Medical education as a constituent link between yesterday's student and future specialist doctor, at the preclinical stage, decides on the patient's safety in the provision of medical care. The conditions, quality and methods of providing medical care to the population, as well as the safety of patients, is an integral and main task of medical workers. Practical skills and manipulations should be acquired and practiced not on patients, but in Simulation Training Centers using high-tech simulators. An already prepared student comes to the patient with a baggage of knowledge, practiced practical skills, when a hand is placed, there are developed algorithms, certain knowledge and experience in performing practical skills. This allows without risk to the health and life of the patient to obtain professional skills on simulators and use their experience in further work [1].

The article highlights the main directions of students’ activities organization in the framework of the workshop medical practice in Obstetrics and Gynecology in order to form their professionalism. The effectiveness of practice and the resulting quality of professional activities of future professionals depend on the quality of this organization. It is determined that the practice of students is an integral part of the educational-professional training program for specialists of all educational-qualification levels. It is an essential prerequisite for training of a highly qualified specialist for future work, ensuring his competitiveness and employment opportunities in the native and European labor markets. The quality of training of specialists in medical universities is directly dependent on the level of knowledge obtained in the process of theoretical training, professional skills and abilities received during the workshop medical practice at the clinical bases of the departments. Modernization of the higher educational system emphasizes the role of independent students’ work, which contributes to the formation of professional competence, provides the process of developing skills of self-organization and self-control of their own activities. The application of knowledge in practice, contact with patients and the ability to perform manipulations form a sense of belonging to the professional community in the students; this increases their interest in learning theoretical material. The topicality of this issue is obvious, as it is difficult to disagree with the fact that well-organized and effectively performed workshop medical practice in fourth and fifth year students is a prerequisite for successful training of doctors meeting modern requirements of national health care. According to the program of industrial medical practice, the amount of practical skills a student has to master, will allow him to work at the appropriate professional level, regardless of the specialization, forming the basis of clinical thinking of future medical professionals. The distribution of practical skills is carried out according to four content modules (internal medicine, surgery, pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynecology). The content module – is a system of educational elements, combined on the basis of compliance with a certain educational object (part of the credit). During the content modules in Obstetrics and Gynecology, the student should master the following practical skills and abilities: a special obstetric-gynecological history taking; performance of a gynecological examination; interpretation of the results of laboratory, instrumental and endoscopic research methods of patients of the obstetric-gynecological profile; substantiation and formulation of clinical diagnosis; interpretation of general principles of treatment; emergency care in urgent situations in obstetric-gynecological practice; primary and secondary prevention of the female reproductive system diseases. The close cooperation of practical health care doctors and teachers of medical universities plays a leading role in the preparation and adaptation of trainee students for further professional activity. At the present stage of higher medical education functioning, the role of practical training of students in the development of their cognitive activity and professional competence is significantly increasing. Workshop medical practice of students is the first stage of their practical training for the profession. At this stage, the foundations of professional skills and abilities, attitude to the future activities are established. Students realize and evaluate the correctness of professional choice, determine the presence of the necessary abilities and qualities.

Aim. The purpose of the study is to establish theoretical prerequisites, identify, describe and interpret the basic psychological patterns of the dynamics of figurative creativity of future teachers of the humanities both during his/ her training in the educational environment of modern pedagogical universities and at certain stages of the didactic process. Material and methods. As the methods and tools of empirical research, the author uses the procedure of analysis of the degree of statistical validity of the differences of average values of the selected empirical indicators (t-Student's criterion), the test of figurative creativity by E.P. Torrens (modified by O.E.Tunik), a survey method, an interview method, and an expert evaluation method. The respondents were first, third, and fifth-year students specialized in «Ukrainian language and literature», «English (German) language and literature», «Ukrainian country studying» with a total of 156 people aged 18 to 30 years. The empirical basis of the study was the Faculty of Philology of the State Higher Educational Institution «Donbas State Pedagogical University». Results. It is obvious that throughout the process of growing up and gaining experience in educational and professional activities, the main specific characteristics of the creative figurative act for the representatives of the natural profile of professional training are the speed of emergence and development of creative ideas, the degree of deviation from existing prototypes, the desire to avoid a possible return to them or their modification and efforts to complete and properly design their creative product. At the same time, at the background of the previously mentioned characteristics, the dynamics of the indicator of the abstractness of the name of figurative creativity gradually recedes into the background. It means that in the process of micro-age formation of figurative creativity of the humanitarian profile subject of educational and professional activity the subject’s deep essence, not its nominal side, the outer cover, which consists in the peculiarities of verbalization of this creative process, the peculiarities of self-presentation and the presentation of the final creative product are formed. Conclusions. If we summarize the dynamics of figurative creativity of a humanitarian profile student in general, then we can depict: 1) impressive are the positive changes in this area at the end of the study, on the verge of study and professional activity, which in fact can cause such a rapid and bright dynamics; 2) particular interest is in the dynamics of creativity of humanitarian profile students at the level of such nuclear characteristics of figurative creativity as the dynamics of the creative idea, the degree of its difference from stereotypes and resistance to their emergence and motivated ability to finalize the creative product. In the future, we see promising research on the dynamics of figurative creativity of students of natural, cultural, and artistic profile and a comparative study of the dynamics of figurative creativity on the indicator of the profile of professional training in higher pedagogical education.

Due to the transition of higher educational institutions to remote functioning in the spring of 2020 and the impossibility of conducting nursing practice on the basis of medical establishments it became necessary to create a new form of having classes that would allow students to master practical skills without contacting patients. The article presents the author's methodology of remote practical training in class to obtain professional skills and experience of professional activity (nursing) at the medical faculty. The author offers simple methods of making moulages for students to master practical skills and describes the methodology of organizing and conducting distance classes using these moulages. The pedagogical analysis of one of the classes is carried out. It is shown that the new form of conducting classes allows to individualize the work with students and help each student achieve perfection in mastering the methods of nursing manipulations. The method of giving remote classes described by the author can be used by teachers at practical training in the future, in classes on “nursing” at the medical faculty, in institutes of higher nursing education, and after the removal of epidemiological restrictions imposed due to the spread of a new coronavirus infection, for remote counseling of students undergoing nursing practice in medical establishments outside the Saratov region.
