One of the focuses of marketing in a company is how to achieve customer loyalty. That is reflected in how companies maintain brands, consumers, and product-consumer relationships. In some cases, companies focus solely on profit, resulting in the company losing its reputation. There is an opinion that consumers demand ethics and responsibility from companies to stakeholders, in this case, consumers. Consumers in this position can provide feedback regarding the company's marketing ethics. During the COVID-19 Pandemic, consumers are also more vigilant and careful in choosing products. So, with the COVID-19 Pandemic conditions like this, it is necessary to study whether consumer ethics in determining product choices and behavior towards products will be affected and whether a company's marketing ethics also influence product determination and consumer behavior towards products. This article aims to examine whether marketing ethics and consumer ethics influence consumer behavior and decisions to buy a product or interact further with the product, especially in the current era of the COVID 19 Pandemic. And the method used for this article is a systematic literature review. From this research, it is concluded that marketing and consumer ethics have a role in influencing consumers to choose to buy products and the responses given after making a purchase or through transaction experience with a company. And consumer behavior and decisions are very dependent on how ethical the company is in marketing its products both before and during the COVID-19 Pandemic

European health systems face important challenges related to the sustainability of health care, both from an economic point of view and in relation to the quality of health services provided in terms of continuous improvement of effectiveness, safety, clinical and organisational appropriateness. The ability of EU Member States to continue to provide high quality care to all, whatever their biological and socio-cultural characteristics, depends on their health systems becoming more sustainable. Therefore, there is a need to strengthen health promotion and disease prevention, to invest in primary care systems, to move health care out of the hospital and into more accessible ambulatory and domestic care, and to develop integrated care practices. Starting from these premises, the aim of this paper is to present a narrative overview of the main aspects related to Gender Medicine and its evolution over time. Our critical overview is, therefore, aimed at providing a general picture of what has been developed by health systems on Gender Medicine, with a particular focus on the relationship between social sustainability and Gender Medicine. To achieve our goal, we carry out a systematic literature review in order to understand what has been developed so far in the area and to highlight the possible evolution of studies in the field and to strengthen the awareness of the importance of encouraging prevention, training and information programs shared with hospitals, institutions, health professionals and patient associations. To the best of the authors' knowledge, this is among the first studies that investigate through a systematic literature review the phenomenon of gender medicine, especially with reference to the sustainability of the health care system. Although our analysis needs further investigation, due to the fact that the topic is not yet fully mature, our initial and preliminary results underline the importance of further investigating gender diversity and assessing the possibility of promoting a clinical pathway to personalised treatment. In fact, only through a “gender medicine” approach it is possible to guarantee a real right to health and an effective personalisation of treatments, thus reinforcing the concept of patient focussed care and contributing to the sustainability of the whole health system.

Branding is defined as the process of which a company, an organisation a product or a service becomes identical with a set of values, aspirations or states. It promotes ubiquity, visibility, functions and emotional bond with customers. Branding can be communicated using a variety of media. Through Facebook, branding can be communicated across its visual and textual components. This study examines how Facebook components are used to communicate branding among selected universities.  Prior to analysing the components, the key elements of branding that were apt needed to be identified. To identify these, a systematic review on academic articles was conducted. This review was adapted from the Reporting Standards for Systematic Evidence Synthesis (ROSES) protocol. To conduct this review, 256 articles were collected from two databases. Two strategies which were selection and analysis were employed in choosing the most suitable articles and extracting the key elements. Selection was conducted to identify, screen and review all academic articles that were selected from Scopus and Google databases.  Once selection was done, analysis was then conducted. This was done to extract key elements of branding that became the unit of analysis in examining the ways of selected universities’ Facebook postings were employed in communicating branding.

An adequate way of making software organizations to remain competitive is to ensure their innovative capacity and the continuous increasing of their software process productivity with quality. Indeed, the ability on increasing the software productivity relies on among other issues in the organization's measurement and prediction capacity. Productivity refers to the rate at which a company produces goods, and its observation takes into account the number of people and the amount of other necessary resources to produce such goods. However, it is not clear how productivity can be observed when the product is software. Therefore, this work presents the results of an investigation regarding software productivity measurement and prediction methods. A previous systematic literature review was evolved and re-executed, limited to the year 2013. It allowed the identification of 89 new primary studies evidencing that: (1) ratio-based and weighted factors analyses still represent most of the methods applied to measure, describe and interpret software productivity; (2) 24 factors present evidence of influencing productivity, and; (3) SLOC-based measures, despite the criticism and issues associated with these sort of measurements, are the most common measures used in the studies.

BackgroundIn the UK, the National Health Service has various incentivisation schemes in place to improve the provision of high-quality care. The Quality Outcomes Framework (QOF) and other Pay for Performance (P4P) schemes are incentive frameworks that focus on meeting predetermined clinical outcomes. However, the ability of these schemes to meet their aims is debated.Objectives(1) To explore current incentive schemes available in general practice in the UK, their impact and effectiveness in improving quality of care and (2) To identify other types of incentives discussed in the literature.MethodsThis systematic literature review was conducted using the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses guidelines. Six databases were searched: Cochrane, PubMed, National Institute for Health and Care Excellence Evidence, Health Management Information Consortium, Embase and Health Management. Articles were screened according to the selection criteria, evaluated against critical appraisal checklists and categorised into themes.Results35 articles were included from an initial search result of 22087. Articles were categorised into the following three overarching themes: financial incentives, non-financial incentives and competition.DiscussionThe majority of the literature focused on QOF. Its positive effects included reduced mortality rates, better data recording and improved sociodemographic inequalities. However, limitations involved decreased quality of care in non-incentivised activities, poor patient experiences due to tick-box exercises and increased pressure to meet non-specific targets. Findings surrounding competition were mixed, with limited evidence found on the use of non-financial incentives in primary care.ConclusionCurrent research looks extensively into financial incentives, however, we propose more research into the effects of intrinsic motivation alongside existing P4P schemes to enhance motivation and improve quality of care.
