AbstractIn a world where articles and tweets are discussing how artificial intelligence technology will replace humans, including lawyers and their support functions in firms, it can be hard to understand what the future holds. This article, written by Alex Smith, is based on his presentation at the British and Irish Association of Law Librarians conference in Dublin 2016 and looks at demystifying the emerging technology boom and identifies the expertise needed to make these tools work and be deployed in law firms. The article then looks at the skills and expertise of the knowledge and information teams, based in law firms, and suggests how they are ideally placed to lead these challenges as a result of their domain expertise and their existing, well defined skills that are essential to this new generation of technology. The article looks at the new technical environment, the emerging areas of products and legal problems, the skills needed for the new roles that this revolution is creating and how this could fit into a reimagined knowledge team.

With the continuous development of China's economy, the level of science and technology has been improved to a great extent. The advent of the era of Internet and cloud computing has brought a major change to China. However, with the advent of the era of big data, a bigger technological change is coming. The arrival of the era of big data has brought a certain impact on China's enterprise management and decision-making, and put forward higher requirements for China's enterprise management and decision-making. Therefore, enterprises need to constantly strive to improve themselves so as to better adapt to the era of big data. In order to keep pace with the development of The Times, major companies and enterprises need to constantly change their internal management methods in order to achieve sustainable and stable development in their own fields and make their management decisions smoother. Among them, optimization and reform of the application of big data are particularly important. Starting from the characteristics of big data and its role in enterprise management decisions, this paper analyzes the current situation of big data management within enterprises and discusses the influence of big data on enterprise management decisions from five aspects, namely, environment, data, participants, organization and technology. And this paper analyzes the construction method and design idea of enterprise decision support system based on artificial intelligence.

Introduction: the article deals with the issues concerning the protection of the rights to digital content created with the use of artificial intelligence technology and neural networks. This topic is becoming increasingly important with the development of the technologies and the expansion of their application in various areas of life. The problems of protecting the rights and legitimate interests of developers have come to the fore in intellectual property law. With the help of intelligent systems, there can be created not only legally protectable content but also other data, relations about which are also subject to protection. In this regard, of particular importance are the issues concerning the standardization of requirements for procedures and means of storing big data used in the development, testing and operation of artificial intelligence systems, as well as the use of blockchain technology. Purpose: based on an analysis of Russian and foreign scientific sources, to form an idea of the areas of legal regulation and the prospects for the application of artificial intelligence technology from a legal perspective. Methods: empirical methods of comparison, description, interpretation; theoretical methods of formal and dialectical logic; special scientific methods (legal-dogmatic and the method of interpretation of legal norms). Results: analysis of the practice of using artificial intelligence systems has shown that today intelligent algorithms include a variety of technologies that are based on or related to intelligent systems, but not always fall under the concept of classical artificial intelligence. Strictly speaking, classic artificial intelligence is only one of the intelligent system technologies. The results created by autonomous artificial intelligence have features of works. At the same time, there are some issues of a public law nature that require resolution: obtaining consent to data processing from the subjects of this data, determining the legal personality of these persons, establishing legal liability in connection with the unfair use of data obtained for decision-making. Standardization in the sphere and application of blockchain technology could help in resolving these issues. Conclusions: in connection with the identified and constantly changing composition of high technologies that fall under the definition of artificial intelligence, there arise various issues, which can be divided into some groups. A number of issues of legal regulation in this area have already been resolved and are no longer of relevance for advanced legal science (legal personality of artificial intelligence technology); some issues can be resolved using existing legal mechanisms (analysis of personal data and other information in course of applying computational intelligence technology for decision-making); some other issues require new approaches from legal science (development of a sui generis legal regime for the results of artificial intelligence technology, provided that the original result is obtained).

The clinical use of artificial intelligence technology in orthodontics has increased significantly in recent years. Artificial intelligence can be utilized in almost every part of orthodontic workflow. It is an important decision making aid as well as a tool for building more efficient treatment mechanics. The use of artificial intelligence reduces costs, speeds up the diagnosis and treatment process and reduces or even eliminates the need for manpower. This review article evaluates the current literature on artificial intelligence and machine learning in the field of orthodontics. The areas that the artificial intelligence is still lacking were also discussed in detail. Despite its shortcomings, artificial intelligence is considered to have an integral part of orthodontic practice in the near future.

Abstract The traditional mechanical manufacturing process is to transform all raw materials into the final materials and products and directly into the international market all the production process, in this process we involved a lot of problems about decision-making methods, decision-making process is a most basic production technology activity, it is widely exists in the whole social life and each link of enterprise production. This paper studies the decision-making method of mechanical manufacturing process based on artificial intelligence, optimizes the process parameters of plastic integrated mechanical manufacturing process, and compares it with the traditional decision-making method. Finally, the experimental results are obtained that the traditional decision-based method is reduced by more than 10% in size error. But several experiments, the AI decision-making method appeared deviation, the error results are higher than the traditional decision-making method, which may be objective factors, but also reflects the possibility of instability, in the result of deformation. AI-based decision method performance is higher than the traditional decision-making method, reduce the deformation amount by 3.5%

This study investigates the impact of scientific and technological advances and adaptation of artificial intelligence on corporate governance practices. It applies or can be applied in three dimensions - business, technology, and society. Therefore, to assess the necessity, feasibility, effectiveness, and responsibility of decision-making automation at the Board of Directors (supervisory body of a legal entity) to ensure effective corporate governance, it is necessary to consider all normative regulators in the field of corporate law. Based on an assessment of the potential and limitations of human and machine learning for effective decision-making at the level of the collegial governance body, the Board of Directors, the paper proposes five AI-based governance scenarios, i.e., supportive, augmented, enhanced, autonomous, and autopoietic, that can shape the governance of organizations today, tomorrow, and in the future. It is important to understand the implications of such AI-enabled governance in the areas where the Board is empowered to make certain corporate decisions.
