The photo scanning method is directed on the physical and mathematical study of the current condition of solar cells (SC). The device for receiving local efficiency of SC has been created. Surface scanning is carried out by the personal computer monitor. Special software has been developed for communicating with the device and controlling the process of receiving data from the SE. The software allows configuring diagnostics, data processing, and storage with a user interface. The configuration includes a choice of the diagnostic algorithm, the number of data reading cycles, and the color of the light spot. The results of the experiment displayed on the monitor screen in matrix form and visualized as an image. The program is designed to work with Windows OS. Experimental tests were carried out on monocrystalline solar cells based on silicon or perovskite. The results showed data repeatability and accuracy.

Ensuring effective management of IT services requires well-defined terminology. There is no unity among scientists on this issue. The purpose of the article is to reveal the concept, main characteristics and types of IT services that have an impact on their accounting. To achieve this goal, the following methods were used: analysis and synthesis, logical generalization, contrastive comparison, graphical method. Based on the analysis of scientific works, which raised the issue of interpretation of IT services, the main characteristics of this concept are identified. Disclosure of the essence of IT services is impossible without a description of their classification. The article summarizes the types of IT services provided in the works of scientists. It is proposed to classify them according to the following characteristics: method of provision (IT consulting, IT outsourcing, software development, system integration); object of provision (services related to software; technical support services; services related to the processing and storage of electronic information). It is established that the IT service for accounting purposes meets the characteristics inherent in all services, and has its own specific characteristics. The list of such features has been expanded and presented as follows: immateriality; inseparability from the source; indistinctness; receiving income from the performer or incurring costs; ensuring a useful result for the consumer of IT services; availability of special software and hardware for the service recipient; insensitivity of the IT service until the recipient receives the final version of the IT product; uncertainty of the quality of IT services before its implementation; difficulty in calculating the final price.

Ice is a water that cooled below 0 °C and used for complement in drink. Ice can be found almost everywhere, including in the Wahid Hasyim Sempaja Roadside. From the preliminary test, obtained 5 samples ice cube were contaminated by Escherichia coli. The purpose of this study was to determine relationship between hygiene and sanitation with presence of Eschericia coli in ice cube of home industry at Wahid Hasyim Roadside Samarinda. This research used quantitative with survey methode. The population in this study was all of the seller in 2nd Wahid Hasyim Roadside. Sample was taken by Krejcie and Morgan so the there were 44 samples and used Cluster Random Sampling. The instruments are questionnaries, observation and laboratory test. Data analysis was carried out univariate and bivariate (using Fisher test p= 0.05). The conclusion of this study there are a relation between chosing raw material (p=0,03) and saving raw material (p=0,03) with presence of Eschericia coli. There was no relation between processing raw material into ice cube with presence of Eschericia coli (p=0,15).Advice that can be given to ice cube should maintain hygiene and sanitation of the selection, processing and storage of ice cube.

The aim of the work is to assess the existing and prospective models for the development of agricultural production in Central Polesie on the basis of economic feasibility and ecological balance. The evaluation of promising agricultural production systems was carried out with the help of simulation modeling of various infrastructure options at the levels of crop and multisectoral specialization of agroecosystems. The agro-resource potential of Central Polesie is better implemented in the rotation with lupine, corn and flax dolguntsem with well-developed infrastructure, including crop, livestock units, grain processing and storage systems, feed, finished products and waste processing in the bioenergetic station. The expected income for the formation of such an infrastructure is almost 8 thousand dollars. / with a payback period of capital investments of 2-3 years.

Abstract The electronic properties of solar cells, particularly multicrystalline silicon-based ones, are distributed spatially inhomogeneous, where regions of poor quality may degrade the performance of the whole cell. These inhomogeneities mostly affect the dark current-voltage (I-V) characteristic, which decisively affects the efficiency. Since the grid distributes the local voltage homogeneously across the cell and leads to lateral balancing currents, local light beam-induced current methods alone cannot be used to image local cell efficiency parameters. Lock-in thermography (LIT) is the method of choice for imaging inhomogeneities of the dark I-V characteristic. This contribution introduces a novel method for evaluating a number of LIT images taken at different applied biases. By pixel-wise fitting the data to a two diode model and taking into account local series resistance and short circuit current density data, realistically simulated images of the other cell efficiency parameters (open circuit voltage, fill factor, and efficiency) are obtained. Moreover, simulated local and global dark and illuminated I-V characteristics are obtained, also for various illumination intensities. These local efficiency data are expectation values, which would hold if a homogeneous solar cell had the properties of the selected region of the inhomogeneous cell. Alternatively, also local efficiency data holding for the cell working at its own maximum power point may be generated. The amount of degradation of different cell efficiency parameters in some local defect positions is an indication how dangerous these defects are for degrading this parameter of the whole cell. The method allows to virtually 'cut out' certain defects for checking their influence on the global characteristics. Thus, by applying this method, a detailed local efficiency analysis of locally inhomogeneous solar cells is possible. It can be reliably predicted how a cell would improve if certain defects could be avoided. This method is implemented in a software code, which is available.

This review presents the problems of using solar cells and existing solutions to these problems to improve the energy efficiency of solar cells. The efficiency of these solar cells is also compared and their features are considered. One of the most effective methods was the use of nanotechnology.

The “Abbott Farm site,” now known as the Abbott Farm National Landmark, is known for its unique and abundant artifact assemblages from presumed Middle Woodland contexts. Several researchers attributed the presence of large quantities of argillite raw material, argillite and chert blades and blade caches, cut and uncut mica, and aberrant zone-decorated ceramics to either Hopewellian manifestations or to the Abbott Farm's role in the regional redistribution of argillite. On the basis of a cultural resource survey conducted by Louis Berger and Associates prior to the proposed construction of I-195 and I-295 and New Jersey Routes 29 and 129, a specialized economic adaptation focused upon the intensive procurement, processing, and storage of anadromous fish, especially sturgeon, is hypothesized.
