The article presents the results of the analysis of the process of expansion and diversity of communication channels in the university environment, which is relevant from the standpoint of achieving the goals of sustainable development in the field of education. It is shown that one of the most accessible and open communication channels, in which modern students are actively involved, is the channel of environmental communications. They have many manifestations, which corresponds to the most exceptionally wide ecological space, reflecting both individual and collective interests, features of a narrow professional attitude to nature and its civilizational understanding. A significant part of the disciplines studied in higher education contributes to the formation of students' environmental competencies. The specificity of the ecological approach to education and upbringing contributes to involvement of students in activities for the nature protection. The regularities of environmental communications functioning can be traced on the example of environmental education carried out at the Moscow Automobile Road State Technical University (MADI).

The paper is focused on the analysis of the formation of corporate social responsibility (SCR) development in the higher educational institution. Peculiarities of the formation of corporate social model and its essence are investigated in this paper. The social responsibility and its role in the development of the educational institution culture are determined. It is proved that in practice the mechanism of forming corporate social responsibility in higher educational institutions is extremely important. The factors and analyses that summarize the awareness of corporate social responsibility importance, in compliance with the high demand for education, especially in the content of relations with employees, consumers and respect for the environment are described. Effective activities of higher education institutions are highlighted. The consequences of corporate social responsibility introduction into the work of management bodies and subordinate employees of the Academy, as well as in higher educational institutions of Ukraine in general, are investigated. The market of educational services should ensure that the graduates acquire sufficient level of professional qualification; therefore, managers of educational institutions are responsible for the provided educational services, thus they build the foundation for the formation of corporate social responsibility both in their own and the students’ work. Moreover, the higher educational institution forms its good reputation, increases competitiveness in the market of educational services. Conditional levels into which corporate and social responsibility is divided are described in this paper, and here it is determined which levels correspond to DonNACEA’s and LuhNAU’s SCR, what is the life position of educational institutions, what should be paid attention to in order to reach sustainable development. Prospects for the introduction of socially responsible behavior in corporate policy and strategies for sustainable development of higher education institutions are identified. The problems of modification of the corporate social responsibility concept in the context of educational social responsibility are considered in this paper. The main resources of corporate social responsibility of educational institutions and its key factors are described, the directions and types of activities are defined.

A method for modeling and printed circuit board layout in the form of a 3D model in one of the digital solutions designed for this task, Altium Designer, is proposed. The practical significance of the work is the study of the basic software libraries in terms of their creation, filling and application when working with the project, as well as of the algorithm for constructing an electrical circuit in the Altium Designer program, layout and design of the simplest circuit on the board. In the course of the work, the algorithm and rules for creating a library of three-dimensional models of components, a library containing conditional graphic designations of the corresponding components, a schematic diagram of the device, a three-dimensional model of the board and the construction of conducting tracks on it are described. The components and circuits used in the work are publicly available on the Internet, which allows anyone to work over the entire algorithm for studying and honing the skills of designing printed circuit boards, both by students studying at a higher educational institution and by fully-fledged specialists. This work can be used not only for teaching students in the field of electronic device development in terms of their design and for organizing laboratory work, but also for creating and designing real devices both in production and within a higher educational institution, for example, for creating a laboratory bench. The introduction and study of this software is carried out at the Department of Radio-Electronic Systems and Complexes of one of the leading engineering universities of the Russian Federation — the Bauman Moscow State Technical University.
