Process integrity, insufficient data, and system complexity in the automotive manufacturing sector are the major uncertainty factors used to predict failure probability (FP), and which are very influential in achieving a reliable maintenance program. To deal with such uncertainties, this study proposes a fuzzy fault tree analysis (FFTA) approach as a proactive knowledge-based technique to estimate the FP towards a convenient maintenance plan in the automotive manufacturing industry. Furthermore, in order to enhance the accuracy of the FFTA model in predicting FP, the effective decision attributes, such as the experts’ trait impacts; scales variation; and assorted membership, and the defuzzification functions were investigated. Moreover, due to the undynamic relationship between the failures of complex systems in the current FFTA model, a Bayesian network (BN) theory was employed. The results of the FFTA model revealed that the changes in various decision attributes were not statistically significant for FP variation, while the BN model, that considered conditional rules to reflect the dynamic relationship between the failures, had a greater impact on predicting the FP. Additionally, the integrated FFTA–BN model was used in the optimization model to find the optimal maintenance intervals according to the estimated FP and total expected cost. As a case study, the proposed model was implemented in a fluid filling system in an automotive assembly line. The FPs of the entire system and its three critical subsystems, such as the filling headset, hydraulic–pneumatic circuit, and the electronic circuit, were estimated as 0.206, 0.057, 0.065, and 0.129, respectively. Moreover, the optimal maintenance interval for the whole filling system considering the total expected costs was determined as 7th with USD 3286 during 5000 h of the operation time.

Kelurahan is one of the government agencies which is the spearhead in administrative services to the wider community, the Kaliwungu subdistrict is an administrative part of the Kaliwungu sub-district, Semarang Regency which is located at Jl. Raya Ampel –Simo KM 8, in the service and processing of population administration data in the Kaliwungu village, they still use the conventional method, namely the data is still stored separately in books, this of course has weaknesses such as when looking for data records, difficulties in making reports population that cannot be obtained immediately and the process of data collection and storage of population archive data that is still stored and recorded manually. This research was conducted using the Research & Development Method through the system design stages which were validated by experts and product prototypes that were field tested by involving users. Making a prototype of an electronic filing system (e-filing) system application using the ALFRED method approach to analyze the system, the software used using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 as a design medium and as a programming language, and a SQL Server database as a storage medium. The final result of this research is a product prototype of a filing system using an electronic filing system (e-filing) which has been declared to be functioning properly so that it can produce useful information for the archiving process up to the stage of making reports, which can be done quickly and accurately in accordance with established procedures. already exist, making it easier to re-access archives and provide public services with accurate and integrated information

Pipeline transportation is the key component of the mine filling system. In this study, fresh cement tailing backfill (CTB) slurry made by unclassified tailings from the Daye iron mine is taken as the research object, and its rheological parameters and transport characteristics are studied via laboratory test and FLUENT software. It was found that the relationship curve of the dynamic yield stress, viscosity, and solid content (SC) of CTB slurry fits the law of the H-B model when SC varies between 60% and 68%. However, the relationship curve gradually changes to fit the Bingham mode when SC reaches up to 70%. Numerical simulation results demonstrate that when the SC of CTB slurry exceeds 65%, the static pressure at the pipeline’s outlet begins to distribute symmetrically. At this point, the slurry flow state is relatively stable, and the pipeline resistance loss is positively correlated with SC and flow rate. When SC exceeds 70%, resistance loss begins to increase significantly. The findings of this study can be used to identify the suitable transportation conditions of CTB slurry and provide the theoretical direction for the pipeline transportation design of filling systems in mines.

The purpose of this research is to provide empirical evidence of the effect of the e-filling system, taxpayer awareness and tax sanctions on taxpayer compliance. The population in this study were 100 respondents consisting of taxpayers registered at KPP Pratama Padang Satu. Purposive sampling technique is a sampling technique used in this study using the Slovin formula. The sample in this study were 100 respondents consisting of taxpayers registered at KPP Pratama Padang Satu. This type of research is quantitative research. Multiple linear regression analysis was used in this study. The results showed that the E-Feling system had no effect on taxpayer compliance at the Padang 1 Primary Tax Service Office, while taxpayer awareness and tax sanctions partially had an effect on Taxpayer Compliance at the Primary Tax Service Office Padang 1.

This study aims to test the influence of E-Filling implementation, tax awareness, and tax sanctions on the compliance of private taxpayers. The population of this research is a private taxpayer who lives in dki Jakarta area who has an NPWP and has used E-Filling. Data in the form of questionnaires disseminated through Google Form and obtained samples used by as many as 100 respondents and processed with Smart PLS 3. The results showed the application of E-Filling system and tax awareness had an effect on the compliance of private taxpayers. While tax sanctions have no effect on the compliance of private taxpayers.

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of information technology readiness, perceived usefulness, system effectiveness, and system feasibility on taxpayers' interest in implementing the e-filling system. The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Task Technology Fit (TTF) are used as a theoretical basis to explain the effect of information technology readiness, perceived usefulness, system effectiveness, and system feasibility on taxpayers' interest in implementing the e-filling system. The number of samples used in the study were 100 respondents with purposive sampling method of determining the sample. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis indicate that information technology readiness and system feasibility have a positive and significant effect on taxpayers' interest in implementing the e-filling system, while perceptions of the usefulness and effectiveness of the system have no effect on the interest of taxpayers in implementing the e-filling system. Keywords: Information Technology Readiness; Perceptions of Usefulness; System Effectiveness; System Eligibility; Interest in Implementing the E-Filling System.
