Each and every business concern must maintain adequate amount of finance for their smooth running of the business concern and also maintain the business carefully to achieve the goal of the business concern. The business goal can be achieved only with the help of effective management of finance. We can’t neglect the importance of finance at any time at and at any situation. Financial management is very important in the field of increasing the wealth of the investors and the business concern. Ultimate aim of any business concern will achieve the maximum profit and higher profitability leads to maximize the wealth of the investors as well as the nation. There is higher rate of business stagnation of businesses due to its product cycle being affected due to economic downturn, mostly we expect business to grow from introduction, growth ,maturity then if not well managed may decline, The other stagnation has been created because of challenges of globalizations, the emergency of COVID 19 which started in Wuhan migrated to the whole world through those involved in international business. Qualitative research was done to explore the financial impacts of covid 19 from January to june 2020,the case of Blantyre city persperctive,Blantyre was chosen because it is a commercial city has all people of Malawian ethnic background and more of International business it gave a true reflection of Malawi small and medium enterprises stand. Quantitative data was collected using questionnaires, interviews, media and observations were also used to achieve the objectives. Managers of small and medium enterprises were interviewed to represent the organization to give a broader picture of the organization ,15 SME’s and 10 entrepreneurs were interviewed to have a picture on the other side of an individual. A deductive approach was used ,theories of international business and income inequality were used to assist in the finding out the problem.

This study analyzes the direct and indirect effects of accounting competence and government support on the competitiveness of micro, small, and medium enterprises (SMEs) in South Tangerang City with innovation used as an intervening variable. Data obtained from a questionnaire from as many as 169 SMEs as the final sample. The data analysis of this study used path analysis with the SPSS version 23 application. The results showed that accounting competence, government support, and innovation positively affected the competitiveness of SMEs. Innovation is proven to play a role in mediating the indirect effect of accounting competence and government support on SMEs' competitiveness. Based on this, SMEs need to improve its accounting competencies and innovations. On the other hand, government support is also essential to increase the competitiveness of SMEs. Whether it is support in infrastructure provision, financial management assistance and innovation, and access to capital. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh langsung maupun tidak langsung kompetensi akuntansi dan dukungan pemerintah terhadap daya saing usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM) di Kota Tangerang Selatan dengan inovasi dipergunakan sebagai variabel intervening. Data didapatkan dari kuesioner yang dari sebanyak 169 pelaku UMKM sebagai sampel final yang diambil secara purposive. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur dengan aplikasi SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kompetensi akuntansi, dukungan pemerintah, dan inovasi terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap daya saing UMKM. Inovasi terbukti  berperan memediasi pengaruh tidak langsung kompetensi akuntansi dan dukungan pemerintah terhadap daya saing UMKM. Berdasarkan hal itu, sangat penting bagi UMKM untuk meningkatkan kompetensi akuntansi dan inovasi yang dimilikinya. Di sisi lain, dukungan pemerintah juga sangat penting untuk meningkatkan daya saing UMKM. Baik itu dukungan dalam bentuk penyediaan infrastruktur, pendampingan pengelolaan keuangan dan inovasi, maupun akses terhadap permodalan

Globalization has forced entrepreneurs of all types of companies to orient their steps of commercial leadership, to search for new forms of internationalization in order to be at the forefront of business transcendence. In Mexico, about 98% are small and medium-sized companies who seek to consolidate their exportable offer through different forms of international commercial collaboration. These figures involve substantive benefits such as: fair trade, specialization and the consolidation of the exportable supply. This research will address the figures of Integrative Company and the Export Consortium to make a comparison between both forms of international business cooperation. This qualitative research with a grounded theory research design had an extensive review of the literature that was carried out. It is concluded that although both figures have similar characteristics, the Integrating Company model offers more fiscal support to microenterprises, while the Export Consortium focuses on the work of small and medium enterprises.

   Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are one economic entity that continues to be encouraged by the government, because it can absorb labor, can reduce unemployment and also increase people's income   This research is carried out at UD Kenanga, which produces and markets oyster mushrooms in the city of Mataram. This research is a descriptive study that aims to determine marketing strategies. This research is analyzed by SWOT analysis.  The results show that UD Kenanga is strategically in quadrant II which shows that UD Kenanga is in a diversified strategy position. The conclusion of this study is the internal and external factors that influence the marketing strategy of white oyster mushrooms on UD. Kenanga consists of an affordable amount of capital, competent workforce, adequate product quality, strategic company location, competitive prices and able to produce their own seeds. Factors that become weaknesses are low production levels, not yet diversifying white oyster mushroom products, lack of a marketing system for white oyster mushroom products, limited production land, unprofessional financial management, no mushroom product promotion activities. Factors that become opportunities are broad market share, high purchasing power, government intervention, demand for oyster mushroom products is increasing, technological advances. Threatening factors are inter-company competition, changing seasons, consumer demands for quality mushroom products, rising fuel prices.   Suggestions for companies, to diversify the company's products By diversifying products, so as to increase new customers or consumers. For the government, to pay more attention to the needs of micro businesses, especially to increase activities or technical training related to white oyster mushroom products.

ABSTRACTIn 2017, more than 40 new fintech businesses is born, this financial business have emerged that have tried their luck in the Indonesian financial landscape along with the other 140s of startup that have stood before. Indonesia's fintech industry has become one of the prima donna that attracted so much attention from the financial industry actors. Investment on startup fintech began to attract a lot of interest, even some startup managed to get series A of investment this year. The fintech sectors are beginning to develop and many new products are launched.Meanwhile, the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises (Ministry of Small and Medium Enterprises) launched 3.79 million micro, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) already utilizing online platform in marketing their products. This number is around 8 percent of the total perpetrators of SMEs in Indonesia, which is 59.2 million.The problem of sources of financing is a classic problem that is a barrier to the growth of SMEs who do not get financing facilities from the banking sector. Lack of financial resources makes SMEs unable to develop innovations to increase production. However, the rapid growth of financing business of fintech, such as peer-to-peer lending can now be another alternative for loan fund raisers. peer-to-peer lending is a financing business that targets the middle to lower market sectors  ABSTRAKSepanjang tahun 2017, setidaknya muncul lebih dari 40 bisnis fintech baru yang mencoba peruntungan di lanskap keuangan Indonesia bersama dengan 140-an startup lain yang telah berdiri sebelumnya. Industri fintech Indonesia memang menjadi salah satu primadona yang menarik perhatian begitu besar dari para pelaku industri keuangan. Investasi pada startup fintech mulai banyak diminati, bahkan beberapa startup berhasil mendapatkan investasi seri A di tahun ini. Sektor-sektor fintech mulai berkembang dan produk-produk baru banyak diluncurkan.Sementara itu, Kementerian Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil Menengah (Kemenkop UKM) melansir sebanyak 3,79 juta usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) sudah memanfaatkan platform online dalam memasarkan produknya. Jumlah ini berkisar 8 persen dari total pelaku UMKM yang ada di Indonesia, yakni 59,2 juta.Masalah sumber pembiayaan merupakan masalah klasik yang menjadi penghambat pertumbuhan UMKM yang tidak mendapat fasilitas pembiayaan dari sektor perbankan. Kurangnya sumber dana menjadikan UMKM tidak dapat mengembangkan inovasi untuk meningkatkan produksinya. Namun demikian pesatnya pertumbuhan bisnis pembiayaan FinTech seperti peer-to-peer lending  sekarang ini bisa menjadi alternatif lain bagi para pencari dana pinjaman. peer-to-peer lending merupakan bisnis pembiayaan yang menyasar sektor  pasar menengah ke bawah.

Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to investigate the international business strategy, key driving factors and the major barriers that may hinder the internationalisation progress of Malaysian small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Design/methodology/approach – Based on the aims of the study, the paper encompasses both quantitative and qualitative data. For quantitative data, structured questionnaires were used, and a total of 216 SMEs that engaged in international business participated using purposeful sampling, covering all the states in Peninsular Malaysia. For the collection of qualitative data, the study involved in-depth interviews with 25 owners/managers of SMEs. Findings – The findings indicate that the motives of SMEs for international expansion are varied, and that SMEs still face many institutional challenges, which have prevented them from making a greater contribution. Research limitations/implications – Due to lack of resources, firms from West Malaysia were included. West Malaysian firms may well possess characteristics concerning the challenges and issues to internationalisation that are unique to their region. Originality/value – The paper addresses a knowledge gap in respect of the internationalisation process of SMEs in the context of Southeast Asia. The findings of this paper will have relevance for policymaking and supportive measures at the government level to create an environment that will stimulate the competitiveness of SMEs in their attempts for internationalisation.

The development of innovation management associated to knowledge management and business inter-organizational relationships based on project management is extremely important for good corporate governance and business performance. The interest of this chapter is to define the conceptual framework of everything mentioned above in technology-based companies. This chapter presents cases based on best practices for the development of innovation management, which is very present in small and medium enterprises with a market approach. This is the case of firms with a defense-related technology. The case study is about the innovation based on knowledge and research and about a technological and strategic view. On the other hand, economic inter-organizational relationships are also taken into account. An empirical analysis of 236 technology-based companies related to Spanish defense industry including a study about Knowledge and Innovation Management (KIM) as well as an assessment of its framework are also included.

This paper aims to develop the role of internal factors, external factors, and risk management variables on MSMEs’ business performance. This research was conducted in underdeveloped regions of five provinces, which includes 14 cities in Indonesia—East Java, West Sumatra, North Sumatra, West Nusa Tenggara, and East Nusa Tenggara. The Resource-based view and Market-based view methods were chosen to measure 1401 data of MSMEs. The data was collected using offline questionnaires then processed using SPSS. This paper demonstrates a remarkable outcome for MSMEs, showing the significant result of risk management factors that includes risk assessment of marketing and financial management. Other independent variables of internal, external, and risk management factors also show important outcomes on MSMEs performance. This paper offers additional value of the implementation of ERM in MSMEs, which are spread in underdeveloped regions in Indonesia. The findings shown that the activity of the enterprises in identifying and managing risk would bring up the significant effect on operational business performances.

This chapter is designed to address the primary difficulties small and medium enterprises face when doing business online with international partners. The guidance provided in this chapter is primarily for at owners of small and medium enterprises rather than legal professionals. The two main problems inhibiting online transactions are a lack of trust between the parties and the risk inherent in the transaction. This chapter analyzes ways to address these problems. Many of the practical suggestions in this chapter are inspired not by million dollar deals but by playground transactions between children. Often the simple solutions are the best ones.
