ABSTRACTThe research is aimed to determine the relationship of strengthening the gift of Christian education teacher with students learning motivation for class vi students of sd negeri 173105 tarutung, north tapanuli regency year 2019.  The research hypothesis was that there was a positive and significant relationship of strengthening gift of Christian education teacher with students learning motivation for class vi students of sd Negeri 173105 tarutung, north tapanuli the regency year 2019.  This study used quantitative inferential research methods. The research population was all grade VI students of SD Negeri 173105 Tarutung who were Christian, amounting to 56 people. The research sample is taken the entire population so that this study is a population study. The research instrument was a closed questionnaire. The questionnaire trial was conducted on 10 fifth grade students at SD Negeri 173131 Tarutung.The research data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical data analysis techniques with the following steps: 1) The relationship test found that r count r table was 0.673 0.266. It can be concluded that there is a positive relationship between Giving Strengthening with Learning Motivation of PAK Grade VI Students of SD Negeri 173105 Tarutung in 2019, 2) Significant test of the relationship is known that t count t table is 6.691 2,000. It can be concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship of strengthening the gift of Christian education teacher with students learning motivation for class vi students of sd negeri 173105 tarutung, north tapanuli the regency year 2019. HUBUNGAN MINAT BACA DAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR DENGAN KETERAMPILAN MENULIS BERITA SISWA KELAS VIII SMP NEGERI 24 PADANGAbstractThis study aims to explain the following. First, the relationship of reading interest, news writing skill of grade VIII students SMP Negeri 24 Padang. Secondly, the relationship between learning motivation with news writing skills of grade VIII students. Third, the relationship between reading interest and learning motivation with news writing skills of grade VIII students. The population was grade VIII students. Samples are 40 students grade VIII students SMP Negeri 24 Padang performed using proportional random sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and performance tests. Questionnaire was used to see interest in reading and students' motivation, while performance tests conducted to determine the outcome of news writing skills of students. Analysis and discussion of the data is done in accordance with the concept of descriptive correlational study. Based on the research conducted can be summarized as the follows. First, there is a significant correlation between reading interest, the news writing skills of grade VIII students SMP Negeri 24 Padang. Secondly, there is a significant relationship between learning motivation and news writing skill of grade VIII students. Sampel sebanyak 40 siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 24 Padang dilakukan dengan teknik proportional random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan tes kinerja. Kuesioner tersebut digunakan untuk melihat minat membaca dan motivasi siswa, sedangkan tes kinerja dilakukan untuk mengetahui hasil keterampilan menulis berita siswa. Analisis dan pembahasan data dilakukan sesuai dengan konsep deskriptif korelasional. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan dapat diringkas sebagai berikut. Pertama, ada hubungan yang signifikan antara minat membaca, keterampilan menulis berita siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 24 Padang. Kedua, ada hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi belajar dan keterampilan menulis berita siswa kelas VIII. Ketiga, ada hubungan yang signifikan antara minat baca dan motivasi belajar bersama dengan kemampuan menulis berita siswa.Kata kunci: membaca, motivasi belajar, keterampilan menulis berita

This research is the correlation researchwhich is used the descriptive and inferensial statistic technic. The populations are all of the XI Grade Studentsat SMA Swasta HKBP 2 Tarutung Study Year 2018/2019 which are Cristian as much 113 persons. The samplesis determined by random sampling as 45% from the populations is 52 persons. The instrument of the research isclosed inquiry. The result of the value anlysis for rxy=0,484ttable=0,29 shows that there is the relationshipbetween the motivation giving by The Christian Relegion Education Teacher with The Study Result of The XIGrade Students at SMA Swasta HKBP 2 Tarutung Study Year 2017/2018 with the medium category. This study examines the existence of a logical-mathematical intelligence relationship to the learning discipline of fifth grade students at SD Negeri Pagar Air Aceh Besar District. To answer the relationship between logical-mathematical intelligence on learning discipline, researchers use a quantitative approach to the type of associative research. The sample in this study was 40 fifth grade students of Pagar Air Elementary School. Data collection techniques using tests and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between logical-mathematical intelligence and learning discipline of fifth grade students of SD Negeri Pagar Air. This is indicated by the value of Fcount Ftable at the 5% significance level of 5.98 4.10 and the regression equation Ŷ = 76.02 + 0.99X which can predict the ups and downs of students' learning discipline. The magnitude of the influence of logical-mathematical intelligence with student learning discipline can be seen from the value of rxy = 0.370, r count is greater than rtable at a significance level of 5% ie 0.370 0.320, meaning that logical-mathematical intelligence contributes 13.69%. Thus it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between logical-mathematical intelligence and the discipline of learning of fifth grade students at SD Negeri Pagar Air Aceh Besar District.

<p>Previous studies have shown that students, who have high levels of metacognitive awareness, perform better achievement levels than other students.<strong> </strong>Besides,<strong> </strong>it can be said that learning styles may affect metacognitive awareness of students. In the literature, studies about metacognition focused on problem solving and learners’ mathematical achievement, improvement in metacognition, and supporting some learning environments with metacognition. Therefore, in this study, relationship between metacognitive differences, learning styles, genders and mathematics grades of the fifth grade students are examined. This study was designed as descriptive study and conducted by using relational screening model. The participants consist of 330 fifth grade students from public middle schools. Data collection tools of this study are “Metacognitive Awareness Scale for Children” and “Learning Styles Scale”. The data gathered through these scales were analyzed by using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) 21.0. As a result, there is no statistically significant relationship between learning styles and gender. But, there is statistically significant relationship between learning styles-mathematics grades, metacognitive awareness levels<strong> </strong>(MAL)—grade levels in mathematics, MAL-gender and MAL-learning styles. Learning styles may affect individuals’ way of thinking in every moment of the life. Thus, this result has a significant part in education. In fact, parents, teachers and administrators should know metacognitive awareness and learning styles. Thus, knowing these terms can be helpful to understand how the problematic and unsuccessful students show undesirable behaviors since those students’ learning styles and metacognitive awareness levels are not considered.</p>

In two separate studies, we examined fifth graders' preference for authentic and arranged versions of world music recordings, the relationship of those preference ratings to familiarity, and teachers' ability to predict student preferences. In the first study, intact classes of fifth-grade students were randomly assigned to an authentic or arranged listening condition and indicated their familiarity and preference for the same 19 world music songs on a 6-point Likert scale. Teachers of the students in the study attempted to predict their students' preference and familiarity ratings for those same 19 recordings. In the second study, students heard both versions of each song side by side and were asked to first choose the version they preferred, then indicate strength of preference and familiarity. Results of both studies indicated that familiarity with a world music song is positively related to student preference for that song. Subjects in the first study did not differ significantly in the magnitude of their preference ratings between authentic or arranged conditions, whereas subjects in the second study overwhelmingly preferred arranged versions in head-to-head comparisons. Teachers' predictions of preference and familiarity ratings were significantly related to student ratings, though tended to be significantly higher. July 1, 2004 October 20, 2004.

Based on information obtained from some students in 38 public elementary schools, Gattareng, researchers found that they lacked motivation and support from their parents, so their children were also less focused on studying at home and more playing with their friends. Learning motivation is one of the factors that influence student success in teaching and learning in school. This is because each student has a different motivation between students with one another. Parental support is a very important role and is very needed by children who can support the academic achievement of children in school, one form of parental support is to give attention and help in the problems in the field of education faced by children. This study aims to determine the relationship of parental support with learning motivation in class IV and V. This type of research is a quantitative analytic study with a cross-sectional approach. With a large sample of 45 respondents. The sampling technique using total sampling method. Data analysis using a chi-square test with p-value (0.05).The results showed that respondents who said that the support of parents in the support category were 25 respondents (55.6%) and those who did not support 20 respondents (44.4%). While learning motivation in the high category was 22 respondents (48.9%) and learning motivation in the low category was 23 respondents (51.1%). This means that there is a significant relationship between the relationship of parental support with motivation to learn (p = 0.001) at the 38th elementary school. The conclusion that there is a significant relationship between the relationship of parental support with motivation to learn in class IV and V in elementary school 38 Gattareng Bulukumba district. Suggestions that parents provide support to children to be motivated to learn and get high learning achievement.

Thepresent study aimedto investigate the relationship of spiritual experiences and hardiness with occupational stress among nurses. This is a descriptive-survey study. The research population consisted of nurses working as formal, contractual, provisional, andprojectemployees at hospitals of Zabol. The sample consisted of 173 nurses. Research instruments includedthe Spiritual ExperienceScale for Studentsdeveloped byGhobari-Bonab,Kobasas Hardiness Questionnaire and the Expanded Nursing Stress Scale (ENSS). The content validity was checked and the reliability of these three questionnaires was estimated using the Cronbach's alpha coefficients. This coefficient for these three questionnaires was 0.75, 0.76, and 0.85 respectively. The Pearson correlation, stepwise regression, independent t-test, and one-way ANOVAwere used to analyze the obtained data. Results revealed that there was a negative significant relationshipamong spiritual experiences, hardiness and occupational stress. Moreover,no significant relationship was found between organizational commitment and occupationalstress. However, it was revealed that there was a negative significant relationship between occupationalstress,control, and challenge. The findings alsoindicated thatamong the predictor variables of nurses stress, in the first step thetranscendent experiences,in the second step prosperity,in the third step belief in God, in the fourth step negative experiences,and in the fifth step finding meaning in lifeenteredthe predictionmodel.

This study aims to determine the relationship of trust and learning motivation on learning outcomes of simulation and digital communication in class X students. With 338 fifth-grade students as subjects, this study found the variations in the relation between school bullying and social preference as a function of gender and types of aggressive behavior utilized. Aggressive boys were likely to be rejected by peers, whereas aggressive girls were both rejected and accepted by peers. Children nominated physically aggressive boys and relationally and verbally aggressive girls as bullies. When other forms of aggression were kept constant, verbal aggression was positively related to peer rejection for boys but negatively related for girls. The use of relational aggression contributed to peer rejection only for girls. Implications of the gender differences are discussed.
