This study examines the existence of a logical-mathematical intelligence relationship to the learning discipline of fifth grade students at SD Negeri Pagar Air Aceh Besar District. To answer the relationship between logical-mathematical intelligence on learning discipline, researchers use a quantitative approach to the type of associative research. The sample in this study was 40 fifth grade students of Pagar Air Elementary School. Data collection techniques using tests and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between logical-mathematical intelligence and learning discipline of fifth grade students of SD Negeri Pagar Air. This is indicated by the value of Fcount Ftable at the 5% significance level of 5.98 4.10 and the regression equation Ŷ = 76.02 + 0.99X which can predict the ups and downs of students' learning discipline. The magnitude of the influence of logical-mathematical intelligence with student learning discipline can be seen from the value of rxy = 0.370, r count is greater than rtable at a significance level of 5% ie 0.370 0.320, meaning that logical-mathematical intelligence contributes 13.69%. Thus it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between logical-mathematical intelligence and the discipline of learning of fifth grade students at SD Negeri Pagar Air Aceh Besar District.

This study aims to determine whether there is a significant relationship between mathematical logical intelligence with the discipline of students in grade fifthElementary School Negeri 1 Pagar Air Kabupaten Aceh Besar. To answer the purpose of this study, researchers used a quantitative approach to the type of associative research. The sample in this research is 40 students in gradefifthof Elementary School Negeri 1 Pagar Air. Data collection techniques used are tests and questionnaires. Data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between mathematical logical intelligence with the discipline of students in grade fifthElementary School Negeri 1 Pagar Air. This is indicated by the value of Fcount Ftable at the 5% significance level of 5.98 4.10 and the regression equation Ŷ = 76.02 + 0.99X which can predict the rise and fall of students' learning discipline. The magnitude of the influence of mathematical logical intelligence with student learning discipline can be seen from the value of rxy = 0.370, rcount bigger than rtable at 5% significance level that is 0.370 0.320, it means mathematical logical intelligence contributes 13.69%. Thus it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between mathematical logical intelligence with the discipline of students in grade  fifthElementary School Negeri 1 Pagar Air Kabupaten Aceh Besar.

The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between the leadership of the head of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah and the performance of Madrasah teachers in Lingsar District of West Lombok Regency in 2021. This research is quantitative research using survey methods. The population in this study is all teachers in madrasah-Ibtidaiyah in Lingsar district of West Lombok Regency which amounted to 102 teachers. This research sample amounted to 50 teachers spread across Ibtidaiyah madrassa of Lingsar District of West Lombok Regency. The data analysis technique used in this study is regression analysis, both simple regression and double regression. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between the leadership of the head of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah and the performance of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers in Kacamatan Lingsar West Lombok Regency with a contribution of 57%.

This study aims to analyze the effect of office spatial on work effectiveness of employees by using survey method. This study performed data collection by using a questionnaire with a range of scores 1 to 5. Respondents of the study consisted of the employees of the Office of Education of Bandung City. This study used simple regression analysis as the data analysis technique. The results reveal that the office spatial brings positive effects on the work effectiveness of employees. Therefore, the work effectiveness of employees can be improved through the improvement of office spatial conditions.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tata ruang kantor terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai dengan menggunakan metode survey. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket dengan rentang skor antara 1 sampai 5menggunakan model rating scale. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah para pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bandung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa tata ruang kantor memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai. Oleh karena itu, efektivitas kerja pegawai dapat meningkat melalui adanya peningkatan kondisi tata ruang kantor.

Abstract :This study aims to analyze the effect of the Adversity Quotient on students' entrepreneurial motivation at the Faculty of Economics, Padang State University. The total population is 1,209 students. Samples were taken using proportional random sampling technique with a sample of 300 students. In collecting data, a questionnaire was used as a technique for collecting it. Simple regression analysis is a data analysis technique used with the help of the SPSS 16 program. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that the adversity quotient has a positive and significant effect in increasing student entrepreneurial motivationAbstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efekAdversity Quotientterhadap motivasi berwirausaha mahasiswa di fakultas ekonomi Universitas Negeri Padang. Jumlah populasi adalah 1.209 orang mahasiswa. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik proportional random samplingdengan sampel berjumlah300 orang mahasiswa. Dalam pengumpulan data digunakan angket sebagai teknik pengumulannya. Analisis regresi sederhana merupakan teknik analisis data yang dipakai dengan bantuan program SPSS 16. Berdasarkan analisis data didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa adversity quotient memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dalam meningkatkan motivasi berwirausaha mahasiswa.

This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of Punishmant on employee productivity at PT. Asuransi Bintang Tbk. Makassar branch. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Asuransi Bintang Tbk. Makassar branch, amounting to 25 people. The number of samples used was 25 people using saturated sample toeri. Data collection was carried out using interview, observation and questionnaire methods. The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis using Statistical Product Standard Solution (SPSS) for window. This research was conducted to see how much influence market orientation has on competitive advantage. This type of research is descriptive and verification with samples taken as many as 20 respondents who meet the criteria set out in the study. The data analysis technique in this study uses simple regression. Based on the results of the study using simple regression analysis, the results show that market orientation has a significant effect on competitive advantage. The difference between this research and other research lies in the object of research, the measurement instrument used, the population and the sample of the study, and the results of the research. This study entitled The Effect of Motivation on Employee Performance with Work Discipline as a Moderation Variable in the Transportation Office of Musi Rawas Regency. with respondents as many as 40 people.”This study aims to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance with work discipline as a moderating variable. The method used in this research is quantitative methods and data collection techniques used in this research are using observations, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is simple regression test, correlation coefficient, t test, and moderation test. Testing the first hypothesis, namely the variable Motivation (X1) on Employee Performance (Y) shows that tcount produces a coefficient of 5000. With a sample size of 40, it is found that df = (40-2) and at a significance level of 0.05, the t table value is 1.686. With these results it can be said that motivation (X1) has a significant effect on Pegwai's performance because tcount (5000)> ttable (1.686). Then the second hypothesis testing shows that there is an increase in the R square value from 0.397 to 0.533.”This means that the Work Discipline variable (X2) can strengthen the relationship between Motivation (X1) and Employee Performance (Y). So with this variable Work Discipline (X2) is Pemoderation in the relationship between Motivation (X1) and Employee Performance (Y).

This study aims to determine the relationship between perception of organizational justice to psychological welfare in the workplace in nursing. The population numbered 120, and a sample of 97 people were drawn based on a sampling technique with Cohen Manion and Morrison tables. Data were collected using organizational justice perception scale based on organizational justice perception dimension according to Robin & Judge. As well as the scale of psychological welfare based on the dimensions of psychological welfare according to the psychological welfare dimensions of Ryff and Keyes. The analytical method used is a simple regression analysis that shows the R value of 0.929 with the value R2 = 0.863, with p = 0,000 where p <0.05. So the hypothesis proved that there is a significant relationship between Perception of Organizational Justice with Psychological Welfare at Nurse. The researcher suggests for further researchers to use different research methods to enrich information and knowledge as well as better and more detailed results.

This study aims to examine the effect of socialization parents against consumtive behavior of students class X in Senior High School 4 Pagaralam. This research method is associative research. The samples used in this research are 64 students of X class of IPS Department in SMA Negeri 4 Pagaralam. Primary data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis. The results of this study there is a significant effect of parental socialization on consumptive behavior where the effect is positive. The findings of this study that the parents' socialization influence on student consumptive behavior is 39.3% while the rest is influenced by other factors not examined in this study
