The main idea of this paper is to investigate three dimensions of brand personality, which are excitement, sincerity and ruggedness to predict CBR constructs which comprise of brand love, brand trust and brand loyalty. Convenience sampling method was utilized, in which the respondents are one of soft drink brand’s consumers based in Jakarta. All data were then gathered through an online survey. In total, 312 participants responded to the survey. Structural equation modelling (SEM), specifically partial least square (PLS) was employed to analyze the data. The results of the data analysis indicate that sincerity, excitement and ruggedness brand personality serve as the positive and significant predictors towards brand trust, brand love and brand loyalty. Both thetheoretical and practical contributions are discussed in this study.

The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of Brand Experience, Brand Image, Customer Satisfaction on Brand Loyalty for BonCabe customers in Jakarta. Variables used are Brand Experience, Brand Image, Customer Satisfaction, Brand Loyalty. This is a descriptive research that use non-probabilistic sampling method (240 data closed-questions questionnaires, 7 scale of Likert, compiled in 2019-2020 from BonCabe customers in Jakarta). The data analysis technique is using SEM (Structural Equation Model) methodology (using software: Partial Least Square 3) with α = 0,05. The results are: (1) a) brand experience and b) brand image has a significant and positive effect toward customer satisfaction of BonCabe in Jakarta. (2) a) brand experience and b) brand image has a significant and positive effect toward brand loyalty of BonCabe in Jakarta. (3) customer satisfaction has a significant and positive effect toward brand loyalty of BonCabe in Jakarta. (4) customer satisfaction could mediate a) brand experience and b) brand image so that they have significant and positive effect toward brand loyalty of BonCabe in Jakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Brand Experience, Brand Image, Customer Satisfaction terhadap Brand Loyalty pada produk bernama BonCabe di wilayah Jakarta. Variabel yang digunakan adalah Brand Experience, Brand Image, Customer Satisfaction, Brand Loyalty. Data yang digunakan adalah data yang dikumpulkan di tahun 2019-2020. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner tertutup 7 skala Likert, yang menggunakan metode SEM (Structural Equation Model) diolah menggunakan software PLS (Partial Least Square 3) dengan nilai α = 0,05. Hasil analisis menyimpulkan bahwa (1) Terdapat pengaruh a) brand experience dan b) brand image terhadap customer satisfaction BonCabe di Jakarta. Purpose This study aims to develop, propose and test an integrated framework of brand love and brand experience in the context of halal industry. Particularly, this study investigates the relationship of brand experience and brand love concepts with several outcome variables such as brand trust, brand satisfaction, brand loyalty purchase intention and word of mouth. Design/methodology/approach A structured questionnaire has been constructed using scales from past studies. Hypotheses have been tested using partial least square structural equation modelling methodology. Findings This study has found that brand experience is a significant determinant of brand love. Further, brand love has a significant influence on trust, satisfaction and loyalty. Both variables, brand experience and brand love, have either direct or indirect influences on several branding-related outcome variables such as brand trust, brand satisfaction and brand loyalty. Research limitations/implications This study has been conducted only using cross-sectional sample of one country, which may limit the generalisations. However, the results of this study offer valuable insights for the brand managers in the halal sector. Originality/value Previous studies pertaining to halal food consumption have focussed more on understanding the attitude or the buying intention of the consumers. Only few studies have attempted to investigate the branding aspect of halal food consumption. This study is one of its kinds, which offers a comprehensive framework by incorporating important brand-related antecedents and outcome variables to understand the branding aspect of the halal food consumption behaviour.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh langsung brand communication, brand experience, dan brand image terhadap brand loyalty serta pengaruh tidak langsung melalui brand trust. Sampel dikumpulkan melalui metode non-probability sampling dengan teknik convenience sampling kepada 78 responden pelanggan ritel furnitur di Jakarta yang dilaksanakan pada April 2021. Pengujian hipotesis penelitian dilakukan dengan Partial Least Square–Structural Equation Modelling (PLS- SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa brand communication, brand experience, dan brand image tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap brand loyalty. Brand trust berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap brand loyalty. brand communication tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap brand trust, sedangkan brand experience dan brand image berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap brand trust. Terakhir, brand trust tidak mampu memediasi brand communication terhadap brand loyalty, namun brand trust dapat memediasi pengaruh brand experience dan brand image terhadap brand loyalty.

Industrial cosmetics growth has increased every year. This situation makes a tight competition among the Cosmetic companies. Cosmetic companies try to create customer loyalty so they could sustain their business. Prior studies have examined variables that affect customer loyalty, yet only few studies have examined the effect of brand image, brand love and customer engagement in creating customer loyalty. This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, brand love, and customer engagement on customer loyalty of consumer Wardah Cosmetics in Malang. This study was explanatory with a quantitative approach and survey methode conducted on 150 respondents in Malang. Nonporbability sampling with purposive sampling technique was used. Data analysis process used by Partial Least Square (PLS). Results reveal that brand image and brand love has simultaneously significant effect on customer engagement. Brand love has significant effect on customer loyalty while brand image has no significant effect on customer loyalty. Customer engagement was also found to act as a mediator in this study. The results also reveal that customer engagement influences customer loyalty. The results of this study can prove helpful to practitioners about enhancing loyalty in their company based on brand image, brand love and customer engagement. The result of the research can also be a reference for future research.

Objective - The purpose of this paper is to explore how brand love affects consumers' brand trust, brand loyalty and word-of-mouth promotion towards an online public transport app in Jakarta, Indonesia. GO-JEK is a cost-effective, transport-based application that is used by passengers in Indonesia. Methodology/Technique - This research uses a purposive sampling technique to select 380 GO-JEK users. Partial least square version 3.0 analysis was used to analyze the data collected through the questionnaires. Findings - The study reveals that brand love, brand trust and brand loyalty have a positive influence on word-of-mouth advertising. Novelty - Brand love strongly influences brand trust, followed by brand loyalty and word-of-mouth. Type of Paper - Empirical. Keywords: Brand Love; Brand Loyalty; Brand Trust; Word-of-mouth. The research aims to examine the factors that form brand awareness and brand image of the tourism sector in Indonesia by using the model social media marketing on TikTok platform. The research was conducted quantitative methods using a survey of 220 respondents who were users of the TikTok application. Data collection was carried out from April to May 2021, and processed using Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM PLS). Convenience sampling was used in this research. The results show that entertainment, electronic word of mouth, and interaction positively affect consumer brand engagement. Trendiness and customization do not affect consumer brand engagement. Furthermore, consumer brand engagement positively affects brand loyalty, brand awareness, and brand image. The implication of this research is a reference for managers and policymakers in formulating strategies to improve the tourism sector in Indonesia using the model Social Media Marketing on TikTok.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of perceived quality and brand image on brand loyalty towards Reebok shoes brand equity. The population of this study is people who have used Reebok shoes, while the study sample is 80 people determined using non-probability sampling method specifically purposive sampling. The analytical tool used in this study is PLS (Partial Least Square). Based on the results of the analysis, perceived quality has a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty, brand image has a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty, and brand loyalty has a positive and significant effect on brand equity. To build brand equity, Reebok should focus on customer brand loyalty by paying attention to their customers’ perceived quality and image of the brand. Abstract. Shift is a Muslim youth movement community in Indonesia. As one of the Islamic Brand in Indonesia, Shift starts selling the merchandise to broaden the brand. However, selling the brand's merchandise is not easy work to do. A couple of factors might affect customer purchase intention, such as brand loyalty and brand image. This research aims to find a strategy on how Islamic Brand sell merchandises. This study will discuss several variables, such as brand knowledge, brand satisfaction, brand identification, brand image, brand loyalty, and perceived quality to purchase intention. The data collection uses the questionnaire as the method and analyses it on Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The questionnaires are distributed by online platforms with sample size of 436 respondents who knew about Shift Brand and Shift's Merchandise. The outcomes are brand knowledge, brand satisfaction, brand identification, influence brand image and brand loyalty. Brand loyalty has a positive impact on purchase intention; however, brand image and perceived quality insignificant impact purchase intention. The Shift must develop a strategy to strengthen brand knowledge, brand satisfaction, and brand identification; therefore, it can increase brand loyalty, leading to purchase intention.
