As the technology is enhancing, people are coming closer to digital life and digital communication. There are many ways to communicate with others through internet in this new advanced era. Most of them are choosing the easiest way of communication i.e., Electronic mail (E-mail). E-mail is the technology that enables user to contact with others by sending mails and also helps in business world communication. There are people who cannot use these technologies because either they are illiterate or do not have ability to see the screen. So, to make this technology closer to visually challenged people, authors proposed a Voice Based E -mail System. This system provides them the facility of communication and makes them much stronger and independent. This architecture will help blind people to access email and other multimedia functions. Leaving behind the old techniques, this voice -based email system will be containing new technologies that will be easily acceptable by visually challenged people.

In today's world, communication has become very easy due to integration of communication technologies with internet. However, the visually challenged people find it very difficult to utilize this technology because of the fact that using it requires visual perception. Even though much advancement has been implemented to help them use computers efficiently, no user who is visually challenged can use this technology as efficiently as a normal user since they require some practice for using the available technologies. This project aims at developing an email system that will help even a naïve, visually impaired person to use the services for communication without previous training. The system does not require the use of keyboard. Instead, it will work only on mouse operations and speech. This system can also be used by any normal person, for instance, by someone who is unable to read.

The article has dealt with the current trends of communication aspects of company’s relations with the customers. The emphasis is placed on the necessity to review the companies’ marketing strategies, in particular, due to communication constraints and the corresponding changes in the format of both direct and feedback with the customers. Restrictive measures have changed the format of competition, having created the conditions for its concentration in cyberspace. Changes in the nature of interpersonal communication predetermined by the limited personal activity and the introduction of remote forms of interaction, have generated demand for innovative ways of communication with customers. Other factors that require the adjustment of marketing strategies include the emergence of new behavioral capabilities of consumers associated with the intensive development of digital communication channels. It has been noted that in the digital communication environment, digital platforms provide the main format of communication with the existing customer base and potential customers. In addition, prompt acquisition and processing of data on purchasing behavior of customers allows companies to increase significantly the “sensitivity” of marketing research and optimize their own marketing decisions. Among the areas of increasing targeting and personalization of product offerings, the use of elements of artificial intelligence and voice search has been accentuated. Moreover, the use of artificial intelligence greatly facilitates and simplifies the work of marketers on the processing and initial analysis of the growing flow of digital marketing data, as well as provides greater efficiency. It has been concluded that widespread use of voice assistants in e-commerce requires companies to rethink radically their approaches to internal data processing, IT investment and customer engagement strategies. Active integration of chatbots into various communication platforms is able to make them universal tools for both business and consumers, which will allow them to become a familiar part of the user experience. Implementation of virtual reality and augmented reality elements in the interface of company websites can significantly diversify the process of collecting information by users and push them to unplanned purchases. It has been indicated that the growing standards of personalization and new rules of customer confidentiality will continue to require companies to be flexible and introduce new technologies in order to adapt permanently their business to new conditions. Focusing on building trust with customers based on digital communications will enable companies to create a long-term integrated marketing strategy and concentrate on the multi-channel nature of customer experience.

One of the mostly used forms of communication among the people is Email. Lot of confidential and urgent information is exchanged over emails in today’s time. There are about 253 million visually impaired people worldwide. These visually impaired people are facing a problem of communication. Since, technology is growing day by day these types to visually challenged people feel that they are more challenged. So authors proposed a Voice based Email System using AI that will make email system very easily accessible to visually challenged people and also help society. Accessibility is the most important feature that is considered while developing this system. Any system is called accessible only if both able and disable people can use it easily

Most of the existent certified electronic mail proposals (found in scientific papers) have been designed without considering their deployment into traditional e-mail infrastructure (e.g., Internet mail system). In fact, there is not any implementation used for commercial purposes of those proposals. On the other hand, in different countries, private companies and public administrations have developed their own applications for certified electronic mail, but these solutions are tailored to their needs and present serious drawbacks. They consider the mail providers as Trusted Third Parties (TTPs), but without being verifiable (if they cheat or fail, users cannot prove it). In most cases, users (typically recipients) cannot choose their mail provider; it is imposed, and even worse, sometimes a message is considered to have been delivered when it has been deposited in the recipient’s mailbox (and perhaps, he will not be able to access it). In this chapter, the authors give a broad picture on the current state of certified e-mail, including a brief description of the current e-mail architecture and the need of certified e-mail services, and a definition of the security requirements needed for such a service. Next, they review the scientific and existent proposals. Finally, the authors give some guidelines for developing practical solutions for certified e-mail services that meet all the security requirements.

Web has gotten one of the essential civilities for everyday living. Each individual is generally getting to the information specially E-mail and data through Web. Nonetheless, daze individuals face challenges in getting to these content materials, likewise in utilizing any help given through Web. The progression in PC based available frameworks has opened up numerous roads for the outwardly debilitated over the globe in a wide manner. Sound input based virtual climate like, the screen readers have helped Blind individuals to get to Web applications colossally. We depict the Voice-mail framework design that can be utilized by a Blind individual to get to messages effectively and productively. The commitment built by this examination has empowered the visually impaired public to deliver and get voice-based e-mail messages in their local language with the assistance of a PC (Ingle, P., Kanade, H., & Lanke, A. 2016).

Taking a critical theory approach and the pluralist view of technology, this paper examines the problems in organizational communication that arose due to the implementation of a limited intranet electronic mail system as the main channel of communication between a rural state-owned organization and its city-based Head Office, installed at the sole discretion of the latter. The intranet was provided only to the administration division and managers of some units due to financial constraints. This required others to receive information carried via the intranet through a gatekeeper who due to information and work overload, failed to disseminate the information effectively and efficiently. Using a combination of qualitative data collection methods, this study found that the intranet had marginalized those without access to it and reinforced the privileged position of those already with higher status within the organization, contrary to the utopian predictions of new technologies as leading to social equality.

The improvement in available information systems managed to open numerous roads throughout the world for visually disordered people. Digital enviroment relying on audio input like this, the screen reviewer has aided blind individuals to greatly navigate online web based apps. But it is really challenging for blind individuals to reach all such contextual items, and even to use any internet facility. The progress of affordable internet-based technologies has widened up a number of possibilities for people who are blind worldwide. Screen readers have helped the blind to navigate internet apps enormously in an audio-representative virtual space, as we define a system architecture for voicemail that can be utilized readily and effectively by the blind individual to view emails. The output produced by this study has allowed blind individuals with a mobile phone device to submit and obtain voice-oriented emails in their mother tongue. Our graphical interface system was assessed against the conventional mail server graphical end user interface.
