The present study seeks to examine the comparative study between truant and non truant students on mental health. The study was conducted on the students of tenth standard of government and private schools. From the analysis of the result, it was found that the truant and non-truant of 10th class of government and private schools of rural and urban area, both group has same mental health. Both groups were average in their mental health.

Pesantren emphasizes the learning on religious knowledge, based on the classical textbook given to Santri (student). Nowadays, pesantren shifts its tradition by providing English program. This shifting occurs as the effort of pesantren to face the challenges of modernization and to fulfill the demands of society. This paper discussed the comparative study of English program implementation history in rural and urban pesantren, the reasons for establishing English program, and santries’(student) response towards English program in pesantren. The result showed that the existence of English program in pesantren, both in rural and urban area, was because the demand of the society. In rural pesantren, the reason why they provided English because they wanted to develop the society surrounded pesantren which are Indonesian Migrant Worker (Tenaga Kerja Indonesia). While in urban area, they provided English program because they were focusing on the development of santries themselves to prepare for the global community.

            In December 2019, Wuhan, China, experienced an unidentified viral pandemic of pneumonia. The World Health Organization (WHO) declared the finding of a new corona virus, SARS-Cov-2, on January 9, 2020. In the Covid-19 pandemic situation education sector has faced enormous provocations. More than 200 countries across the world have been distressed with the covid-19. Conforming to UNESCO, above 32 crore Indian students have been concerned by the covid-19 led lockdown. Following the shake of Covid-19, HonorablePrime Minister of India Sri.Narendra Modi declared a lockdown beginning on March 25, 2020 and lasting until May 31, 2020. This lockdown has severely disrupted India's education sector, forcing students and faculty to remain at home and continue their education online. The Commissioner of Collegiate Education in Telangana State formally began Online Classes during the Lockdown period. The present paper is an attempt to a comparative study and analyzes the Satisfaction level of Degree students on online classes during covid 19 situation of Rural and Urban area in Bhadradri Kothagudem district, Telangana State. It also aims to investigate the students' opinions and issues encountered during online classes. The Online survey was carried out with the help of Google Form send to students’ through e-mail and WhatsApp and collected responses from about 140 Degree students of Government and Private colleges in Bhadradri district, Telangana State. It demonstrates that the majority of students attending to online classes using smart phones with Android operating systems. For e-learning, the majority of students have used the Zoom online platform. Students have experienced a variety of issues, including Live streaming and Audio disruptions, insufficient data, power outages, lack of clarity in lectures, missing face-to-face connection, and a general lack of enthusiasm. During this Covid-19 circumstance, students from rural areas have had a difficult time accessing online lectures and study materials.

Universal Health Coverage aims to provide essential health services to all while providing protection from catastrophic expenditure on health. To mitigate the economics of health expenditure, health insurance is one of the important tool. Hence, this study was conducted to nd out the awareness and practice of health insurance coverage in rural and urban Meerut.90 households were studied in both rural and urban area. Awareness was higher in urban area but coverage was higher in rural area. Awareness and coverage were found to be signicantly associated with poverty status in rural area of Meerut.
