The vanilla orchid is one of the high value and most favorite culinary crops in the world. The aroma or flavor of vanillin make the plant as an important economic crop in the food and beverage industry. Nevertheless, the production of vanilla is hindering by two main factors which are the propagation and diseases. Devastating disease has cause losses in bean production as it can infect the vines at any times and at all stages of the plant growth. As a result, it is cause the losses of quality and quantity of pod production. Some of important diseases associated with fungal and viral on vanilla such as Fusarium root and stem rot, anthracnose, black rot, sclerotium rot, rust, mosaic and stem necrosis are discussed in this review paper.

Within the mobile commerce space across the world, a major visible trend is the usage of mobile apps in food and beverage industry. Despite the rapid interest in mobile apps and their potential marketing effects, there is limited research on the usage of mobile apps as a convincing marketing channel for online food ordering. This study used the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2) as a theoretical foundation to explore the main factors influencing the customers' e-loyalty towards mobile food ordering applications in Indonesia. Quantitative methodology was used, and data from a total of 358 questionnaires were used for analysis. The findings showed that habit along with social influence, performance expectancy, and facilitating conditions has positively influenced customers' e-loyalty towards mobile food ordering apps.

Abstract—PT. Nutrifood Indonesia is a national private company engaged in the health food and beverage industry. The company was founded in February 1979. Nutrifood's head office is located in Jakarta, with a distribution network that reaches more than thirty countries in the world. Meanwhile, CV. Trio Sukses Mandiri is one of the distributors appointed by PT. Nutrifood to distribute nuttrifood products including Hilo, L-Men, Nutrisari, W'Dank, Tropicanaslim, Lokalate for the solo raya area.The purpose of this research is to find out how effective the application of an online sales system is by using the method of observation, interviews and literature study to determine the effectiveness of the system.

People change their location around the world every year based upon various reasons. The most comprehensive type of these changes of location is international tourism. In 2015, it is known that 1,184,000,000 people have changed their location taking part in the international tourism. Many people from different nations, religions and habits participate in tourism and they want to continue with their own habits and stick by their religious belief even in the host country. However, tourists with religious sensitivity have some difficulties on the matter of nutrition during their stay. This situation directly affects the food and beverage industry. This study will examine primarily the points that the tourists with religious sensitivity give importance to about their food and beverage choices during their vacation with respect to various religious groups, secondly the problems that they might face with regarding the concerned points and lastly this study will propose several solutions to some of those problems.

The objective of this research work is to study the customers’ buying behaviour with special reference to food and beverage products. This research is conducted in Pune and Satara city and a survey method was used to collect the data from 200 respondents; in that we selected data of 100 householders and 100 retailers and shop vendors. India, the fastest growing economy in the world and with over 1.39 billion consumers of food and beverages, is one of the global leaders in the food and beverage industry; and ranks fifth in terms of production, consumption and exports. Food processing contributes 10% of agriculture GDP and 12% of the manufacturing GDP, the unorganized segment has a share of over 40% of the output. Food processing makes up 10% of the country's total export.

Customer satisfaction is the ultimate aim to food and beverage F&B industry as it ascertains that satisfied customers will stay loyal and reduce the amount of complaints towards their brand of choice. The main purpose of the research is to understand the influencing factors on customer satisfaction towards American brand in F&B industry in Malaysia. Convenience sampling method was used involving the respondents that consist of customers and shoppers within five mega malls in Kuala Lumpur to represent the total population of the study. The researcher used a multiple regression analysis to analyze 384 data from customers. The results indicate a positive and significant influence of all influencing factors (perceived quality, perceived value and Customer Expectation) on customer satisfaction. Customer expectation is seen to be the factor that was highly influential towards satisfaction, followed by perceived quality and perceived value. The implications of the study are discussed in the paper.
