In the civil and industrial construction engineering, the comfort of occupants is ensured by achieving appropriate microclimate conditions. The human physical comfort (thermal, visual, acoustic) is achieved when the person from an enclosure is in a state of equilibrium and is able to perform tasks with maximum possible efficiency and without any kind of stress. Similarly, in the case of crops grown inside protected spaces, for plants, just as in the case of human being, specific microclimate conditions need to be ensured for their optimum development during the vegetation period. Plant development is a result of its own genetic features, but this is influenced by microclimate conditions inside of the greenhouses. Even more, in the case of healing and acclimatization rooms for grafted vegetables, the specific microclimate conditions must be strictly monitored. Technologically, it is recommended an optimum indoor temperature between 23°C and 25°C, with a maximum value that must not exceed 28°C, under conditions of relative humidity around 85% - 95%. Other two important aspects are the CO2 concentration and the level of solar radiation. The value of the CO2 concentration is an indicator of the healing process. For the grafting process, it is useful to know the time of the connection of the donor and receiver. Led by the the light levels, the photosynthetic activity of the grafted seedlings in the healing period, lead to a decreasing of CO2 concentration. This means that the two parts of the planting material are jointed, healed. So, the farmers can manipulate the environment in the healing rooms. This paper presents an overview of the scientific and technical issues that have to be achieved in order to reach suitable control and management of microclimate conditions in healing rooms for grafted vegetables.

The introduction of information and digital technologies that support and support all technological processes in the field is an urgent need for the development and implementation of such technology. An organisationally complex and financially intensive project is necessary because of the wide variety of economic entities that differ in the size of production, forms of ownership and socio-economic conditions of production. Automated information control system for mobile units agricultural enterprise provides those-Niko-economic performance, optimum capacity utilization through the use of timely and reliable information on technology. Machine and tractor aggregates are appertained as control objects with variable structure, which is explained by possibility of the system formation from tractor or field machines mobile units with various purposes: tillable, cultivatable, sowing, harvesting and etc. This MTA feature was determined creation of digital control systems of two groups of automatic control and management of the basic energy and operational parameters: tractors, machines and vehicles as part of MTA. To the first group are appertained the automatic control system of tractor motor component loading, motion speed, frictional sliding. To the second group – automatic regulation system of operating depth, seed rate, treatment of liquid combined fertilizers and crop protection agents, filling and driving of various MTA. Novelty of researches consists in methodology of the organization of the centralized control and management of various technological processes at carrying out field works.

Introduction: TB is considered one of the opportunistic infection among PLHIV. The increasing burden of HIV/TB co-infection among key population cause problem to maintain adherence to ART and DOTS services. The emergence of MDR-TB is one of the greatest challenge to control and management of both diseases. However, having knowledge and information of both diseases are important role to access the available HIV/TB services. Methods: A cross-sectional survey was conducted among key population who had HIV/TB co-infection in two-epidemic zone of Nepal. A pretested semi-structured questionnaire was used to collect data. ANOVA test was done to analyze the collected data by using SPSS version 20.0. Results: A total of 343 HIV/TB co-infected individuals were enrolled to the study. Most of participants were from ART and DOTS clients. Therefore, the study found that there was significance difference found between knowledge about TB (F=4.400, p= 0.005), causative agent of TB (F=3.160, p=0.025), risk of TB illness among PLHIV (F=8.491, p=0.001) and among key affected population. Moreover, there was significance difference found between access to OI treatment (F=5.113, p=0.002) and access to viral load (F=4.642, p=0.003) among key study population. In gender perspective, there was no significance difference to use and access to available HIV/TB services. Conclusion: The general knowledge on HIV/TB co-infection was significant association with key population. The knowledge on HIV/TB and access to NGOs’ help can significant effect to access the available HIV and TB services.
