Clinical picture preparation is that the method and procedure acclimated make the photos of the physical body [organs] for clinical purposes (clinical methodology looking to uncover analyze or inspect ailment) or clinical sciences(including the investigation of ordinary life structures and physiology). The segment of biomedical imaging nearby Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine [DICOM] gives the fundamental standard to scientists to acknowledge similarity and improve work process productivity between imaging frameworks and other data frameworks in social insurance conditions around the world. Here during this report, the ID of disease tissues is finished by Computer-aided diagnosis (CAD) and development of malignancy tumors [Benign and Malignant] in the human lung is examined and suspected obsessive district which will be influenced by this tissues on the grounds that the time advances would be anticipated.

Biocatalytic synthesis of 2-ethylhexyl 2-methylhexanoate is described in this work for the first time. This branched-chain ester is suitable for use at low temperatures in numerous applications. The immobilized lipase Novozym® 435 has demonstrated its ability to catalyze the ester synthesis from 2-ethylhexanol and 2-methylhexanoic acid in a solvent-free medium. The high reaction times that are required result in a loss of alcohol by evaporation, which must be compensated for with an excess of this substrate if high conversions are to be achieved. Therefore, two strategies are established: 70 °C with a 10% excess of alcohol, which requires a longer operating time and provides conversions of 97%, and 80 °C with a 20% excess of alcohol, which allows for the achievement of a 99% conversion in a shorter time. The optimal reaction conditions have been chosen based on reusability of the enzyme, process productivity, green metrics and preliminary economic study. When the synthesis is carried out under the best conditions (70 °C, 10% molar excess of alcohol and six uses of the immobilized enzyme) a productivity of 203.84 kg product × kg biocatalyst−1 is attained. The biocatalytic procedure matches many of the objectives of “green chemistry” and is suitable to be scaled up and used in industrial manufacturing.

For the manufacturing of complex biopharmaceuticals using bioreactors with cultivated mammalian cells, high product concentration is an important objective. The phenotype of the cells in a reactor plays an important role. Are clonal cell populations showing high cell-specific growth rates more favorable than cell lines with higher cell-specific productivities or vice versa? Five clonal Chinese hamster ovary cell populations were analyzed based on the data of a 3-month-stability study. We adapted a mechanistic cell culture model to the experimental data of one such clonally derived cell population. Uncertainties and prior knowledge concerning model parameters were considered using Bayesian parameter estimations. This model was used then to define an inoculum train protocol. Based on this, we subsequently simulated the impacts of differences in growth rates (±10%) and production rates (±10% and ±50%) on the overall cultivation time, including making the inoculum train cultures; the final production phase, the volumetric titer in that bioreactor and the ratio of both, defined as overall process productivity. We showed thus unequivocally that growth rates have a higher impact (up to three times) on overall process productivity and for product output per year, whereas cells with higher productivity can potentially generate higher product concentrations in the production vessel.

The process of non-reagent adjustment of the pH of a NaCl solution (0.5 g/L) of different acidity was investigated by the method of bipolar electrodialysis on a device operating according to the K-system (concentration). The experiments were carried out in the range pH = 2.0–12.0 with monopolar cation-exchange MK-40 (for alkaline solutions) or anion-exchange MA-40 (for acidic solutions) and bipolar MB-2 membranes. The regularities of the change in the pH of the solution on the current density, process productivity and energy consumption for the neutralization process have been investigated. Revealed: with different productivity of the apparatus (Q = 0.5–1.5 m3/h), in the range of pH 3.0–11.0, with an increase in the current density, a neutral pH value is achieved. It has been shown that at pH above 11.0 and below 3.0, even at high current densities (i > 20 A/m2), its value cannot be changed. This is due to the neutralization of the H+ or OH− ions generated by the bipolar membrane by water ions, which are formed as a result of the dissociation of water molecules at the border of the monopolar membrane and the solution under conditions when the value of current exceeds the limiting value.

The purpose of the work carried out is to increase the effectiveness of hard alloy machining. Within the limits of the paper there is solved a matter of electro-erosion treatment and turning TC 3 alloy parts. Basic investigation methods are: - experiment and comparison, - computer simulation The work resulted in recommendations for the choice of cutters and cutting modes for hard alloy edge machining and also electrode material at electro-erosion treatment. One of the ways to increase productivity and operation quality equipment consists in the application of new materials and alloys including tungsten alloys. Within the limits of this work there are considered the peculiarities in machining TC3 alloy parts for oil-gas industry by the example of the “sleeve” part. For machining inner and outer surfaces there was used a turning operation, and for complex grooves – electro-erosion treatment as the only possible choice for processing because of a small size of the part. The peculiarities hard alloy machining through turning and basic reasons of hard alloy hard-to-workability are described. There are shown approaches to the choice of cutters, and the dependence of surface roughness and tool durability upon cutting mode choice is shown. During turning plate material must have higher strength than alloy under machining. One of the best choices for hard alloy machining is cubic boron nitride. For processing it is necessary to use tool holders with the increased rigidity. There are presented principles of electrode designing for hard alloy electro-erosion treatment and ways for process productivity increase. The application of copper-tungsten pseudo-alloys and m1 grade copper is compared from the point of view of economic purposefulness in their use. In spite of copper-tungsten alloy high durability which gives advantages in processing rate and economy in manufacturing electrodes its use is economically inexpedient and it is more rational to use copper which is cheaper.

Different blindstitch machines are used in men suit industrial manufacturing process to replace traditional manual sewing techniques and ensure high work process productivity. The waistband of the trousers is felled with special machines of stitches 103. Beltloop machines process double-folded belt loops for trousers with or without inserted tape. To create 3D shape to lapels and collars of jacket padding machines are used. Spot tacking machines fix together two or more layers of fabric with stitches invisible on the face side of the garment. Machines for felling undercollars create V-shaped zig-zag stitches 314. Two kind of machines are used to fell the lining in the armhole and bottom of the sleeve. Blindstitch machines for certain technological operations are manufactured by companies: Strobel, Maier, Japsew, Global, others.

This article presents the results of study of the influence of microarc oxidation parameters — ferquency and pulse duration — on the composition, properties of the coating, and also on the productivity of the microarc oxidation (MAO) process. It was found that the frequency in the range from 100 to 500 Hz significantly increases the formation rate of the MAO coating. A change in the composition and properties of the MAO coatings at pulse durations from 50 to 200 μs is observed. Starting with a pulse duration of 50 μs and a frequency of 400 Hz, the γ-Al2O3 crystalline phase is detected in the coating, the elemental composition, morphology, and microhardness of the coating change significantly.

Key performance indicators, KPI are a proven cutting-edge tool for process productivity and staff performance monitoring. Therefore, today it is possible to find the use of this tool in the most varied spheres and industries. However, the system implementation is a long and painstaking process, which requires financial, labor and time expenditures. But in case of its successful implementation, KPI technology will provide the balance of advantage for the company management and contribute to its growth. The article presents the selection mechanism of KPI system development and implementation methods. Using key performance indicators, the organization is able to manage the process and modify it, as well as define objectives for employees and motivate them to achieve their objectives. KPIs are based on measuring quantitative benefits. Control shall be based on comprehensive and reliable information about the company’s process productivity. This is the only way to take quick management decisions, make adjustments to the operation of processes that will contribute to the achievement of strategic objectives as a whole.
