Reproductive capability in a young woman begins at the point of menarche, which is the beginning of cyclic uterine bleeding in the anatomically and physiologically normal female. Menarche marks the beginning of an important stage in a young woman’s physical reproductive maturation and development. Even before the onset of this entirely natural but potentially disturbing function, a young woman’s early psychological reactions to menstruation, and probably also her lifelong view, can be influenced by the accuracy of her information and the degree of empathy with which this knowledge has been conveyed to her. Many women, perhaps appropriately, conclude that any departure from their personal menstrual experience is abnormal, and they will seek treatment for these departures. Conversely, some women accept or perhaps ignore even significant variations in their menstrual function, sometimes to the extent that serious health impairment occurs (e.g., severe iron-deficiency anemia). Therefore in this study an effort has been put forth to make a conceptual study covering almost all the aspect of Raktapradar as per Ayurvedic and modern.

Uterine arteriovenous malformations (AVM) are very uncommon disorders. Successful conservative treatment with subsequently conceived is rarely reported. We describe a 31-year-old woman with a complex and large postmolar AVM; she was successfully treated with transarterial selective embolization for a long history of repeated excessive vaginal bleeding and anemia. She resumed normal menstrual periods soon after treatment, and she subsequently conceived about 2 years later. A healthy male baby was delivered at 39 weeks of gestation via vaginal route. Selective embolization of a complex and large uterine AVM seems to be feasible for the treatment of uterine bleeding and preservation of reproductive capability.

Abnormal uterine bleeding (AUB) is one of the most common frequent reasons for contacting a gynecologist and conducting intrauterine interventions. AUB causes iron deficiency anemia and a decrease quality of life of women, which in turn is the reason of their social and clinical significance. Based on the analysis of literature and international data recommendations, the review outlines the basic principles of AUB diagnosis, non-hormonal and hormone therapy Advantages of continuous regimen for the administration of progestogens, in particular the LNG-IUS, and COCs containing estradiol valerate, to reduce menstrual flow blood loss are presented in the article. The need for a differentiated approach of choosing the therapy based on age, causes of bleeding, and balance benefits and risks of medicines.

Global concerns on quality and environmentally sustainable products are giving extensive pressure on the competitiveness of Malaysian palm oil industry. As part of palm oil supply chain, the fresh fruit bunch (FFB) dealers play an important role in the development of the industry as well as contributing a significant impact on the environmental pollution. Despite the adoption of codes of practice (COPs) by dealers, recent studies reveal the problem of quality deterioration of FFB is caused by ineffective handling practices including poor housekeeping and delay in transportation. Empirical evidence shows that the quality and environmental performance of firms improve through 5S practices. Therefore, this conceptual study primarily aims to improve the existing practices for the handling of harvested oil palm by incorporating the 5S concept (sort, set in order, shine, standardize, sustain) into COPs. In this context, several propositions are formulated based on literature. The findings of survey and case studies within FFB dealer sub-sector shall be used as input to enhance the proposed improvement work. The propositions shall be validated by a panel of experts through the Delphi technique before it can be used as a reference by FFB dealers to simultaneously improve their quality and environmental performance.

SUMMARY Short periods of treatment with progesterone precipitate uterine bleeding in a spayed monkey which is receiving constant daily doses of oestrogen. The amount of progesterone required is proportional to the dose of oestrogen given. Treatment with progesterone (5 mg daily for 5 days) also precipitates uterine bleeding in untreated spayed monkeys at regular intervals of about 8 days. The first course of injections must be started immediately a menstrual bleeding has been induced, either by the surgical removal of the ovaries or by the withdrawal of an adequate oestrogenic stimulus. Treatment is usually ineffective if it is delayed for as little as 6 days. The number of cycles obtained in spayed animals, pretreated with oestrogen, seems to be related to the size of the initial dose of oestrogen used to induce withdrawal bleeding. Such cycles can be obtained not only after an oestrogen-withdrawal bleeding but also after a progesterone-withdrawal bleeding has occurred in monkeys which have neither received oestrogen nor menstruated for several months before treatment with progesterone was begun. Conditioning of the subsequent responses of the uterus for many months to come depends, therefore, on the occurrence of a single menstrual bleeding but not on the particular hormone used to obtain the bleeding. These effects of progesterone in spayed monkeys cannot be simulated by injections of deoxycorticosterone acetate (DCA). The intermenstrual bleeding that can be induced in normal female rhesus monkeys by injecting 5 mg progesterone daily for 5 days does not occur if the injections are continued at a constant lower threshold dose, which varies for different monkeys between 0·25 and 1·0 mg daily.

Distinguished Muslim scholars in the past and at present time have given a great emphasis on the importance of adab (Islamic ethics) in a believers life. Due to global ever-changing progress and development in terms of advanced technologies, almost all aspects of human beings life are considerably affected. In education, the teaching and learning process has evolved accordingly where users have, eagerly or unwillingly, accepted online learning as part of teaching and learning strategies. This situation has created worries among those who uphold the conventional Islamic corpus approach and those who support todays need in education. Therefore, the objective of this study is to examine the concept of adab of the learned and the learner from the viewpoint of Imam al-Nawawi to provide a fundamental guideline for the online learning educators and novices. A deductive textual approach is used to achieve the purpose. It can be concluded that the narrative of adab for the learned and the learner is undeniably apparent which may benefit users of online learning. It is suggested that a further study may analyze this subject matter in-depth to provide clear adab-based teaching and learning strategies for Muslim users in particular.

The article is dedicated to the overview of the scope and application of international prosecution on war crimes. Although theterm “war crimes” is not a new concept in international law, different approaches exist in defining the precise limits of it. War crimesare always considered as one of the primary challenges and pecularities minimizing the whole efficiency of international law. Nevertheless, not all known prosecutions on war crimes ended with success. In traditional international law war crimes are always related tomilitary or armed conflicts what may be international or non-international conflict. History of international humanitarian law demonstratesthat almost all of the military conflicts were associated with war crimes. However, international law was not able to buil upstrong judicial mechanisms for the prosecution of war crimes for a long time. Modern type of international prosecution over war crimescan be linked to military tribunals established after World War I. At the same time, we should not forget that most of war crimes committedbefore and during WWI still remain unpunished. These problems demand new conceptual approach to the understanding of warcrimes as well as methodology of international prosecution. We know that first military tribunals were of quasi-international character.Although modern international law contains fully international military tribunals, still there are a lot of cases of failure to punish warcrimes. We need to understand that being a type of international crimes against peace and humanity, war crimes can be committed outsidethe active period of war. Thus, there is a need to re-define again the scope and subject matter of war crimes. On the other hand, prosecution of war crimes should be studied apart from other international law violations, human rights in particular.

The purpose of this study is to study a clinical case of late diagnosis of endometriosis of the uterine body (adenomyosis), despite the presence of such typical clinical manifestations as heavy uterine bleeding, leading to the formation of chronic post – hemorrhagic iron deficiency anemia and the development of sideropenic syndrome, accompanied by weakness, dizziness, rapid fatigue, brittle hair and nails. Also, the data of the family history (endometriosis in the mother) and the patient's history indicating the presence of pollinosis and bronchial asthma were not taken into account.
