Along with the development of internet technology, e-learning began to be developed. Thus encouraging the authors to maintain the quality of education by applying e-learning at Pratiwi Prabumulih Vocational High School. E-learning is one of the tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of performance in the teaching and learning process. E-learning is a web-based system developed using the PHP programming language, HTML document types and MySQL to manage databases. The research method used is the system development method, namely the waterfall method. The system design method with a functional approach is described using UML (Unified Modeling Language). With the web-based e-learning system, the teaching and learning process can be accessed in all places anytime and anywhere without time restrictions. E-learning supports functions/features (upload and download) of data in the form of document content. E-learning is also able to display online questions or exams and score results so that it helps in the learning process

ABSTRACT<br /><br />Dhyana Pura University is a university that has a website as a means to provide<br />information to students and the public, but on the web that is owned by the University Dhyana<br />Pura does not have E-learning facilities. One way to make teaching and learning process more<br />effective and efficient is to design and implement e-learning information system so that the<br />teaching and learning process can not only be done while in the classroom, but not limited by<br />space and time.<br />E-Learning is a type of teaching learning that allows the delivery of teaching materials to<br />students by using the media Internet, Intranet or other computer network media.<br />The results of this study is a web-based information system that contains some facilities<br />such as quiz that allows students to implement quiz online. This research uses Random Matrix<br />method, where the quiz which is done by the student will be randomized. Abstract The internet can be made as a way to transfer knowledge from lecturers to students, while Learning that utilizes the internet is one of the E-Learning Learning media. E-learning is distance learning that utilizes computer technology or computer networks or the Internet E-learning, so that it can enable the learning process through computers in their respective places without having to physically go to attend classes or lectures in class, Systems e-learning learning is a new way of teaching and learning. E-learning as a special learning media PAI courses provide a very important role and a large function in the course because so far there are many shortcomings and weaknesses such as the limitations of space and time in the teaching and learning process through E-learning which prioritizes the efficiency of learning so students get full teaching even though they do not have to be face to face, can also be accessed anywhere, anytime, according to the assignments given by the lecturer usually scheduled with a specified deadline. The development of education towards e-learning is a must so that the quality standards of education can be improved, E-learning is one of the uses of internet technology in the delivery of learning and its broad reach. E-learning can also be an answer to a health problem that is Pandemic Corona (Covid-19) which is very influential also in every aspect of life, especially in education.Keywords: Effectiveness, Utilization, Islamic Religious Education, E-Learning, Covid 19. Abstrak Internet dapat dijadikan cara untuk mentransfer ilmu pengetahuan dari Dosen kepada mahasiswa/mahasiswi. Adapun Pembelajaran yang memanfaatkan internet salah satunya adalah media pembelajaran E-Learning. E-learning adalah pembelajaran jarak jauh (distance learning) yang memanfaatkan  teknologi komputer atau jaringan komputer atau internet E-learning, sehingga dapat  memungkinkan proses pembelajaran melalui komputer di tempat mereka  masing– masing tanpa harus secara fisik  pergi  mengikuti pelajaran atau pun  perkuliahan di kelas,  Sistem pembelajaran e-learning adalah cara baru dalam proses belajar mengajar. E-learning  sebagai   media pembelajaran khususnya mata kuliah PAI memberikan  peran   sangat   penting  dan fungsi yang besar pada mata kuliah tersebut karena selama  ini terdapat banyak  kekurangan  dan kelemahan seperti keterbatasan ruang dan waktu dalam  proses belajar  mengajar melalui E-learning yang  mengedepankan keefisienan dalam belajar sehingga  mahasiswa mendapat pengajaran yang penuh meski tidak harus bertatap muka, juga bisa di akses di mana saja, kapan saja,  sesuai dengan tugas yang diberikan oleh dosen biasanya terjadwal dengan  batas  waktu  yang  di tentukan. Pengembangan  pendidikan menuju e-learning merupakan suatu keharusan agar standar mutu pendidikan dapat ditingkatkan,  E-learning merupakan salah satu penggunaan teknologi internet dalam penyampaian  pembelajaran  serta  jangkauannya yang luas. E-learning  juga dapat menjadi jawaban dari suatu permasalahan kesehatan yaitu Pandemi Corona (Covid-19) ini yang sangat berpengaruh juga pada setiap aspek kehidupan terutama bidang pendidikan.Kata kunci  :  Keefektifitas, Pemanfaatan, Pendidikan Agama Islam,  E-Learning, Covid 19.

Abstrak: Teknologi modern semakin pesat perkembangannya, sebagai masyarakat kita dapat merasakan hal positif dari perkembangan teknologi modern, salah satunya adalah internet. Memanfaatkan internet dengan hal positif dapat mempermudah kegiatan masyarakat, seperti dalam bidang pendidikan salah satunya adalah kegiatan belajar mengajar. Dengan adanya kegiatan belajar mengajar dapat menambah wawasan dan ilmu pengetahuan bagi masyarakat, akan tetapi terkadang pelajar bahkan pengajar yang melaksanakan kegiatan belajar mengajar tersebut terlalu terkekang oleh waktu dan peraturan yang berlaku pada tempat belajarnya. Hasil permasalahan yang penulis dapatkan pada kegiatan belajar mengajar konvensional adalah diharuskannya meluangkan waktu untuk pergi ke tempat belajar dan juga ditentukan durasi belajar mengajarnya bahkan diadakan peraturan yang terkadang membuat peserta sampai pengajar tidak nyaman dengan peraturan tersebut. Oleh karena itu penulis tertarik untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut dengan membuat sistem informasi pembelajaran (e-learning) dengan metode learner-led learning berbasis web yang dapat diakses dimanapun dan kapanpun tanpa mengeluarkan biaya dan tidak terkekang oleh waktu. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu dalam proses belajar mengajar dengan nyaman. Website ini juga menyediakan fasilitas seperti materi yang bersifat video dan artikel yang bertujuan bagi pelajar yang lebih nyaman belajar dengan video interaktif dan juga tersedia fasilitas sertifikat sebagai bukti bahwa pelajar telah berhasil dalam menyelesaikan soal dari materi yang dipelajarinya.   Kata kunci: pelajar, pembelajaran daring, pengajar, sistem pembelajaran, website   Abstract: Modern technology is growing rapidly, as a society we can feel positive things from the development of modern technology, one of which is the internet. Using the internet with positive things can facilitate community activities, such as in the field of education, one of which is teaching and learning activities. With teaching and learning activities, it can add insight and knowledge to the community, but sometimes students and even teachers who carry out teaching and learning activities are too constrained by time and the regulations that apply to the place of study. The results of the problems that the authors get in conventional teaching and learning activities are that they are required to take the time to go to the place of study and also determine the duration of teaching and learning and even make regulations that sometimes make participants until the teacher is not comfortable with these rules. Therefore, the authors are interested in solving these problems by creating a learning information system (e-learning) with a web-based learner-led learning method that can be accessed anywhere and anytime without incurring costs and not being constrained by time. This research is expected to help in the teaching and learning process comfortably. This website also provides facilities such as video materials and articles aimed at making students more comfortable learning with interactive videos and certificate facilities are also available as evidence that students have succeeded in solving problems from the material they have studied.   Keywords: e-learning, learning system, student; teacher, website

This research is a preliminary study that is used as a guide to develop an interactive web-based learning model at Electrical Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering, Padang State University (PSU). This research is conducted through a literature review on factors that influence the development of web-based learning model; needs assessment through a questionnaire about lecturers and students’ opinion on e-learning; and feasibility study about the readiness of PSU in the implementation of teaching and learning process through e-learning. The result from literature review can be concluded that there are three factors that should be considered in developing web-based learning model, which are: (1) Constructivism; (2) Interactivity; and (3) Student’s Learning Style. The result from need assessment and feasibility study that is conducted in the Electrical Engineering Department and Computer Center of PSU showed that the facilities and infrastructures of PSU are adequate to develop e-learning. Some issues that to be overcome are adding more computers at the campus for students who do not have their own computer and organizing a training for students about the use of e-learning in teaching and learning process.

This article will explain asynchronous learn- ing system using attractive discussion forums and video teaching materials features for user so that the devel- opment of both features will increase e-learning system usage by students and lecturers which can eventually im- prove the students’ absorption on the provided teaching materials, increase the active participation of students, improve self-learning ability, and to improve the quality of learning materials. The method used in this study by distributing questionnaires in online form to stakeholders users consisting of lecturers and students with the num- ber of respondents is 225 people and author use model ADDIE which focuses on Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation as development design. Results of this study is an application of web-based asynchronous learning which can be used by students and lecturers with the results of the application evaluation is based on a survey to students and lecturers. From this study, can be concluded that to support online learning with asynchronous method using the video learning feature in online lecture needs to be developed in order to support the science transformation process from lecturers to students. Attractive video teaching  materials  model for students has characteristics such as screen shots and presentation models.

SMK PGRI 1 JAKARTA is an educational institution that is on the road PLK II no.25 East Jakarta. Learning system that occurs in SMK PGRI 1 JAKARTA is still done in a conventional way, which the teachers and students do the teaching and learning process with face to face in a classroom. Conventional learning system, the teacher is unable to attend with a goal or time that is not sufficient in the delivery of subjects. Then there will be ineffectiveness of teaching and learning process. With the identification of problems above, it can be concluded that SMK PGRI 1 requires an online-based learning media that can help teachers and students in the effectiveness of learning in SMK PGRI 1. Research methods used in this paper is the technique of data writing and system development model. Problems that exist in SMK PGRI 1 Jakarta among them is the absence of online learning media, teaching methods are still done directly in the classroom, Limited time of study in class so that materials that require discussion in a long time should be explained in a short time and if the teacher unable to attend for a reason it will result in delayed delivery of material that has been adjusted based on the curriculum, Lack of efficiency and practicality for students in obtaining material or collecting tasks. Because there are still many teachers in providing materials and gathering tasks conventionally or manually, so that felt inefficient in time and energy.

User learning experience may be considered as one of the prominent factors shaping the adoption of web-based systems. Web-based learners interfacing with large amounts of information the rationale is to deduce the effect in the current web-based task environment. Understanding Web-based learner perception on the basis of the prior experience with information may provide insights into what constitutes in driving those perceptions and their effect in the current and future web-based learning process. The paper demonstrates theoretical context of user learning experience with information and proceeds in an attempt to distinguish factors in using web-based systems.

Bina Nusantara University is a university with a rapid development of its e-learning system in the teaching-learning process and Chinese Department is one department using the e-learning system. This research was done to find out the role e-learning in improving the students’ interest in studying Chinese language. Data were collected by interviewing lecturers and distributing questionnaires to 120 students. Then, the data were tabulated and analysed. The result of the research shows that the respondents are familiar with Binusmaya – the e-learning system used – but they seldom use it because they do not think of its benefit. Thus, it can be concluded that Binusmaya does not both support the students of the Chinese Department in the teaching and learning process and in improving the students’ interest.

Semester Learning Plan (RPS) is a learning planning document prepared as a guide for lecturers and students in carrying out teaching and learning activities on campus for one semester. RPS was made to guide lecturers and students in the learning process so that the material taught is following the learning outcomes set by the study program. To meet and adjust the needs of graduate users and the development of science and technology, the RPS must be regularly reviewed and updated if there are changes in teaching materials that are no longer following current conditions. However, what often becomes a problem is that there is no documented process for changing the RPS content regarding the reasons and which parts have changed so that the RPS change process cannot be carried out at will and when audited there is a history of changing the data. Because of these problems, this research will design and build a web-based RPS management information system that can assist study programs in documenting RPS changes and making it easier for users to access the changed content. The system development method used in this study uses the waterfall method, and for its design using UML (Unified Modeling Language). The final result of this research is a web-based RPS management information system using the Codeigniter 4 framework which can make it easier for managers and users to obtain RPS information.

Modern institutions, corporations, schools and universities in developed countries believe that e-Learning is a way for educating larger number of students in less time and lesser amount of resources. This research aims to design and develop a web-based e-learning system to make the environment of e-learning more adaptive and intelligent for the learners. The main values of the proposed research are accessibility and interoperability that make learning applications and components share data more easily and communicate more effectively. The proposed work was developed and designed using ASP.Net, SQL, XML and the Unified Modeling Language (UML) programming languages.
