This study aims to prove the indirect effect of organizational culture on organizational commitment through the involvement of nurses in the Maternity Hospital, and whether the effect is greater than the direct effect. This study uses a quantitative approach with explanatory and primary data. Collecting data using a questionnaire with a research sample of 67 nurses. This study uses PLS-SEM with Smart-PLS software in analyzing and processing data. The results showed that organizational culture had a direct effect on organizational commitment, organizational culture had an effect on nurse involvement in hospitals, and nurse involvement had an effect on organizational commitment. However, it was found that organizational culture was not proven to have an effect on commitment through the nurse involvement variable, based on indirect testing. Therefore, the nurse’s involvement variable has not shown its contribution in improving organizational culture and commitment while working at the hospital.

The purpose of this study are to examine and analyze the influence of Leadership, Work Environment, Competence And Organizational Culture To Job Satisfaction That Impact Lecturer Performance At Polytechnic ATMI Surakarta.This study is a survey research. The data used are primary data by sampling of lecturer at Polytechnic ATMI Surakarta as many as 57 respondents. The data analysis method was tested by validity, reliability test, t-test, F, coefficient of determination (R2) and path analysis test.T test results as follows: leadership not significant effect on job satisfaction, work environment significant effect on job satisfaction, competence significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational culture not significant effect on job satisfaction, leadership not significant effect on performance, the working environment have a significant effect on performance, competence significantly influence the performance, organizational culture not significant effect on the performance, satisfaction significant effect on the performance of work. F test results showed simultaneous variables of leadership, work environment, competence, organizational culture and job satisfaction have a significant effect on the performance of lecturers. Results Analysis The coefficient of determination (R2) shows that 77.7% of faculty performance variation can be explained by the leadership, work environment, competence, organizational culture and job satisfaction while the remaining 22.3% is explained by other factors outside the model. The result of path analysis showed a direct influence on the performance of greater competence than the indirect effect on performance competence through job satisfaction. The direct effect on the performance of the work environment is greater than the indirect effect on the performance of the work environment through job satisfaction. The direct effect on the performance leadership is smaller than the indirect effect of leadership on performance through job satisfaction. The direct effect on the performance organizational culture is smaller than the indirect effect of organizational culture on performance through job satisfaction. Based on the results of total leverage to improve performance would be more effective if through increased competence.

The aim of this study was to examine the impact of organizational culture and compensation on the performance of employees and the indirect impact of organizational culture and compensation on the performance of employees through organizational commitment. Based on the study's goals, this study used a quantitative approach. Primary data collection analysis has been carried out using survey techniques. The study was conducted on 56 respondents who were Balitbangda workers, Kutai Kartanegara Regency. Review of the data used in this analysis using SEM-PLS. The results demonstrated the impact of the organizational culture, the compensation and the organizational commitment to the success of the business. This study is aimed to investigate the direct and indirect effect of the Quality of Human Resources, Work Professionalism and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance at Dinas Pendidikan Hulu Sungai Selatan. This study approach is a quantitative approach. In this study, there are 27 employees as the population and they are taken as the sample by using census technique which the entire population is the same as the sample. The path analysis is used to analyze the data. The analysis result showed that the Quality of Human Resources and Work Professionalism have a direct effect on Employee Performance. Besides having a direct effect, the Quality of Human Resources and Work Professionalism also have an indirect effect on performance through Organizational Commitment.Simultaneously, the Quality of Human Resources, Work Professionalism and Organizational Commitment support the Employees Performance at Dinas Pendidikan Hulu Sungai Selatan.

This study aims to examine the influence of locus of control and organizational culture toward employee performancewith organizational commitment as an intervening variable.The use of organizational commitment as a predictor in evaluating employee performances makes this research different from all other research. The source of data from this study was obtained from primary data by distributing questionnaires with sample size target is 141 employees. The analytical method used in this study is multiple regression analysis and path analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a direct relationship between locus of control and organizational culture toward organizational commitment and employee performance.Also, there is an indirect effect between locus of control and organizational culturetoward employee performance with organizational commitment as an intervening variable.

The purpose of this research is to find out information about the effect of organizational culture, leader behaviors, job satisfaction, and justice on organizational commitment. In this study, school is considered as an organization. The study was carried out at Islamic Junior High Schools in the Mataram City, NTB. The data for this survey reseach were collected by using quesionnaires distributed to fifty-nine teachers as the samples. The data were analyzed statistically using path analysis.The results of the analyses shows that: (1) organizational culture has a positive direct effect on organizational commitment,  (2) leader behaviors have a positive direct effect on organizational commitment, (3) job satisfaction has a positive direct effect on organizational commitment, and (4) justice has a positive direct effect on organizational commitment.

UPTD  Public Parking DISHUB Surabaya intends  to run its working durability which one of them is caused by customer’s high loyalty. Service and post-service are factors that are important to create organizational culture towards managerial work and commitment. Therefore, we should examine the role of service variable to commitment variable as intervening variable.Respondents of this study are 87 samples by using purposive sampling method. Questionnaire consists of 3 variables, those are organizational culture with 26 indicators, then commitment with 15 indicators, and managerial work  with 10 indicators .Suitable method to answer above problem is Path Analysis. The result is that path analysis shows that managerial work  may have direct influence to commitment  and have indirect influence that is from organizational culture to commitment as a new intervening to managerial work. Direct influence of organizational culture  to managerial work  that is  is 0,232. Indirect influence of organizational culture  to commitment  that is 0,810, meanwhile from commitment to managerial work, that is 0,617. Therefore, indirect influence, that (0,810)*(0,617)=0,4997.Hypothesis stating that assumption of organization culture direct effect on performance be higher than organization culture indirect effect via employee performance commitment in UPTD Parkir of Surabaya City are refused. Cause organization culture indirect effect through employee performance are 0,49977 while organization culture direct effect on employee performance are 0,232. This result proving that Organization Culture which created the company as conducive will emerging Employee Commitment. Through this Employee Commitment. Will be effected on Employee Performance then furthermore effecting Organization Performance. Based on those results, it can be suggested that a company should give more emphasize to organizational culture  and commitment  because there is evidence that it may cause customer’s managerial work because organizational culture is a very important factor in guaranteeing UPTD  Public Parking DISHUB Surabaya.

The purpose of this study was to find out and examine: (1) the lecturer’s performance model built on associative causal relationships between exogenous variables and endogenous variables, (2) the effect of organizational culture to job satisfaction, (3) the effect of rewards to job satisfaction, (4) the effect of organizational culture to job stress, (5) the effect of rewards to job stress,(6) the effect of organizational culture to lecturer’s performance, (7) the effect of rewards to lecturer’s performance, (8) the effect of job satisfaction to lecturers performance, and, (9) the effect of job stress to lecturers performance. The population is all lecturer as many as 486 people. The research sample of 219 people was determined by the Slovin formula. Data collection is done by using a questionnaire with five answer choices. The sampling technique were used proportional random sampling. The instruments were used first tried out to respondent outside the sample to obtain validity and reliability instruments. Validity test uses Product Moment correlation, while to test its reliability with Alpha formula from Cronbach. Before testing the hypothesis, especially before the test is calculated, the requirements of the analysis include: normality data test and regression linearity test.The results showed (1) Obtained the lecturer’s performance model UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh, (2) there is positive direct effect of organizational culture to job satisfaction 1,9%, (3) there is positive direct effect of rewards to job satisfaction 1,9%, (4) there is negative direct effect of organizational culture to job stres11,2%, (5) there is negative direct effect of rewards to job stress 2%, (6) there is positive direct effect of organizational culture to lecturer’s performance 7,9% include indirect effect through job satisfaction 0,6% and job stress 1,8%, (7) there is positive direct effect of rewards to lecturer’s performance 2,8%  include indirect effect through job satisfaction 0,4% and job stress 0,7%,(8) there is positive direct effect of job satisfaction to lecturer’s performance 1,5%, and (9) there is positive direct effect of job stress to lecturer’s performance 3%.Based on the acceptance of the research hypothesis, it is found a fixed model that describes the structure of causal relationships between organizational culture, rewards, job satisfaction, job stress and lecturer’s performance at UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh. The organizational behavior has bigger influence than the other variable to lecturer’s performance. The next variable was job stress, rewards, and job satisfaction has lowest influence than the other variable to lecturer’s performance.

The purpose of this research was to determine the influence of job satisfaction and organizational culture on employee organizational commitment in Jakarta. The numbers of sampel used was 113 respondents. The research design used was causal using quantitative methods and questionnaires in google form. This study used SmartPLS 3.0 software in processing data. The results of the study concluded that job satisfaction and organizational culture have a positive effect and significant on employee organizational commitment in Jakarta. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi karyawan di wilayah Jakarta. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 113 responden. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah kausal dengan metode kuantitatif dan menggunakan kuesioner dalam bentuk google form. Penelitian ini menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3.0 dalam mengolah data. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa, kepuasan kerja dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signfifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi karyawan di wilayah Jakarta.

In this study there are 3 variables used, namely incentives, organizational culture, and organizational commitment. X1 = incentives, X2 = organizational culture, and Y = organizational commitment. Incentives in the form of rewards, awards or benefits provided to employees for their hard work given to the company, so that indirectly foster their loyalty to the company. While organizational culture is a belief in the values that are embraced, and trusted, which values are the guidelines for every employee of the organization in carrying out organizational activities. And for organizational commitment is where employees in this organization want to remain part of the organization's members and want to do anything to remain in the organization. the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of incentives and culture on organizational commitment. The data used in this study are primary data. and this research data is processed using PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling). The choice of using PLS-SEM is because the sample used in the study was relatively small, namely 26 people. Which is because the population used in this study is small. The population consists of employees of PT. Rizky Indah Makmur. From the results of this study, the fact is that there is a positive influence between the incentives and organizational culture on organizational commitment.Pada penelitian ini terdapat 3 variabel yang digunakan yaitu insentif, budaya organisasi, dan komitmen organisasi. X1= insentif, X2= budaya organsisi, dan Y= komitmen organisasi. Insentif adalah berupa imbalan, penghargaan atau tunjangan yang diberikan kepada karyawan atas kerja keras mereka yang mereka berikan kepada perusahaan, agar mereka secara tidak langsung menumbuhkan loyalitas mereka kepada karyawan. Sedangkan budaya organisasi adalah kepercayaan yang dianut akan nilai-nilai yang dipercayai, yang mana nilainilai tersebut sebagai pedoman setiap karyawan organisasi dalam menjalankan kegiatan organisasi. Dan untuk komitmen organisasi adalah situasi dimana karyawan pada organisasi tersebut ingin tetap menjadi bagian dari anggota organisasi tersebut dan ingin melakukan apa pun agar tetap berada di dalam organisasi tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh insentif dan budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data yang bersifat data primer. Yang mana data penelitian ini diolah menggunakan PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling). Pemilihan penggunaan PLS-SEM dikarenakan sample yang digunakan dalam penelitian relatif kecil, yaitu 26 orang. Yang mana hal tersebut disebabkan karena populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini kecil. Populasi tersebut terdiri dari karyawan-karyawan PT. Rizky Indah Makmur Dari hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara indentif dan budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi.


Human resource of an organization is considered as a central variable which affects the effectiveness of an organization. In this competitive era employees are considered as an asset to the organization and it is the only resource which can use all other resources within organization in an effective way. Human resource with its skills, capability, talent and intelligence can help an organization to achieve its objectives. The performance of employees will only be high when a favourable environment with growth opportunities will be provided to them. The present study focuses on the effect of organizational climate on organizational effectiveness of IT sector with organizational commitment as a mediator. Data was collected through structured questionnaire with the help of convenient sampling from 350 employees from Delhi and NCR. Process macro along with AMOS was used to measure the mediating effect of commitment between organizational climate and organizational effectiveness. A significant partial mediation using Bootstrapping was found with an indirect effect of organizational climate on organizational effectiveness (β= .32, Boot (LLCI= .8678, ULCI= 1.599). Total effect of organizational climate on Organizational effectiveness was .71, whereas direct effect was .39
