost spent providing roasted roll pork at Simponi were IDR 353.843.447 per year.-. The total revenue were IDR 508.200.000 per year.-. Therefore, the profits were IDR 154.356.553 per year.

Tea is one of Ilam’s most significant sources of foreign exchange as well as a source of employment and income for the farmers. The quality of Ilam tea is actually among the best in the world but the quantity is still a challenge. In order to increase the quantity of the orthodox tea, farmers are encouraged to extend tea farms. The extension of land under tea cultivation in previous years, Importance of being a member of a cooperative, the source of credit, off-farm employment, the harvest quantity influenced extension positively to farmers while education level, the main occupation did not influence the participation of the farmers in the extension of tea farming. Based on the results the study recommends increasing the farmer’s awareness to join the cooperative. It is suggested that the tea factory and infrastructures should be made easily available to minimize costs and increase benefits. The factors influencing small farmers' participation within the extension of tea farming were studied using both primary and secondary source of data through interviews with 196 tea farmers in Jitpur and Mangalbare areas of Ilam district as a case study. The participants were involved in tea cultivation at least for the last five years. In this study, a detailed analysis of the factors have been carried out.
