At the end of 2019, a global pandemic began to hit the whole world, including Indonesia. This seems to have influenced the consumer confidence index. Consumer confidence in current economic conditions has weakened due to weakening incomes and reduced job availability. The existence of problems related to the decrease in the level of consumer confidence will be very detrimental to the company if the solution is not immediately considered. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of corporate social responsibility on corporate reputation, word of mouth and customer trust as well as the effect of corporate reputation and word of mouth on customer trust. This research applies a quantitative approach with the type of research applied is causal research. The population in this study were 344 consumers of PT Petrokimia Gresik (PG), while the sample used in the study was 185 people.Data analysis in this study uses inferential statistics, which is an analysis aimed at proving the hypothesis using structural equation modeling - AMOS. The results of this study found that corporate social responsibilityprovides a significant effect on corporate reputation, word of mouth and consumer trust. Then corporate reputation and word of mouth are also proven to have a significant effect on consumer trust.

Mobile Banking sebagai salah satu bentuk layanan sistem informasi perbankan, yang dapat menjadi solusi terbaik untuk nasabah  dengan tingkat kesibukkan yang tinggi. Banyaknya keluhan nasabah terkait aplikasi layanan mobile banking, maka penelitian ini penting dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis atribut-atribut apa saja yang mempengaruhi sikap nasabah terhadap penggunaan layanan Mobile Banking, serta bagaimana kinerja atribut Mobile Banking. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling, diperoleh 100 responden pengguna mobile banking. Metode analisis data menggunakan Model Multiatribut Fishbein dan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sikap konsumen terhadap atribut Mobile Banking secara keseluruhan adalah positif, yakni dengan nilai 218,81. Kinerja atribut Mobile Banking dianalisis dengan Importance Performance Analysis, menunjukkan hasil bahwa atribut yang perlu diprioritaskan untuk ditingkatkan kinerjanya yaitu atribut yang termasuk dalam kuadran I (Prioritas Utama): Website Mobile Banking dan kemudahan Mobile Banking dioperasikan saat bertransaksi.

This research aims to determine the effect of brand image and promotion on the decision to use e-money shop for Dr. Soetomo Surabaya both simultaneously and partially as well as to determine the dominant variable on the use decision e - money shopepay. This research is a quantitative research with a causal research method. The population in this study were all Dr. university students. Soetomo, who has the Shopeepay application and has made transactions using Shopeepay, has a total sample of 96 respondents who have been distributed through questionnaires. This study used a random sampling technique to collect respondents and used the unknown populations formula in determining the sample because the population of this study was unknown. Furthermore, the data analysis used instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test, simultaneous test, partial test, and determination coefficient test. The results of this study indicate that brand image and promotion have an effect both simultaneously and partially on the decision to use Shopeepay e-money and promotion is the dominant variable influencing the decision to use e-money Shopeepay.

Human resource development programs need to be created systematically and sustainably to produce future-ready talents. As part of the efforts to optimize human resources management within the company, one of the ways the company takes is by increasing employee satisfaction in carrying out its duties. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of human resource management practices and policies, transformational leadership style on job satisfaction. This research method uses a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were 235 employees of PT. X. The type of data used is primary data using a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling with AMOS 22 program tools. The results of this study are expected to be used as an evaluation material for human resource management practices and policies that have been implemented by the company, in order to make improvements to aspects that are still complaints and make employees feel dissatisfied when working such as job placements that aren’t according to capacity, the balance of the weight of the work given, the assessment system to the problem of the compensation system or its achievement which aims to create job satisfaction and employee comfort at work.

This study aims to determine, analyze, and examine the effect of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance. This research was conducted at the Office of Youth, Sports and Tourism, Pati Regency. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. The sample used is a saturated sample, with a total of 38 respondents. Data collection techniques used are interviews, questionnaires, literature study. The data processing in this study used the SPSS 23 (Statical Package for the Social Sciences) software application. The data analysis techniques used were descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of descriptive analysis, work discipline is included in the good category, as well as work motivation is included in the good category and employee performance is included in the good category. Based on the results of this study indicate that work discipline and work motivation partially and simultaneously affect the performance of employees at the Office of Youth, Sports and Tourism, Pati Regency.

The era of the industrial revolution 4.0. In the last century, experts have increasingly convinced that the intellectual resources of an organization determine the competitive advantage of an organization in accelerating the effectiveness of artificial intelligence, especially in presenting the best customer service innovation products. However, there are only a few studies on the relationship between intellectual capital and innovation. Based on the importance of these issues, this study aims to examine the impact of intellectual capital on organizational innovation. Questionnaires have been distributed to 100 employees of PT. Pelindo from Indonesian State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN), and 82 usable questionnaires were returned. The regression statistical method analysis was used to test the hypothesis. The results of the research simultaneously show that intellectual capital has a positive and significant effect on organizational innovation. The next test results partially prove that human capital, organizational capital, and relational capital have a significant and positive effect on organizational innovation. This study opens several pathways for innovation program projects in future Indonesian organizations. The significance of the findings of this study shows the practical implications of the support in the next roadmap on research and development (R&D) of Human Resources and innovation of Indonesian BUMN organizations, particularly at PT. Pelindo as one of the important pillars in the success of the vision of the Indonesian government's maritime axis. Based on the high level of socio-cultural heterogeneity in Indonesia, the implications of follow-up studies are important to expand the sample of employees to a larger and more diverse range and combine other independent variables (such as demographic factors, organizational culture, organizational climate, leadership, job satisfaction or other motivational factors) which may result in different study findings and recommendations.

The purpose of the study is to determine the influence of information overload on intention to make unusual purchases through perceived severity in the people of Bandung during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study uses quantitative methods with descriptive research types and causality. Sampling uses non probability sampling techniques with purposive sampling method to 100 respondents of Bandung city with a population of 2,510,103.00 people. Analysis of research data using tenik descriptive analysis and path analysis. The conclusion of the study shows variable information overload and perceived severity fall into the category of very high and variable intention to make unusual purchases fall into the high category. In addition, variable information overload had a significant effect on perceived severity of 46.92%. Information overload significantly affects intention to make unusual purchases by 6.25%. Perceived severity significantly affects intention to make unusual purchases by 19.80%. Information overload affects indirectly the intention to make unusual purchases through perceived severity of 30.48%.

Penelitian ini, untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas alat produksi ATBM (Alat Tenun Bukan Mesin) terhadap volume produksi Industri sarung tenun di desa parengan Kecamatan Maduran.penelitian ini bertempat di UD.Sarung Tenun Salsabila Parengan, yang menjadi sampel dari seluruh perusahaan tenun di desa Parengan Kecamatan Maduran. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu:  regresi Sederhana, analisis Uji t, dan Analisis Uji F. dimana Variabel Indepen (X) yaitu Kualitas alat produksi ATBM, dan Variabel dependen (Y) yaitu Volume Produksi. Dalam Pengumpulan data penelitian ini, membuat suatu Penilaian terhadap  Kualitas ATBM dengan mengunakan Indikator-indikatornya, di antaranya : (Kerangka Kontruksi, Kapasitas Produksi, Gerakan dan Umur). Dari keempat Indikator-indikator tersebut akan di jumlah nilai kualitas alat produksinya, yang akan dikelompokan sesuai jumlah penilaian. Kesimpulan analisis, mengahasilkan Persamaan Regresi Linier Sederhana : Ŷ = 71, 21 + 1,59X,  Diartikan bahwa Kualitas Produksi ATBM berpengaruh secara Positif terhadap volume produksi Sarung. perhitungan Koefisien Determinasi r2 = 0,752 = 0,5625 atau nilai volume produksi 56,25% ditentukan oleh kualitas alat  produksi, sisanya 43,75% ditentukan oleh faktor lain. Dari nilai koefisien regresi variabel kualitas alat produksi sebesar  1,59, diartikan bahwa bila nilai kualitas alat produksi ATBM bertambah 1, maka nilai volume produksi sarung bertambah 1,59 per setiap nilai Kualitas.

Internet Marketing merupakan bentuk usaha baru dalam memasarkan produk atau jasa serta membangun komunikasi dengan konsumen melalui internet. Internet Marketing juga bertujuan untuk membangun Brand Awareness (kesadaran merek) dalam benak konsumen dan dengan tujuan sebisa mungkin menjadi top of mind dari konsumen yang dituju. Dampak pengunaan internet marketing terhadap penjualan akan besar jika banyak konsumen yang berkunjung ke situs tersebut dan mengetahui merek yang sedang ditawarkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Brand awareness sebagai variabel pemediasi pengaruh internet marketing terhadap keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 100 mahasiswa Progrm Diploma Pelayaran Universitas Hangtuah. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian adalah ada pengaruh internet marketing terhadap brand awareness dan keputusan pembelian dan ada pengaruh brand awareness terhadap terhadap keputusan pembelian.Kata kunci: Brand Awareness, Internet Marketing, Tiket Online

Semakin maraknya Bisnis wisata begitu pula tingginya tingkat persaingan bisnis kuliner yang di hadapi pelaku bisnis  Rumah Makan Kawasan Wisata Cisantana Kabupaten Kuningan,yang terdiri dari beberapa rumah makan seperti Santana resto,Bubulak food and view, Rumah makan Pondok Pinus Palutungan, Rumah makan Stwaberry ,pada bulan November tahun 2018 –bulan Agustus 2019. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana meningkatkan Keunggulan bersaing dari usaha rumah makan di Cisantana Kabupaten KuninganPenelitian ini dilakukan dengan menganalisis Penelitian ini mengembangkan model teoritis berdasarkan Model Persamaan Stuktural (SEM) yang diuji menggunakan Amos 1.8 sebagai alat analisis. , Responden dari penelitian ini adalah pengunjung dan konsumen rumah makan di daerah Cisantan berjumlah 102 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa inovasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap keunggulan bersaing, inovasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pemasaran, orientasi pasar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing, orientasi pasar tidak berpengaruh keunggulan bersaing, keunggulan bersaing tidak berpengaruh kinerja pemasaran, karena waktu yang sangat singkat, para peneliti membagikan kuesioner sehingga banyak responden yang tidak dapat diwawancarai secara mendalam.
