This study aims to describe and analyze the efficiency of the use of capital through the Du Pont approach. The data analysis that will be used is quantitative with the data source, namely secondary data obtained from the 2016-2019 financial statements of PT Siantar Top Tbk. The research variables used are: (1) Asset Turn Over, to show the company's ability to manage all assets to generate sales; (2) Net Profit Margin, to show how much net profit the company gets; (3) Return on Assets, to measure the rate of return of all existing assets; (4) Equity Multiplier, to describe how much equity is compared to the company's total assets or how much assets are financed by debt and; (5) Return on Equity, to measure the rate of return of all existing capital. The results showed that the company's ability to manage its capital in generating net profit was efficient. Factors that affect Return on Equity is the tendency of increasing Net Profit Margin, Total Assets Turn Over, and Return on Assets. This shows that the company's ability to generate net profit from sales, manage assets and investments owned in generating sales and net profit is efficient

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the Current Ratio (CR), Debt Equity Ratio (DER), Total Assets Over Turen (TATO), net profit margin (NPM), Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR), Return on Assets (ROA) , Return on Equity (ROE), Gross Profit Margin (GPM), Operating Profit Margin (OPM) influential in distinguishing healthy firms and perusahaa bankruptcy discriminant model. Based on discriminant analysis of known groups of healthy companies and a group of companies that went bankrupt differ significantly, from 9 (nine) variables are in use only 4 (four) variable Current Ratio, Debt Equity Ratio, Net Profit Margin, and Gross Profit Margin is selected and able to differentiate healthy companies and companies go bankrupt, while the 5 (five) of the variables, Turn Over Total Assets, Debt to Assets Ratio, Return on Assets, Return on Assets, and Operating Profit Margin are not able to differentiate healthy and bankrupt companies. The purpose of this study is to examine and evaluate the impact of return on assets (ROA), return on equity (ROE), and net profit margin (NPM) on PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk's profit growth. The method of explanatory analysis with a quantitative approach is used in this study. From 2010 to 2019, secondary data were analyzed quarterly, yielding 40 observations. The data was analyzed with Microsoft Excel 2013 and SPSS Version 21. Using multiple linear regression analysis, Return On Assets (ROA) / X1 had a negative and insignificant effect on Profit Growth (Y) of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk from 2010 to 2019. However, Return On Assets (ROE) / X2 and Net Profit Margin (NPM) / X3 have a positive and significant impact on Changes in Profit (Y) PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk from 2010 to 2019.

This study aimed to examine the effect of profitability ratio on stock price of companies  listed  in  LQ45  index  in  Indonesia  Stock  Exchange  (BEI).  Profitability ratios here in include Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE),  and Eearning Per Share  (EPS). This study  was conducted to assess the financial performance of the company to generate earnings from an investment.This study uses secondary data. The population in this study is the companies included in the LQ45 index from  2010-2013 amounting to 78. The total sample is 16 companies  belonging  to  and  representing  several  sectors  including  the  financial sector companies, automotive, property, plantation, infrastructure, mining, industrial cement, as well as the consumer goods  industry are consistently incorporated in the four observation period 2010-2013 in LQ45 index that has been determined through purposive  sampling  method.  Method  of  hypothesis  testing  using  Classical Assumption  Test,  Regression,  t  test,  F  test,  and  the  coefficient  of  determination  by alpha (α) of 5%.Regression analysis showed that in partial Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Assets (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE) significantly influence the stock price while the variable Eearning Per Share (EPS) has no significant effect on stock price. Simultaneously  all  variables  Net  Profit  Margin  (NPM),  Return  on  Assets  (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), and Eearning Per Share (EPS) have a significant effect on stock price. The value of coefficient of determination (R2) of  0.899, which means that the independent variable Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), and Eearning Per Share (EPS) is able to explain the variation of the dependent variable stock price by 89,9%, while the remaining 10.1 % is explained by other variables outside of the variables used in the study.

This study was conducted to test the variable Current Ratio (CR), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Operating Margin Ratio (OMR), Return On Equity (ROE), Return on Assets (ROA) and Total Asset Turn Over (tattoo) to changing profit. Data obtained by the method of purposive sampling criteria (1) Telecommunications Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and consistently throughout the study period (2003 to 2010) and Telecommunication Company that provides the data of financial statements during the study period (2003 to 2010). The analysis showed that the data used in this study have been normally distributed and satisfy the classical assumptions, which include: there is no autocorrelation, no symptoms of multicollinearity, and no symptoms hetereskedasitas. From the results of regression analysis showed that the variables Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Operating Margin Ratio (OMR) partially significant effect on change in earnings. While the variable Current Ratio (CR), Return on Equity (ROE), Return on Assets (ROA) and Total Asset Turn Over (TATTOO) no significant effect on changes in earnings. The six variables used in the study jointly affect changes in earnings. Predictive capability of the six variables simultaneously is equal to 36.4%.

BUMDes is a new line of business that is being promoted by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia. Establishment of BUMDes is intended to realize the Autonomous Village program. This study aims to determine the financial performance of BUMDes Arum Dalu Ngabar from 2015 to 2018. The assessment indicators are using Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Equity, Total Assets Turn Over, Net Profit Margin, and Return on Assets. The population in this study is all financial statements belonging to BUMDes Arum Dalu in 2015-2018. The sample used is the Arum Dalu BUMDes financial statements in 2015-2018. The data used are secondary data and data collection techniques by obtaining documents through other people. The data analysis technique in this study is the analysis of financial ratios. This study shows the results that the current ratio assessment is categorized Very Poor, with an average value of 2.492%. Debt to equity ratio is categorized Very Good, with an average value of 2.54%. Return on Equity is categorized as Fair, with an average value of 10.8%. Total assets turnover is categorized as Very Poor, with an average value of 0.19 times. Net profit margin in 2015-2018 is categorized Very Good with an average value of 51.5% and Return on assets is also categorized Very Good, with an average value of 10.5%. Based from the evaluation indicators of the Republic of Indonesia State Minister for Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises Number. 06 / Per / M.KUKM / V / 2006 as a whole, the financial performance of BUMDes Arum Dalu is in the Fair category. Thus, the financial performance of BUMDes Arum Dalu really needs to be improved.

This study aimed to examine whether there are differences in the profitability of a company before and after winning TOP CSR. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the financial statements of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2008-2017. The sample of this study consisted of 17 companies using purposive sampling, ie companies that won TOP CSR from 2011-2017, companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and companies that had issued 3 years of financial statements after winning the CSR TOP. The variable used in this study is profitability which is proxied by Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE) and Net Profit Margin (NPM). Hypothesis testing is carried out by Paired Sample T-test using the IBM SPSS Version 20 software. Based on the tests carried out, it can be concluded that there are differences in profitability as seen from the ROA side, whereas when viewed from the ROE and NPM side it is not there are differences in profitability.

This study aims to determine advantage of Profitability in the Bank Credit People of LPN Tarantang Sub-Province of Dharmasraya period 2013-2016. The object of research is to analyze Financial Statements Balance Sheet at the Bank Credit People of LPN Tarantang. This research is a descriptive study with the data used are the financial statements. Analysis using liquidity ratios used to Return on Assets, Return on Equity, Operating Expenses, and Net Profit Margin. The results showed that the level of Profitability bank seen from Return on Assets on Bank Credit People of LPN Tarantang Sub-Province Dharmasraya in years 2013 period amounted to 2,43%%, in years 2014 amounted to 08,60%%, in years 2015 amounted to 3,10%, and 1,69% in years 2016, these results are included in the category of less healthy. Return on Equity in 2013 amounted to 17,18%, in years 2014 amounted to 5,48%, in years 2015 amounted to 17,86%, and in years 2016 amounted to11,13%, these result are included in the category of slimmer goodness. Operating Expenses in years 2013 amounted to 88,04%, in years 2014 amounted to 96,27%, in years 2015 amounted to 116%, and amounted 111% in years 2016, these result are included in the category not efficiency. Net Profit Margin in years 2013 amounted to 12,09%, in years 2014 amounted to 03,94%, in years 2015 amounted to 16,28%, and 10,04% in years 2016. These result are included in the category good.

This study aims to determine the effect of Net Proft Margin, Return On Assets, and Return On Equity Against the Stock Price of Companies in the Financial Services Subsector Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2018. This research has occurred a phenomenon and identification of a problem that is quite interesting. The data source used from this research is only secondary data. The selection of samples is based on the criteria and subsector companies of 17 financial institutions and samples taken by 8 companies using the purposive sampling method in the financial institutions subsector companies. This study uses the data analysis methods of classical assumptions and hypothesis testing. The results showed that partially Net Profit Margin and Return On Assets have a significant effect on Stock Prices and partially showed Return On Equity had no significant effect on Stock Prices. Simultaneously, Net Profit Margin, Return On Asset, and Return On Equity have a significant effect on stock price. Keywords : NPM, ROA, ROE,  Stock Price

<p><em>This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT PUSRI Palembang Employees' Cooperative and the Semen Baturaja Palembang Employees' Cooperative (KOPKAR) using profitability, liquidity, and solvency ratios compared to standard ratios based on State Ministerial Regulations for Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises Republic of Indonesia No.18/Dep.I/XI/2018. This research collected quantitative secondary data obtained from documentation, interviews, and literature studies. The results showed that the profitability level of the Employees' Cooperative of PUSRI and Semen Baturaja in 2016-2018 in terms of net profit margin was poor. In terms of return on assets, the performance of the two cooperatives was poor. In terms of return on equity, the Employees's Cooperative of PUSRI was fair, whereas Employees' Cooperative of Semen Baturaja was poor. The liquidity level of the Employees' Cooperative was fair, and the Employees' Cooperative of Semen Baturaja was good. On the other hand, the level of solvency in 2016-2018, the debt to assets ratio evidenced that both of the employees' cooperative performance was both fair.</em></p>

Dalam satu dekade terakhir perkembangan harga batubara terus mengalami fluktuasi, sehingga berdampak buruk bagi para pelaku bisnis, diantaranya terganggunya kinerja keuangan dan operasional perusahaan, terjadi PHK besar-besaran, hingga menurunnya harga saham batubara. Melihat dampak buruk yang terjadi, beberapa perusahaan melakukan akuisisi atau pengambil alihan  kepemilikan perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melihat bagaimana perbandingan kinerja keuangan sebelum dan sesudah akuisisi dengan menggunakan Du Pont System, yang mencakup perhitungan Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Total Assets Turn Over (TATO), dan Financial Leverage Multiplier (FLM).  Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode deskriptif komparatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Objek penelitian adalah industri tambang batubara go public di Indonesia yang melakukan akuisisi di tahun 2016, dengan populasi 22 perusahaan dan pengambilan sampel berdasarkan kriteria tertentu terdiri 2 perusahaan menggunakan analisis Du Pont System dalam pengolahan data sekunder. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan, meski kinerja keuangan sesudah akuisisi secara keseluruhan mengalami peningkatan, merujuk hasil uji paired sampel t-test memperlihatkan tidak terdepat perbedaan signifikan pada kinerja keuangan sebelum dan sesudah akuisisi dilakukan, karena hasil uji test memperlihatkan nilai signifkansi lebih besar dari 0,05 sehingga H0 diterima.
