The eLearning instruments that have been researched in the last few years represent a necessity for the Romanian primary school also within the development of the alternative learning sources. These cognitive instruments as D.H. Jonassen names them, are utilized in the USA and are researched in other countries, too (France) in order to be implemented. The aim of this article is to implement and to recommend the utilization of electronic models: text and image processing sheets, presentation sheets, spreadsheets in the teachinglearning process in primary school. According to this aim, the research hypothesis has been issued in keeping with which we anticipate to be able to offer a well thought training in the eLearning field by updating the teaching and learning process with the help of the implementation of a set of electronic models which will increase the intercepting coefficient, the motivation, stimulation, imagination and enthusiasm degree for the learning actors and will redefine the teacher-pupil relation. The main objectives which derive from the hypothesis of our study confine to establishing the impact of electronic models of the eLeaming Set that has been proposed to be implemented on the actors primary school in the teaching-learning process; rendering the teaching-learning process efficient by implementing cognitive models with electronic support; working out an operational guide that contains scientific-practical recommendations and lesson models that utilize PeL; enriching the mathematical thinking. The study sample covers a population that wishes to know, to participate in the implementing of the new technologies. The sample was composed as follows: 121 teachers in primary schools, most of them students of the University in Pitești, 158 pupils and 47 parents whose children are primary school pupils.

This research starts from the problems that appeared in Citizenship Education learning process which is recognized by lack of students’ activeness and low of courage level in expressing students’ opinions. The indication of lack the courage in expressing students’ opinions can be seen from the low of students’ activeness in learning process. Teachers have the most strategic role in learning process. The teachers Strategic role in learning process have the impact on students' competencies (knowledge, attitudes, skills). The competence of students’ will develop optimally depending on how teachers place them selves and students’ in teaching learning process. Based on the background above, the identification of this research formulation is how the teaching and learning of Citizenship Education can play an important role in improving the courage for the students’ to be able express opinions during the teaching-learning process easily. This research was conducted by the purpose to know how the Citizenship Education can play an important role in improving the courage to express students opinions in teaching-learning process. To achieve the objectives conducted qualitative research on the case study method of learning Citizenship Educationin at Vocational High School Pasundan I Serang City. Data collecting technique that used were observation, interview and documentation. From the result of analysis, it can be concluded that Citizenship Education in improving the courage express students opinions is able to change the situations of learning centere on teachers become students active role in achieving the learning objectives. Based on the findings of this research, it can be argued that the Citizenship Education in improving the courage to express students opinion have the potential to participate actively in the learning process and collaboration in a heterogeneous group. Keywords: learning, Citizenships Education, Courage, Expressing Opinions

For education researchers, a solution to solve this problem is to develop and point out materials that use new technologies to increase the methodology of the classes. Some of these materials, which can contribute to the success in the teaching-learning process, are playful educational softwares. In this sense, it was developed a mobile device application, named Quimi Crush, to assist in mediating the content of Organic Functions in high school classes. The playful game was developed, tested and applied with High School and ungergraduate students. This game was well rated by both groups. In addition, Quimi Crush has been validated as an educational game and can be a tool to help in chemistry classes, making them more dynamic and interesting. Keywords: Organic Chemistry. Development in technology assists teachers and educators to reach goals in teaching and learning easily. Along with advancement of technology in teaching, teachers were expected to utilize this technology such as ICT-based media to improve quality of their teaching. This paper was a survey research which tried to investigate attitudes and perceptions of 73 elementary school teachers toward the use of ICT-based media especially video in teaching learning process. Both quantitative and qualitative data were used to display teachers’ perception. The result of this study shows that almost all teachers considered that using media is very important in teaching. The data from questionnaires shows that most teachers (95,1%) agreed that ICT-based media made teaching and learning process more enjoyable and effective. They also believed that the role of media together with teacher is essential in teaching since the collaboration between teachers and media allow students to understand and memorize materials given easily. However, besides teachers responded positively toward ICT-based media, they also encountered some barriers in applying this technology in teaching, such as : teachers lacked the skills or basic concepts about ICT, (felt were old enough) to use ICT based-media in the future, lacked of eyes vision, inconvenience feeling of using ICT in the classroom, and lacked of ICT facilities at school. This indicates that professional development program is essential for teachers to promote the use of technology in daily teaching practices.

The aim of this research was to highlight the impact of online education on teaching and learning English as a foreign language among students aged 12-19, and to research the importance of learner autonomy and motivation in the online teaching – learning process. In order to collect data from the 81 subjects, members of five different classes and age groups, a questionnaire created in Google Forms was used. The questionnaire was designed to provide information about the students’ attitude and motivation for studying English in an online context, autonomy and effort invested in the learning process. Student progress was measured using the end of semester grades of the first semester of the 2019/2020 year compared to those of the first 2020/2021 semester. Results reveal the importance of perceived choice as a factor that supports learner autonomy and learner motivation. The limitations of the study are due to the fact that the students’ level of English and their previous knowledge of the subjects studied online had not been tested beforehand as the current pandemic situation was not foreseeable.
