ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of pedagogical competence and personality competence on the performance appraisal of lecturers (Case Study in Management Department Students, Faculty of Economics and Business, Dharma Andalas University). This study uses the independent variable (X), namely Pedagogical Competence (X1), and Personality Competence (X2), and the dependent variable (Y), Lecturer Performance Assessment (Y). The population is all students majoring in management at FEB Dharma Andalas University. The sampling technique was random sampling with a total sample of 252 respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained from this study indicate that both parsia and simultaneous pedagogical competence variables and personality competencies have a positive and significant effect on Lecturer Performance Assessment.Keywords: pedagogical competence, personality competence, lecturer performance assessment   ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi Sosial dan kompetensi Profesional  terhadap penilaian kinerja Dosen Universitas Dharma Andalas. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini menunjukkan secara parsia maupun simultan variabel kompetensi Sosial dan kompetensi Profesional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Penilaian Kinerja Dosen. This research has an aim to determine the factors that influence the success of an investor in stock investments in Surakarta city, Central Java. The variables studied are investor experience, the time in which stocks are sold, education level and total capital. The data collection is conducted through interviews, utilizing questionnaires, and direct observations with a total sample of 90 investors which were selected using the proportional random sampling technique. The analysis tool utilized in this study is the multiple linear regression analysis The research results showed the four variables, investor experience, time in which stocks are sold, education level, and the total capital, individually have a positive on the investors’ success in stock investments in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The variable with the greatest influence on the investor’s stock investments success in Indonesia Stock Exchange is the capital. The recommendations are investors must participate in stock analysis trainings, both fundamental and technical to reduce risks, investors are suggested to never place 100% of their investments in the same stock portfolio and instead diversify it with other assets, further studies should encompass other variables that may influence the success of investors in stock investments. Securities companies are expected and authority to provide comfortability, risk considerations, and benefit, as well as security for investors’ fundsKeywords: investor’s success, investor’s experience, the time before stocks are sold, education level, and totalcapital, proportional random sampling classification.

The purpose of this study was to determine income, tax services, knowledge of taxation, and tax law enforcement affect taxpayer compliance. The population in this study were all land and building taxpayers in Suralaga District (Tebaban Village, Paok Lombok Village, and Dasan Borok Village) in 2019 totaling 3,391 people and using the slovin formula in sampling. The sampling technique used cluster proportional random sampling technique and the sample in this study was 357 respondents. Data analysis method using multiple linear regression analysis model. The results of this study can be concluded that income does not have a partial and significant effect on taxpayer compliance because the t-count value is smaller than t-table (-0.792<1.65251) and the significance value is greater than 0.05 (0.425>0.05), service Taxes have an effect on taxpayer compliance because the t-count value is greater than t-table (2.364> 1.65251) and the significance value is less than 0.05 (0.019<0.05), knowledge of taxation has a partial and significant effect on taxpayer compliance because the value t count is greater than t table (1.839<1.65251) and the significance level is greater than 0.05 (0.067>0.05), tax law enforcement has no partial and significant effect on taxpayer compliance because the t-count value is smaller than t table (0.577<1.65251) and the significance level is greater than 0.05 (0.564>0.05), the results of the statistical analysis of determination obtained R^2 square of 0.039, which means that the effect of the independent variable den to the dividend variable is 39%.  Keywords: Income, Tax Services, Tax Knowledge, Tax Law Enforcement, Taxpayer Compliance. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan pendapatan tidak berpengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak karna nilai t  hitung lebih kecil dari t tabel (-0,792<1.65251) dan nilai signifikansi lebih besar dari 0,05 (0,425>0,05), pelayanan pajak berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak karna nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel (2.364>1.65251) dan nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,019<0,05), pengetahuan perpajakan berpengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak karna nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel (1.839<1.65251) dan tingkat signifikansi lebih besar dari 0,05 (0,067>0,05) , penegakan hukum pajak tidak berpengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak karna nilai t hitung lebih kecil dari t tabel (0,577<1.65251) dan tingkat signifikansi lebih besar dari 0,05 (0,564>0,05), hasil analisis statistik determinasi diperoleh  square sebesar 0,039 mengandung arti bahwa pengaruh pariabel independen terhadap variabel devenden adalah 39 %. This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and human relations to the performance of employees. This research is a quantitative research consisting of performance as dependent variable, job satisfaction and human relation as independent variable. The sample of the research is employee at University X with 50 subject. The sampling technique was done by stratified random sampling. Data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 17.0 for windows. The results showed that there is a very significant influence between job satisfaction and human relations simultaneously on employee performance. Partially there is a very significant influence between job satisfaction on employee performance and there is no influence of human relations to employee performance.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perkembangan usaha dan pengetahuan perpajakan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah. Sehingga akan diperoleh informasi mengenai kepatuhan wajib pajak dalam menjalankan kewajibannya dilihat dari faktor perkembangan usaha dan pengetahuan perpajakan wajib pajak tersebut. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah yang ada di Jakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan random sampling dan jumlah sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 60 wajib pajak. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial perkembangan usaha berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak dan pengetahuan perpajakan tidak beroengaruh terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak. Namun secara simultan perkembangan usaha dan pengetahuan perpajakan berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak. This study aims to determine the effect of business development and tax knowledge on taxpayer compliance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. So that information will be obtained regarding taxpayer compliance in carrying out its obligations seen from the business development factors and tax knowledge of the taxpayer. The population in this study were the actors of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Jakarta. The sampling technique in this study used random sampling and the number of samples obtained was 60 taxpayers. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially business development has an effect on taxpayer compliance and knowledge of taxation has no effect on taxpayer compliance. However, simultaneously, business development and tax knowledge affect taxpayer compliance.

 Abstrak                Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tourism ambassador dan reliability terhadap minat berkunjung di objek wisata Museum Deli Serdang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Simple random sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 370 orang yang pernah berkunjung di Museum Deli Serdang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner yang pengukurannya dengan skala interval dan diolah secara statistik menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dan pengujian hipotesis dengan uji F, uji t dan koefisien determinasi yang sebelumnya data telah diuji menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan uji asumsi klasik. Pengolahan data menggunakan program SPSS 21.0 for windows.                Secara parsial tourism ambassador dan reliability berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung pada Museum Deli Serdang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel tourism ambassador dan reliability secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap minat berkunjung. Hal ini terlihat dari nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (394,043 > 3,02) dan nilai signifikannya 0,000 < 0,05. Uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan nilai sebesar 0,682 yang berarti bahwa tourism ambassador dan reliability berpengaruh terhadap minat berkunjung sebesar 68,2% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Kata Kunci: tourism ambassador, reliability, minat berkunjung. AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of tourism ambassador and reliability on visiting interests in the Deli Serdang Museum attraction. This study uses quantitative methods with sampling techniques using simple random sampling technique, with a total sample of 370 people who have visited the Deli Serdang Museum. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by distributing questionnaires whose measurement with interval scale and processed statistically using multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing with the F test, t test and coefficient of determination before the data had been tested using validity test, reliability test and test classical assumption. Data processing using SPSS 21.0 for Windows.Partially tourism ambassador and reliability have a positive and significant effect on the interest of visiting the Deli Serdang Museum. Based on the results of the study showed that the tourism ambassador and reliability variables simultaneously affect the interest in visiting. This can be seen from the value of Fcount > Ftable (394,043 > 3.02) and the significant value is 0,000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination test shows a value of 0.682 which means that tourism ambassador and reliability affect the interest in visiting by 68.2% while the rest is influenced by other variables. Keywords: tourism ambassador, reliability, interest in visiting.

This research aims to determine the effect of brand image and promotion on the decision to use e-money shop for Dr. Soetomo Surabaya both simultaneously and partially as well as to determine the dominant variable on the use decision e - money shopepay. This research is a quantitative research with a causal research method. The population in this study were all Dr. university students. Soetomo, who has the Shopeepay application and has made transactions using Shopeepay, has a total sample of 96 respondents who have been distributed through questionnaires. This study used a random sampling technique to collect respondents and used the unknown populations formula in determining the sample because the population of this study was unknown. Furthermore, the data analysis used instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test, simultaneous test, partial test, and determination coefficient test. The results of this study indicate that brand image and promotion have an effect both simultaneously and partially on the decision to use Shopeepay e-money and promotion is the dominant variable influencing the decision to use e-money Shopeepay.

<em>One of the main determinants that influence the success rate of a company is employee performance. Efforts to improve employee performance, including by pay attention to work satisfaction and competence. This research was aimed to determine the effect of work satisfaction and competence to employees performance of AirNav Indonesia company. The population in this research were employess of AirNav Indonesia company at financial department were amounted to 387 people. The sample in this study were amounted to 80 employees using Slovin formula with random sampling technique. The method of data technique which used in the research was using multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis test. Before being analyzed the instrument test was carried out. The results of this research can be known that work satisfaction and competence have a positive and significant influence to employees performance of AirNav Indonesia company.</em>

English This study aims to determine the effect of few variables, that is industiral type, profitability proxied by ROE and ROA, and environmental performance towards Islamic social reporting disclosure in companies listed in JII 2011-2015. The population in this study were all companies registered in JII 2011-2015, the sampling technique using purposive sampling, so that a total sample of 11 companies was obtained for five years, or equal to 55 annual reports. The analysis in this study is a descriptive statistical analysis by conducting a classic assumption test. The multiple linear regression analysis in this study uses SPSS 17 statistical analysis tools. The results of this study indicate that the Industry Type and Environmental Performance variables have no significant effect on Islamic Social Reporting Disclosure, while ROE has a significant negative effect and ROA has a significant positive effect on Islamic Social Reporting Disclosure. Indonesia Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel tipe industri, profitabilitas yang diproksikan dengan ROE dan ROA, serta kinerja lingkungan terhadap pengungkapan islamic social reporting pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di JII Periode 2011-2015. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan yang terdaftar di JII periode 2011-2015, teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan purposive sampling, sehingga diperoleh total sampel sebanyak 11 perusahaan selama lima tahun, atau sama dengan 55 laporan tahunan. Analisis dalam penelitian ini merupakan analisis statistik deskriptif dengan melakukan uji asumsi klasik. Adapun analisis regresi linier berganda dalam penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis statistik SPSS 17. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Tipe Industri dan Kinerja Lingkungan berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Pengungkapan Islamic Social Reporting, sedangkan ROE berpengruh negatif signifikan dan ROA berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Pengungkapan Islamic Social Reporting.

Science competence of students continues to develop because it is influenced by factors of intelligence and participation. Lack of understanding of the importance of student participation in obtaining more optimal learning outcomes is no longer one of the priority factors, so students tend to feel lazy, and find it difficult to express opinions which cause the competence of science knowledge does not increase. This study aimed to analyze the significant effect of naturalist ability on the competence of science knowledge, the significant effect of learning participation on the competence of science knowledge, and the significant effect together of naturalist ability and learning participation on the competence of science knowledge of fourth grade students. This type of research is ex-post facto. The population in this study were all fourth-grade students, amounting to 490 students. The sample was determined by proportional random sampling technique and obtained a total sample of 214 people. Naturalist ability data collection and learning participation were obtained by distributing questionnaires and competence in science knowledge was obtained by recording documents. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was a significant effect of naturalist ability on the competence of science knowledge with a contribution of 12.68%, there was a significant influence of learning participation on the competence of science knowledge with a contribution of 35.44%, and there was a significant influence on naturalist ability and learning participation. to the competence of science knowledge with a contribution of 48.12%. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that naturalist abilities and learning participation contribute to the competence of science knowledge of fourth grade elementary school students

<p><em>This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of relationship marketing in the form of understanding customer expectations, building service partnership and trust simultaneously and partially to customer satisfaction on choosing banking products, a case study of priority customers on public Banks in Banjarmasin. The study was conducted by using multiple linear regression analysis to find the influence of the independent variable (X) to the dependent variable (Y), simultaneously and partially. The results showed that simultaneously relationship marketing variables significantly influenced customer. Partially, understanding customer expectations has no significant effects to customer satisfaction. Building service partnership and trust significanly influence customer satisfaction and trust is a dominant variable in achieving customer satisfaction. Public Bank in Banjarmasin should be able to increase trust its customers with all efforts.</em></p>
